I want to thank the kpa group they helped me enroll into a program that I had no idea I qualified for they reduced my mothly payments and as well as handled all of my documents and prepared them for me , I qualified not based off of a non profit goverment or public service but just becasue of my income they do charge a fee for their services but who doesnt we pay people to do our taxes all the time and their not a scam and you can file your taxes for free but most people dont know how so you go to a place who does your taxes thats what they do they help you get the documents you dont know how to prepare and file yourself and tell you what your getting into I found my process very easy and iam so thankful for that phone call thanks kpa !

Awesome Customer serviceI had filed with them about my student loans and they got it taken care of in a very quick mannorNavient was calling about 8+ times a day and tried to tell me that KPA Group didn't exsitI emailed KPA and got a responce back in less than hours by different team members making sure that my paperwork was fully completed to be truned into Navient Immediately!!! Please allow me to share with you my positive experience (and outcome) in dealing with the KPA GroupI must admit that I was skeptical at the beginning of my many phone conversations with the enrollment specialistThe information he was giving to me concerning my student loan reduction-in-payment sounded too good to be trueHe remained kind and courteous, no matter how often I expressed doubt about the facts he was giving to meHe was helpful and patient in answering my many questions
There was a fee for his services, which I felt was reasonable, provided I would have my student loans reduced to the amount he predictedI am very happy to report that the outcome was even better for me than predicted (which he said could possibly happen)

Dealing with student loans is stressful and confusingThe loads of paperwork and the complicated processes are time consuming and frustratingThe KPA group assisted me with properly completing my paperwork by providing me with detailed instructionsAt the time I started working with them I was being harassed by a collection agency who tried to deter me from working with anyone but themThey called me day and night making numerous threatsFrom day one the KPA group and especially the General Manager Lee who made several phone calls on my behalf to the collection agency and to the department of educationThis includes several follow ups to me personally tooI felt safe and conifident in the information Lee gave me and he held my jand through the entire process until my consolidation was completedThis company has STELLAR customer service and I will forever be thankful for their assistance through this diffacult processThanks again MrLee you are FANTASTIC!

KPA was a huge help with navigating my student loan consolidation I had been having trouble with *** as their system is nonsensical - I had applied and been approved for income based repayment (IBR), but was inexplicably reverted back to the standard repayment plan simply because I had other student loans from undergrad on this schedule and *** went ahead and "assumed" I didn't mean what I said when I asked and applied for IBR for my grad loans KPA called me, and being that it was a solicitation, I was somewhat skeptical at first However, after talking to KPA's employees, from people who answer the phones to those who are assigned to my case and regularly check in, answer my numerous questions, and do everything possible to help with this difficult and annoying process, I really think I got a deal on this service Everyone is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful It feels bad to have to pay more after borrowing so much, but that's really ***'s fault (not KPA's) and the under $fee for this service is more than reasonable and a drop in the bucket compared to my grad loans In short, you could do most or all of this on your own, but beware of the non-obvious and unexpected difficulties of our student loan system I consider the fee a minor insurance cost to make sure my credit is protected I feel it was a small price to pay Until the government works out a better system on its own, I would highly recommend KPA to help with this process

When I first recieved the call from the KPA group I thought this was a scam I checked their references and realized that they were legit I did everything that was required of me and the representative explained the process thouroughly I was able to contact them when I had any questions or problems and they assisted me in getting my approved resolution My only sugestion would be having a person assigned to my account so that I could contact them individualy and everyone that answered my calls did assist with great understanding

I was skeptical about using a fee for service company to help sort out my mountains of student loans, but after contacting the KPA group and subjecting them to my firing range of questions, I got all the answers I needed and the customer rep I spoke with was greatHe shot straight with me and I could tell that he KNEW what he was talking about, not just a customer service rep on the end of the line with a scriptI researched the company after the initial contact and made the choice to go with KPASince that time I have received nothing less than exemplary customer service! KPA proved extremely helpful through out the entire process But more specifically I was having trouble with *** and getting my application to go through Calling KPA and explaining my situation to them, KPA was able to work with *** to finally get my application approved Quite literaly all I had to do was call KPA and they did the rest Very helpful representatives and I am much appreciative of the help they provided
