I attempted to get bloodwork done in May & was given a statement for services from & of over $I asked if my insurance had been billed? They answered "I assume so." I asked for an EOB, they said "the biller is out to lunch & they didn't have access to that"I told them I would not pay until they provided me with proof that my insurance was billedThey refused servicesI called the billing dept & was told that was billed but they couldn't see any EOBs or the other claims because I had been sent to collectionsI moved in & they never updated my address so I never received a statementI keep all of my EOBs & never received any from my insurance for these services & they can't provide the proof that they billed correctlyIn April I had labs drawn at my Dr's office that used Sonora I recieved a letter from Sonora that they were not able to bill my insuranceI replied by mail the last week of May with a copy of my insuran

I took my daughter (*** ***) into Sonora quest for a lab draw, I was told that a she had an outstanding bill and it needed to be payed in order for her to have a lab drawThe staff called a supervisor and okayed the lab drawI was told the bill had gone to collections, however, I never knew about the bill; I never received a statementAt the lab, the receptionist gave me a copy of the statementThe statement has the wrong name and the wrong address on itThe bill was also not submitted through my insurance company
Yesterday, I received a invoice for this lab draw that was obtained on 01/14/Accession#*** Amount $I did have insurance at the time of the lab draw, however I don't have the information on the insurance I had in 1/to have this resubmitted

*** *** *** *** submitted testing to this lab that I did not authorizeI only authorized what is covered by my employer's insurance-- I was not aware that I was going to have extra tests and then get chargedI was told that everything would be coveredI have tried speaking with *** *** customer service but they give me the runaround and every time I talk to them it's like they've never talked to me beforeThey have sent my bill to collections because I refused to pay for these unauthorized tests

Senora Quest Laboratories repeatedly failed to submit the correct acceptable procedure code number when submitting to Medicare for lab service performed on January 20, I have several documentations from Medicare/BCBS stating that I am "not responsible for paying the billed amount." BCBS stated even if the correct procedure code is submitted that am I still not responsible for paying anything for this particular service My portion is $per documentation and confirmed verbally by BCBS Senora Quest Laboratories was contacted multiple times the past year regarding this matter however they continued with dunning letters and they have turned the account over to a collection agency I've contacted the collection agency several times and was told to call them after February 27th to check on the status of the account However if not resolved by February 20th the collection agency could legally turn it over to the credit reporting agencies and thus ruined my good credit record

I visited *** *** *** and received an order for blood work Inside of their office, they have a Sonora Quest LabWith my insurance, I have coverage with Sonora Quest, so I verified if they needed my lab card They had record of it and verified that coverage was fine, as I was receiving ny services through them
About months later, I received a statement for over $from *** for the services I had done at Sonora Quest I called *** *** *** and was told that they were not responsible for what the lab does and they only have space in the officeI was also told that the girl works by in the lab that day was no longer employed there and she must have sent the bloodwork to LapCorp I then called Sonora Quest and they had no record of my service, since it had been sent out to *** I then called *** and they just verified that they did the tests that were ordered for what they received

On 04/09/15, my mother was referred to Sonora Quest Laboratories by a specialist to get some blood work done She is elderly and on Medicare and AARP We went to the lab immediately after the doctors appointment and had the blood work done A few months later she receives a bill for part of the services performed that she was responsible for as her insurance denied the services This was a result of the referring doctor using an incorrect diagnosis code for the service provided Called SQL and they said to have the doctor send over correct code and they would resubmit to have processed, which we did Doctors office said that is all they can do After numerous calls to SQL, speaking to billing/customer service that was anything but helpful, said they would never received, then finally said they did receive and resubmitted Medicare confirmed with us saying they did not receive Medicare was so helpful, saying if SQL would just call their special Medicr for situations l

Mt Doctor order a blood test for VITAMIN "D", The test was done, and showed that I had a deficiency on Vitamin "D"***, does not cover the initial test, but does cover subsequent test if you are having a problem

