Please see our attached response letter and copy of Ms [redacted] 's signed client obligation form.As we previously stated, everything was right on schedule with Ms [redacted] ’s program and we were actively searching for her first match when we received her credit card dispute and then, shortly thereafter, her Revdex.com complaintMs [redacted] did not give her program a fair chance before giving up on the processWe were simply providing our services and just getting started with her program.In addition, as we explained prior, Ms [redacted] signed a non-refundable agreement and a client obligation form which states the following:“Additionally, I understand that I am required to meet all of my matches, so that I may give Kentucky Singles the full opportunity to meet my expectations of my programIf a problem does arise with my program, I agree not to go to any outside agency before trying to work out the complaint or problem with Kentucky SinglesI agree to let Client Services set up a phone meeting with a senior member of the Client Resolution Team to explain my complaint and let the Client Resolution Team try to resolve the complaint to my satisfaction.”A senior member of our Client Resolution Team has attempted to reach Ms [redacted] by phone only to discuss a resolution to her complaintWe feel it is always best to verbally discuss situations, as e-mails can be misconstrued, tone can be misunderstood, etcE-mails are also very impersonal when it comes to handling sensitive mattersThis is why we explain the above paragraph in a signed document to our clientsWe have our clients sign directly underneath this paragraph.Again, we simply would like to resolve this matterMs [redacted] must communicate with us, so we may do so.Thank you again for your time.Kindest Regards,Kentucky Singles

We are in receipt of the complaint from Ms [redacted] We will address her claims below Kentucky Singles is an elite matchmaking firmWe specialize in helping individuals find someone special and have been responsible for MANY successful relationshipsWhen Ms [redacted] joined our services, we promised to match her with gentlemen who are most mutually compatible with her, according to the information our clients provide to us and the compatibility questions our clients answer in their profilesWe use preferences as a guideline for matching and we try to come as close as we possibly can to what our clients are looking forThis is explained in the interview and is included in the paperwork we provide to our clients when they join our services Ms [redacted] elected to purchase a program which consists of matches (plus bonus match if needed) and all of the services involved in providing those referralsWe have matched Ms [redacted] with gentlemen thus farAlthough the work had been performed on Ms [redacted] ’s behalf, since some matches did not work out for one reason or another, we have continued our search for her Our Regulations pamphlet (which Ms [redacted] received a copy of when she joined and agreed to having reviewed in her agreement) explains what our clients can expect during their programOne of the important topics is #3: “Referrals”, which states that our clients understand that no two people are generally perfectly compatible and they agree that we will use our best judgment in providing referrals that most nearly match their requirementsIt also states that compatibility is very subjective and we will send our clients referrals we deem, in our sole and absolute discretion, as "likely most mutually compatible" as indicated in our client’s profilesWe also state under #4: “Mutual Agreement”, that not all people will agree to meet their matches and that our clients will NOT like everyone they meet We feel it would be in Ms [redacted] ’s best interest to continue with the program and not give upWe know that finding a companion is important to herMs [redacted] signed a client obligation form which states that she agrees to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitudeShe also agrees to meet all of her purchased matches so that she may give our company the full opportunity to meet her expectations of the programIn addition, she agrees to contact us directly if she should have any concerns regarding her program prior to contacting a third party agency More importantly, Ms [redacted] signed an agreement which states in two paragraphs that the fee she paid is non-refundableTherefore, she will not be eligible for a refundWe would like nothing more than to put this behind us and resume Ms [redacted] ’s services Our Director of Client Relations has reached out to Ms [redacted] to discuss her concernsShe left Ms [redacted] a voice message and sent her a folle-mailWe hope to hear back from her soonWe ask that she contacts us as soon as possible, so we can discuss this matter directly with herWe want her to know we have her best interest at heart and only want success for her Regards, Kentucky Singles

We have gone above and beyond to help Mr*** in his search for someone specialWe only want success for him and we ask that he continues his programMr*** signed a client obligation form which states that he agrees to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitudeHe also agrees to meet all of his purchased matches so that he may give our company the full opportunity to meet his expectations of the programIn addition, he agrees to contact us directly if he should have any concerns regarding his program prior to contacting a third party agency

