I have been to Sonora Quest Labs before and have had no issue besides a bit of a wait time, which I should have made a reservation so that is my own issueThis last time I left extremely upset about my visitI had to have more blood drawn than usual, larger tubes and smaller tubes, all while fastingI began to feel light headed and got cold sweats as soon as the man finished taking my bloodIf I saw someone who was obviously looking ill or uncomfortable AFTER giving blood, I wouldn't try to rush them to the bathroom for a urine sample, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt (but working in such a place, he should know the signs for someone who is looking uncomfortablle) and maybe he didn't notice I wasn't feeling goodAfter he asked me to use the restroom, I told him I wasn't feeling wellHe got me the smallest cup of water while I sat in the chair trying not to dry heave, all while having cold sweatsHe stayed in the room while I drank my water, but did not even try to make conversation or ask how I was feelingThe minute I finished the water he asked me to go leave a urine sample and then I can leaveI was never again checked on or even made sure I was okay to driveI had someone else come to pick me up because I did not feel that it was a safe decision for me to drive

My physician ordered lab work that had to be specifically completed around 8AMKnowing from my previous experiences with Sonora Lab, I signed in at 7:19AM & arrived early expecting a long waiting periodI specifically told to assistant that I had to have my blood drawn around 8AM & she confirmed the test had to be done between 8AM-10AMAll of the patients who signed in before me cleared out of the waiting room by 7:50AMI know this because Sonora doesn't invest in WIFI services for its "customers" despite being well-aware of their inconvenient wait times; thus, I was forced to stare at faces all morning rather than be productive on my phoneCome 8AM, I expected to be called soonWhen patients were seen after the 8AM mark, all of whom signed in after me, I told the same assistant I spoke with earlier that "customers" who signed in after me were being seen while I continued to waitShe acknowledged the error & I expected to be called nextAfter a 7th person was ca

Sonora Quest Laboratories incorrectly billed/coded my wife's Health and Wellness exam when they submitted for payment to United Healthcare Because they submitted a lipid panel test as a cholesterol protein test to United Healthcare, payment was denied under the Health and Wellness terms Sonora still has not resolved my issue and the latest info I have is that they've sent it to their IT department to review Indicating there's an issue with the way their system is coding issues over to United Healthcare We've been fighting this for months

My doctor has given me test orders that must be completed at the Sonora Quest Lab on West Washington StIn Tempe, Arizona (a minute drive one-way from my home), test code ***I have gone down to this lab separate times over the past year or so after scheduling an appointment using the Sonora Quest Laboratories web siteThree times I have driven to the business only to be told that I somehow scheduled the wrong type of appointment (using their web site) and that I would have to reschedule (to another date) meaning at least 4x minute drives)Somehow they cannot provide the test that day because they are limited to "x" number of appointments for that specific test and thus my appointment (for another type of test) is useless I've explained on these three occasions that their web site and instructions for making this type of appointment are inadequate and (apparently) confusingI also informed them on all three occasions that that my attempts at calling the company for h

I had lab work done through *** *** *** My primary care RN (physician's assistant) told me that she would only request the lab work that is covered by my employerShe told me she was familiar with what was authorized/covered, and would not do tests that would require any out of pocket paymentI received a bill of $I also received my resultsWritten on the lab work, it says "Specimen received unspun or poorly spunResults may be compromised." WHY should I pay for lab work that A) I DID NOT authorize and B)Literally says it is not properly done, and results are not accurate Furthermore, my labwork states in multiple places that these tests are not cleared or approved by the FDASo again I ask--why would I authorize this? I would never have allowed my physician to request this lab workI am not willing to waste my money on poorly done tests that are not even approved by the governing agencyYou can't just say I authorized it, and claim that my doctor reviewed

I drove over hours (miles) and stayed two nights in a hotel to fast and have a blood sample drawn for a lipid panelI waited days over the weekend to find out the lab contaminated my sample and cancelled my testI am not in an area to easily do another draw, nor get another stickI am ANGRY