My Drsent me to Sonora Quest for blood work as part of my annual exam Sonora quest billed me for $ I called my health insurance company and they said bloodwork for my annual exam was covered and that Sonora Quest should resubmit the bill to my health insurance company as such I contacted Sonora Quest by phone and by fax to do that and received no further follow up Now they have sent me to collections and refuse to bill my insurance company or provide me with any documentation showing that I am responsible for this charge

They have been billing me lab service from for $3092.72, I disputed this with their billing department, I also had my primary doctor Michael Gray called them as well I am still receiving this bill from them which I do not owe

My Doctor ordered a biopsy from Sonoran Quest and their billing office quoted my Doctor that it would be $for the test The lab then went on to conduct more tests and ran the bill up to $for a 700% increase My Doctor did not request the additional tests I did not request the additional tests Neither I nor my Doctor were contacted about conducting additional tests I was never quoted the amount for the additional tests nor did I agree to pay the increased amount

I have full coverage for yearly blood-work from my employer UPSAnything above and beyond what they cover per year was NOT authorized or even discussed with me In the attachment you will also see that your lab stated the validity of the test is compromised due to lack of information for the time of collection and received either unspun or poorly spun This tells me now that the results that I did get back are not valid In reading the details there are also tests that are NOT approved by the FDA Again I did not authorize anything but what UPS Insurance allows per year

I had my blood drawn mid morning on 10/10/at their Union Hills locationI came in as a waand was advised that the wait time would be 30-minutes I was there for about two hoursI understand that there are other patients that may have had appointments but the wait time was ridiculousAfter about over an hour of waiting I noticed on the monitor that there was one person ahead of me then the screen switched and showed there were people ahead of meIt was not until I went to the front desk to let them know what I was seeing on the screen and the fact I had been waiting over an hour at that point that I was finally called back to get my blood drawnI also had to ask for my insurance card backI have never experienced such an unorganized facility! I have never experienced this at any of your labsIn addition it took two Phlebotomists and four attempts to finish the blood drawThe first Phlebotomist was a young ladyI advised her before she attempted the first time to draw my blood on my right arm to use the butterflyShe did notShe wanted to attempt a second time to draw blood from the front of my handThat is when I asked her to please summons a much more experienced PhlebotomistShe advised me that they were busy at that momentThe second attempt she used the butterfly on my left armShe was successful in filling eight tubesHowever she could not get anymore bloodShe summoned for another Phlebotomist which was an older experienced maleHe attempted a third time with the butterfly and was unsuccessfulHe asked me if I usually have problems with blood drawsI did reply and let home know I don't have problems with Sonora Quest drawing my blood and I get my blood drawn quite often at my usual locationHe made a 4th attempt on my left armHe went in deeper than usual with the needle because it hit a nerve and I let him know thatAfter being there for about two hours from the time I checked in, I left with both arms wrapped in bandagesThis was the worst laboratory experience that I ever had! The level of customer service could have been better

On 02/17/I had a doctors visit with Dr***, *** **, I was referred to him by my primary doctor (Dr***) for pinched nerve at my upper back areaBoth Dr*** and Dr*** are in my network with my insurance provider ( which Dr*** sthis referral.) only way I could even see Dr*** is with that referralPaid co-pay each time I visited his office which was twice total

We have tried to call Sonora Quest with no luckWe called twice today to get hung up on via automated serviceThis gives my no choice but to follow thru with a Revdex.com complaint due to workers not doing their jobMy wife's went in to see Dr Thylma S** Maria on 30-Sept-For some reason they are not able to get billing straightWe walked in with our *** *** *** *** and Mecidare cards yet they keep trying to bill TRI CARE which we have not had since I was deployed back in Yet Sonora quest send us a "nasty gram" threatening us but they can't pick up a phone to call us due to a mis**ke on "their behalf"? Sounds very messed up and horrible business practice to me, don't you think?