Re: *** ***Case #: *** To Whom It May Concern,We are in receipt of Ms***’s rejection to our response.Ms*** did connect with our Director of Client Relations on Friday, 10/Ms*** requested a refund, or a partial refundOur Director explained availability, profiles matching on both sides, looking for a referral each month and having to devote the same amount of time to each client in the name of fairnessShe explained the amount of detail we go into when looking at potential referrals and the amount of time it can take to put together a single matchShe told her we can set up monthly communication since Ms*** says this has been the issue and Ms*** said she didn't want that - she wanted some of her money backOur Director explained to her that it was much too soon to talk along those lines, because she has just joined the service and not given it ample opportunity to workShe said we would rather send no referral than one we were unsure ofOur Director she didn't think Ms*** came to us to find her a warm body, but rather someone to potentially spend her life withMs*** then had a client come in and she could not continue the conversationShe said “just to clarify you are not willing to negotiate your terms”Our Director told her she was more than willing to negotiate anything, except for a refundThe agreement Ms*** signed clearly states that the Client fee is non-refundable.We only wish to resolve this matter and continue working with Ms***She has agreed to meet all of her referrals in order to give us the opportunity to meet her expectations of the programWe believe it is beneficial for her to give the program a fair chance.Kindest Regards,Kentucky Singles

Dear Revdex.com, I have informed Kentucky Singles that I will dialog with them on the email and not on the phoneI would like our conversation to be documented to avert any misunderstanding or miscommunication that can easily happen on the phoneI dont wish the dialog to be full of "she said"To me this is a clear case of a high pressure sales pitchI indicated to KS in one of my emails, which I will eventually file as documents pertinent to my intent to have a speedy resolution, that I sat in that office and was asked to sign so many papers that were not sinple or easily readI had no time to read or cogitate on the contents of the documentsI am not from this country and know when I am being railfoaded and my ethnic background does not include aggressive resistance because our culture is submissive and unquestioningSo, I was thrown into this maelstrom of nigh pressure sales, the next appointment is waiting, so I need to sign before I get out of thereIf I could use a legal term, it was coercion. I will not dialog with their client service people and be told that again that the money paid is non-refundableit is not refundable if service was performedBut the play was there is a database with names or clients who are a possible matchBut time passed and there was nothingI am afraid that their referral may not be on the database yet and if new may not go under proper scrutiny and expose me to personal jeopardyAnd this is where I have argued against their rule that members are obligated to meet with their referralsSo far, I have no reason to trust KS to provide a bona fide referralDo I put myself in danger here because I am asked to meet their referral? Do I have a choice? NOthere is a disclaimer in their obligation and rules printout that we meet at our own riskWhat is this? I am asked to meet someone because it is my obligation but I do so at my own riskDouble edged sword? It is my wish to get a refund before my health suffers from all this game and nonsenseI cannot countenance any more game playing and the sooner we resolve this, the better off we areYou know that you have not really performed any service for me other than adding my name in your systemBased on the number of complaints of the same nature, it is apparent that there is something amiss in the performance of the service that is chargedi hope for an amicable solution and restoration of faith in your business that you will do the right thing.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis is how KS responds to all the complaints filed against itI refuse to talk to them anymoreI would like all communication in writing so it is documentedWhat is written here is not all accurateI called *** on June Left her a message because she did not call me backThe message is on my phone and can provide itI completed all the required profile information on the same day I signed upThere was a message on the site but those were already cared forI had not heard from them even after I left a messageSo, I contacted my credit card company to see about canceling my membership since I was not receiving any feedback or actionThe services promised have not been deliveredAfter I filed this complaint, then the phone calls and emails started to comeThis kind of service is too expensive and without any guarantees or warranties involvedIt is all skewed to KS advantageOne only has to read what the other complaints filed against the company and know that it is a pattern that this company followsTheir program of payment is geared to anyone who can afford to pay $for "services" that could take a while or some other form of arrangement. There was an interview that they pride in taking more than an hourThis is due diligence but no notes were taken and nothing else was doneI waited and waited and informed them that I will be leaving for overseas and so they amended the program offeredThe bottom line is, there are not enough gentlemen on their list that are truly available and looking that they can introduce in a short timeThere are rules and regulations but these are really caveats that are disclaimers to keep them from being legally liable should something go wrong with the programMembers are obligated to meet their "candidate" as the intro is chargeable to the memberOne can only rely on their "background" check for the member to be protected or matched properlyThis could open up a scenariou where a possible criminal is a member and preying on unsuspecting womenAnd yet KS disclaims any responsibility should such an occurrence take place. I suggest that Revdex.com review the other complaints charged against KSThere were a lot of unhappy members who did not receive the services promised ed up and paid forI would like to suggest to Revdex.com to work with the Attorney General's office in lieu of the other complaints and examine the business practices of this companySome call this program a scam, others say it is a fraud, and with good reason. I would like to get a refund for money paid since the service they claim to have rendered to me has been doneThere has not been any action until I filed this complaintI do not wish to be matched with anyone off the street or someone I cannot do a background check on myselfIncidentally, there was pressure in their sales pitchThey do not allow for time to read all the documents, the signing was in a hurry as the next appointment is at the door kind of situationThere are a lot of rules and regulations which I found to be just protecting themselves against legal action or liabilityIf you happen to see their handouts, you will know what I am talking aboutAt this point, I would like to give the business a chance to refund me my non=refundable payment in the amount of $There were no services rendered, if you call putting my name in your system a service and the so-called interview part of the program but not coming up with a result until months have elapsed, they have their pay in the interest on the money I paid themAs far as service is concerned, there was nothing doneI am still as single as I was when I joined and not even an email or an introduction has been madeit is a good racket or scam because there are a lot of single females, widows, divorcees who are willing to pay for an introduction. I read one of the complainants that she was introduced to someone with a high school education when she specifically required one who is a professional and educatedAnd that introduction reduced the number of referrals for herA limited number of referrals could be filled wit unqualified matches ..,.and this I do not need.