We came home from vacation to find two phone messages from RSI saying they were calling about a debt Since we don’t owe anyone anything we ignored it thinking it was a scam like the TV news was warning everyone about A couple days later RSI called and told me I had an unpaid bill with my doctor Every time I saw that doctor I paid so I didn’t think I owned anything I called the doctor’s office and they told me I owed nothing They thought it might be the lab bill I found the page with the lab results and called lab name on the top of the page They told me that I didn’t owe them anything I then call RSI back at 888-480- This time they told me the truth that the bill was from Sonora Quest Laboratories This surprised me because I use Sonora Quest Lab services all the time and have an account set up with them RSI also said they would send me a copy of the bill I went on line to Sonora Quest’s website to see what was going on I couldn’t find any balance due and they had my address correct, they had my email address correct and my phone number correct The service date was 12/17/and with all my information correct I had never received a bill from them, which is not unusual since Medicare and my insurance usually pays everything At the time on 12/17/they told me if I paid at the time of service I would receive a discount so I gave them my credit card number and my mailing address even though they already had it Yesterday, 7/27/16, after I talked to the lady at Sonora Quest she emailed a copy of the bill The bill she emailed had our street address on it instead of the P O Box How they got the street address I don’t know because we don’t give that out unless we are having something delivered UPS or FedEx or they absolutely insist they have the street address There is no mail delivery where we live, everyone has to have a P O Box This is why we never got a bill and Sonora Quest didn’t bother to look at my account to see the P O Box or my email address that they use all the time to send me emails or call the phone number that they have Instead they turn the bill over to a collection agency and collection agency calls us because of Sonora Quest’s incompetence Today I received the bill from RSI, after a week They put me thru hell over this They should be paying me for what they put me thru If they are that incompetent about their billing and account information can there lab results be trusted?

Do not book online through their website The appointment is not saved When you arrive they treat you just like a walk in and state "I don't have you on my list." Mind you, that this was an automatic statement out of the employees month who was at the front desk At least attempt to check a list When I attempted to question it, the woman became defensive and started blaming me the client That is not okay in any industry, you should try to accommodate and help the individual
Not berate them or tell them they did t use the site correctly Upon asking for an admins email, preferably connected to the website so that I could explain what occurred and help point out a bug, the individual stated that "they don't have any emails." she did offer to give me the main phone number off of the site online

I have an appointment at 10AM, for my blood draw, minutes later , my name wasn't called yet, so I went to the window and asked , the lady said " do you have an appointment?" I told her yes , so she looked in her file and said, "Oh I'm sorry I forgot to put it aside " I was fasting since last night 7PM and it was almost 11AM already, she then apologize to meBad customer service!!!!!

I went to Sonora Quest at the *** ** *** *** **., Oro Valley, AZ location to have an obstetrics panel doneOn arrival they could not find any active orders, I told them the ordering doctor's office and that I was there for a standard OB screenThey found orders on hold and performed the lab drawIn the orders with my standard OB panel was the genetic screening test for Cystic FibrosisI was never notified by the staff that they were also activating this test, though I had told the receptionist that I was only there for an OB panelI was given no verbal or written notification of what labs were being performed and gave no consent for the genetic testingWhen I got the bill for the test, I called Sonora Quest, and after speaking to multiple people, was informed that as the test was ordered, they would charge for itI told them that I had specifically stated that I was only there for an OB panel and was not informed of any other tests being doneThey told me that I

My daughter's doctor recommended a blood test based on some previous laboratory results she received and her family history Her doctor drew her blood and sent it to Sonora Quest Laboratories to test This occurred on 2/9/ I provided my insurance information to the doctor's office and this was provided to Sonora Quest Laboratories My health insurance company denied the charge indicating they did not feel the charge was reasonable and appropriate based on professional standards of safety and effectiveness based on the diagnosis code provided My complaint stems from the fact that Sonora Quest Laboratories did not send me a bill until October This was more than the six month time frame allowed by my insurance company to appeal the decision I did in fact appeal the decision with my insurance company, but was advised of the deadline Had I been billed by Sonora Quest in a timely manner, I would have had been able to appeal the decision and provide the medical records to

Received a bill called customer service line times, each time staying on hold over an hour without any answer (The fact that this company has an a+ on Revdex.com shows that they dedicate more importance to "answering complaints " on this website than answering customers phone calls Also they loose my lab request 9/times I go into get my labs drawnA quick search of reviews for their customer service show that there are 100's of complaints about this part of their business
