I have nothing but good things to say about KPA Group. I received excellent service from them every time I called. They ended up getting me the best possible senerio for my child's student loan. It took a lot of investigation and phone calls but the result was fabulous. They responded quickly and were very informative on what was going on with the student loan. I have used this service and found the extremely helpful. They asked the questions and I supplied the proof and they filled all the paper work out and submitted it. I didn't have to worry if it was right or wrong or if I supplied everything that was needed. They told me that when they renewal documents arrive all I have to do is call and they will walk me through it. So they will continue to help me.

So far I have had very great help from this business. Every time I call, someone is available, they are very poilite and willing to help me. I filled out the documents and have waited for the 90 days. Today I called them as my student loan co had sent me another statement. The assoicaite "[redacted] got the student loan company on the line for a 3 way call. Their customer associate was very rude. However, I finally got an answer from them and was told "the approved letter went out yesterday" Once again she was very rude and I could not ask any other questions as they hung up. Meanwhile Mr [redacted] explained why the loan company changed their name. On account of poor customer service, Well, this loan company still has the same customer service associates so the name change (from Sallie Mae to Navient) has not gotten any better. I hope to receive their so called letter within 5 days. Kensington co has been wonderful to me. Thank you!

The KPA group did a fantastic job helping me file the proper paper work for an income based repayment program for a student loan. Anything to do with the government takes time and patience. They have both. I highly recommend them for helping solve whatever problems may arise.

I am extremely grateful for the service provided by KPA Group. I am experiencing personal difficulty due to being sole caregiver for my mother. I want to thank the kpa group they helped me enroll into a program that I had no idea I qualified for . they reduced my mothly payments and as well as handled all of my documents and prepared them for me , I qualified not based off of a non profit goverment or public service but just becasue of my income . they do charge a fee for their services but who doesnt we pay people to do our taxes all the time and their not a scam and you can file your taxes for free but most people dont know how so you go to a place who does your taxes . thats what they do they help you get the documents you dont know how to prepare and file yourself and tell you what your getting into I found my process very easy and iam so thankful for that phone call . thanks kpa !

KPA, LLC worked with me to lower my student loan payment. I was very satisfied with the great customer service, knowledge, and patience KPA representative [redacted] and the Manager [redacted] rendered to me. I highly recommend KPA to anyone seeking assistance with lowering or having student loan forgiven. One of the great things about KPA is the representatives do not leave you alone after you've paid out money. KPA is very transparent and values the customer.

Awesome Customer service. I had filed with them about my student loans and they got it taken care of in a very quick mannor. Navient was calling about 8+ times a day and tried to tell me that KPA Group didn't exsit. I emailed KPA and got a responce back in less than 24 hours by 3 different team members making sure that my paperwork was fully completed to be truned into Navient Immediately!!! It was amazing that amount of compassion they had to make sure everything was in place ASAP.

Kensington Professional and Associates was very helpful in asisting and guiding me into consolidating our student loans. I did a lot of research regarding student loan repayment but still had a lot of questions. Despite my multiple, multiple phone calls and questions, Mr. [redacted] was very friendly, professional, informative and helpful in ansering all of my questions. KPA did a more than satisfactory job helping us determine the best loan repayment plan for us. Once we began trying to repay our loans, we found some confusing and inconsistent information given to us by our loan repaynent company. We were able to once again contact KPA, [redacted], who was willing to speak to us and our loan repayment company (by conference call) to clear up all consusion in a very helpful, knowledgeable, impressive manner which was effective in communicating to all partiesinvolved what plan we desired, were eligible for, and would be most beneficial. Immediately after the conference call was complete, Mr. [redacted] called me again to make sure I was comfortabele and assured me that I could call him again if there were any other dilemmas in getting our needs met. KPA and their employees assisted and stood up for me all the way throught the process (even after their job was complete) to make sure I received the best repayment plan I was eligible for. If we stick with the plan, it is profected we could save upwards of $30k over the life of our loan. in addition to the long tgerm savings, we found KPA to be one of the most affordable companies to assist in loan consolidation assistance. I am a very, very satisfied customer and would recommend KPA to anyone.

Absolutely amazing to work with! Best money ever spent to understand Fed loans!

I recently spoke with KPA's representative Ally, and it was the most enjoyable phone call I've ever made regarding my student loans. She had thorough knowledge of the consolidation process and was able to explain everything to me in terms I could easily understand. Ally was so friendly and helpful, answering questions I didn't even know I had. She guided me through the whole process (which took only 30 minutes) and even walked me through how to electronically sign a document for my first time. I have dealt with other consolidation companies in the past, but each of them told me I did not qualify for loan forgiveness for one reason or another. However, the KPA Group helped me save over $20,000 on my student loans and even shortened the number of years left I have to pay! I could not be happier with my experience with the KPA Group.