the ways the two of them showed to be compatible and we were sorry there was no romantic attractionMs*** then notified us that she was going to be moving to ***We explained that we have affiliate companies around the United States and that we could transfer her program for herWe then reached out to Ms*** again in May to discuss her moveWe left her a voice message and sent her a follow up e-mailWe have not heard back from her and now we have received this complaint.Since Ms*** joined, we have found referrals on her behalfOut of those referrals, Ms*** had pleasant things to say regarding of the gentlemen in her date feedbackAlthough those dates did not materialize into relationships, we believe we were on the right pathUnfortunately, Ms*** did not connect with her most recent match, but we explain to our clients that they will not necessarily like everyone they meetHowever, we do hope for the best with each and every couple we help get together.As we mentioned, Ms***’s last referral was provided in April and we have not provided a referral since, as she requested to place her account on holdWe would be happy to resume our services and continue sending referralsAlso, if Ms*** has moved, we would like the information of her new residence, so we can see which affiliate is closest to her locationWe only wish to continue working with her and provide the services as promisedWe ask her to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude and to understand that we want her to be successful in our program.Kindest Regards,Kentucky SinglesThank you

with her, per their profile information and compatibility indicatorsIt appears this man thought his program had come to an end, but he was still an active client in our system, which is why he was sent as a referral for Ms***Regardless, according to date feedback, they had a pleasant time togetherThey had a couple differences, but they also shared many similaritiesMs***’s feedback also indicated that the two shared a first and second kissWhen the matchmaker reviewed this information, she mistakenly thought the second kiss was a second dateAll-in-all, it was not a love connection, but we were headed down the right path and used Ms***’s feedback to refine our searchSometimes people meet someone special through our program right away and for others it can take timeWe will not match our clients with just anyone in order to fulfill a referralWe have to ensure that all couples placed together show to be most mutually compatible with one anotherThis can take time and researchWe are also recruiting and signing up new individuals for our existing clients regularlyWe explain to our clients that we are unable to predict the time frame and frequency of referrals, but that we will search on their behalf on a monthly basisWe found a new potential match for Ms*** in September, but we were unable to put the two togetherWe spoke with Ms*** on 9/and we will be having *** contact her to discuss her concerns with the programWe only wish to resume working with Ms*** and assist her in finding someone specialKindest Regards, Kentucky Singles

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that thisPlease note that a contract is an agreement between two parties where one agrees to render a service that the other pays forIf one dies not deliver what is stipulated in the contract the contract becomes disputable or null and voidRegardless of the non- refundable payment clause, if one party does not receive the service that she paid for, then she is entitled to a refundI do not see this business offering to make good what its obligation is in the contract, and that is to provide the service that I signed up forI did not breach this contractI did not neglect my obligationI waited for the service but none was forthcoming. The settlement offer should have been sent via this website and not via emailMost offers have room for negotiationThis one had nothingAdditionally, my thinking was, why should this business get $for doing nothingThere was no service performed that I am duly entitledSo, I rejected it because it was not a fair dealIf I received something from them in terms of referral and I was not happy with it, I would accept the partial settlement offerBUT I HAD NOT ONEI checked my account and everything on there were messages for me to call them. I say that they breached the contract by non performanceThey can present all they have with my signature, all of which were signed in haste, and though it says non- refundable, I cannot accept that as binding before they are in breachHow can I pay for a service I have not received? It is not equitable! I will not pay s merchant money without receiving goods or servicesTHIS IS THE CRUX of the complaintI RECEIVED NOTHING.
