I drove over hours (miles) and stayed two nights in a hotel to fast and have a blood sample drawn for a lipid panelI waited days over the weekend to find out the lab contaminated my sample and cancelled my testI am not in an area to easily do another draw, nor get another stickI am ANGRY

On 04/09/15, my mother was referred to Sonora Quest Laboratories by a specialist to get some blood work done She is elderly and on Medicare and AARP We went to the lab immediately after the doctors appointment and had the blood work done A few months later she receives a bill for part of the services performed that she was responsible for as her insurance denied the services This was a result of the referring doctor using an incorrect diagnosis code for the service provided Called SQL and they said to have the doctor send over correct code and they would resubmit to have processed, which we did Doctors office said that is all they can do After numerous calls to SQL, speaking to billing/customer service that was anything but helpful, said they would never received, then finally said they did receive and resubmitted Medicare confirmed with us saying they did not receive Medicare was so helpful, saying if SQL would just call their special Medicr for situations l

I attempted to get bloodwork done in May & was given a statement for services from & of over $I asked if my insurance had been billed? They answered "I assume so." I asked for an EOB, they said "the biller is out to lunch & they didn't have access to that"I told them I would not pay until they provided me with proof that my insurance was billedThey refused servicesI called the billing dept & was told that was billed but they couldn't see any EOBs or the other claims because I had been sent to collectionsI moved in & they never updated my address so I never received a statementI keep all of my EOBs & never received any from my insurance for these services & they can't provide the proof that they billed correctlyIn April I had labs drawn at my Dr's office that used Sonora I recieved a letter from Sonora that they were not able to bill my insuranceI replied by mail the last week of May with a copy of my insuran

My Doctor ordered a biopsy from Sonoran Quest and their billing office quoted my Doctor that it would be $for the test The lab then went on to conduct more tests and ran the bill up to $for a 700% increase My Doctor did not request the additional tests I did not request the additional tests Neither I nor my Doctor were contacted about conducting additional tests I was never quoted the amount for the additional tests nor did I agree to pay the increased amount

Do not book online through their website The appointment is not saved When you arrive they treat you just like a walk in and state "I don't have you on my list." Mind you, that this was an automatic statement out of the employees month who was at the front desk At least attempt to check a list When I attempted to question it, the woman became defensive and started blaming me the client That is not okay in any industry, you should try to accommodate and help the individual Not berate them or tell them they did t use the site correctly Upon asking for an admins email, preferably connected to the website so that I could explain what occurred and help point out a bug, the individual stated that "they don't have any emails." she did offer to give me the main phone number off of the site online

On 02/17/I had a doctors visit with Dr [redacted] , [redacted] **, I was referred to him by my primary doctor (Dr [redacted] ) for pinched nerve at my upper back areaBoth Dr [redacted] and Dr [redacted] are in my network with my insurance provider ( which Dr [redacted] sthis referral.) only way I could even see Dr [redacted] is with that referralPaid co-pay each time I visited his office which was twice total Shortly after I received a bill from a company named Sonora Quest Laboratories as me for $3392.08, I call the company, (very hard to get speak with someone), explaining that I had no service thru them and that I wasn't notified that Dr [redacted] had gone out of my network for the services his office providedI was then told to contact Dr [redacted] office that, his company is not registered with them and this is why a separate bill from Sonora was sent to me, and if his company was registered this situation will not have occurredI then called Dr [redacted] office only to not get a call b

We have tried to call Sonora Quest with no luckWe called twice today to get hung up on via automated serviceThis gives my no choice but to follow thru with a Revdex.com complaint due to workers not doing their jobMy wife's went in to see Dr Thylma S [redacted] Maria on 30-Sept-For some reason they are not able to get billing straightWe walked in with our [redacted] and Mecidare cards yet they keep trying to bill TRI CARE which we have not had since I was deployed back in Yet Sonora quest send us a "nasty gram" threatening us but they can't pick up a phone to call us due to a mis**ke on "their behalf"? Sounds very messed up and horrible business practice to me, don't you think? Accession # us [redacted] So if they want to "threaten me" with claims maybe they should do their homework or pick up a phone to correct this issue since we have tried to call times now with no luckThey can call the DR to get correct insurance inf

[redacted] submitted testing to this lab that I did not authorizeI only authorized what is covered by my employer's insurance-- I was not aware that I was going to have extra tests and then get chargedI was told that everything would be coveredI have tried speaking with [redacted] customer service but they give me the runaround and every time I talk to them it's like they've never talked to me beforeThey have sent my bill to collections because I refused to pay for these unauthorized tests

I had lab work done through [redacted] My primary care RN (physician's assistant) told me that she would only request the lab work that is covered by my employerShe told me she was familiar with what was authorized/covered, and would not do tests that would require any out of pocket paymentI received a bill of $I also received my resultsWritten on the lab work, it says "Specimen received unspun or poorly spunResults may be compromised." WHY should I pay for lab work that A) I DID NOT authorize and B)Literally says it is not properly done, and results are not accurate Furthermore, my labwork states in multiple places that these tests are not cleared or approved by the FDASo again I ask--why would I authorize this? I would never have allowed my physician to request this lab workI am not willing to waste my money on poorly done tests that are not even approved by the governing agencyYou can't just say I authorized it, and claim that my doctor reviewed

I came to this location and they asked me to check in at the iPadafter minutes I asked why they hadn't even taken my insurance yetI was told there was still an hour and a half waitI was never notified of the wait time on check inI have not eaten in hours and this lab shows absolutely zero concern for their customers well being or comfortI would suggest to use any other lab other thanSonora questit is a shame that this is how we are treated for such expensive services

We came home from vacation to find two phone messages from RSI saying they were calling about a debt Since we don’t owe anyone anything we ignored it thinking it was a scam like the TV news was warning everyone about A couple days later RSI called and told me I had an unpaid bill with my doctor Every time I saw that doctor I paid so I didn’t think I owned anything I called the doctor’s office and they told me I owed nothing They thought it might be the lab bill I found the page with the lab results and called lab name on the top of the page They told me that I didn’t owe them anything I then call RSI back at 888-480- This time they told me the truth that the bill was from Sonora Quest Laboratories This surprised me because I use Sonora Quest Lab services all the time and have an account set up with them RSI also said they would send me a copy of the bill I went on line to Sonora Quest’s website to see what was going on I couldn’t find any balance due and they had my address correct, they had my email address correct and my phone number correct The service date was 12/17/and with all my information correct I had never received a bill from them, which is not unusual since Medicare and my insurance usually pays everything At the time on 12/17/they told me if I paid at the time of service I would receive a discount so I gave them my credit card number and my mailing address even though they already had it Yesterday, 7/27/16, after I talked to the lady at Sonora Quest she emailed a copy of the bill The bill she emailed had our street address on it instead of the P O Box How they got the street address I don’t know because we don’t give that out unless we are having something delivered UPS or FedEx or they absolutely insist they have the street address There is no mail delivery where we live, everyone has to have a P O Box This is why we never got a bill and Sonora Quest didn’t bother to look at my account to see the P O Box or my email address that they use all the time to send me emails or call the phone number that they have Instead they turn the bill over to a collection agency and collection agency calls us because of Sonora Quest’s incompetence Today I received the bill from RSI, after a week They put me thru hell over this They should be paying me for what they put me thru If they are that incompetent about their billing and account information can there lab results be trusted?

Senora Quest Laboratories repeatedly failed to submit the correct acceptable procedure code number when submitting to Medicare for lab service performed on January 20, I have several documentations from Medicare/BCBS stating that I am "not responsible for paying the billed amount." BCBS stated even if the correct procedure code is submitted that am I still not responsible for paying anything for this particular service My portion is $per documentation and confirmed verbally by BCBS Senora Quest Laboratories was contacted multiple times the past year regarding this matter however they continued with dunning letters and they have turned the account over to a collection agency I've contacted the collection agency several times and was told to call them after February 27th to check on the status of the account However if not resolved by February 20th the collection agency could legally turn it over to the credit reporting agencies and thus ruined my good credit record

I have full coverage for yearly blood-work from my employer UPSAnything above and beyond what they cover per year was NOT authorized or even discussed with me In the attachment you will also see that your lab stated the validity of the test is compromised due to lack of information for the time of collection and received either unspun or poorly spun This tells me now that the results that I did get back are not valid In reading the details there are also tests that are NOT approved by the FDA Again I did not authorize anything but what UPS Insurance allows per year This bill is NOT my responsibility as I did not authorize anything but the regular test that are covered once a year by my employer I have sent you two previous notices that you have NOT responded to and are now threating me with collections and notifications to all three credit bureaus Unacceptable

Bad practiceTheir billing is messed up and management is not helpfulthey refused me for some bloodwork because of an old bill from that they claim was not paid while they sent invoice to the wrong addressraised my blood pressure instead of testing itJust horrible

A driver of a white Scion nearly hit my car as I was getting onto the freewayClearly marked as a car for Sonora Medical, they sped up to pass me while merging on the on rampI honked at th to alert them, but they continued and seemed very irate
