I ordered Wonder Full Keto online as advertised for $4.97 and was placed automatically placed in a subscription that I did not opt into. Only for my card to be charged $95.94 and $99 unaware.

When I attempted to get a refund, the call center they've contracted with refuse to connect me with as supervisor for resolution and stated, there was nothing they could do, and that they issue no refunds. A woman named Ketura would not even listen to my complaint so I called back to see if I could get another *** operator to address this issue.

When I called back I begin asking questions of the young lady who answered. She would not give me the company name, address, and neither would she provide the city where the business was operating in California. When I asked her if she could connect me with a supervisor, she placed me on hold for 57 minutes and never came back.

This company is clearly fraudulent and not operating with business practices that protect their consumers.

The company name used to process charges is Try Refreshed Plus. I cannot find ANY information on this company so that I can contact them regarding this fraud on my bank account.

I was charged for something I never should have been charged for. And they won't give me my money back.
I ordered a "free" sample of this product. I was only supposed to pay $4.95 shipping and handling. I also opted out of their auto ship program. I received this product and checked my bank account to see $200 taken by wonder full keto. Then I received another package in the mail today. So much for opting out of the auto ship. I call *** to find out where I can return the unopened product. And get my money back. I was informed by the woman on the phone that there are no returns or refunds. I was never supposed to pay for the product in the first place, so why can't they return the money they stole from me? The bottle I received today should be refunded because I didn't even order that.

I signed up for a FREE trial for their product and it was never brought to my attention by the company that after my FREE trial, that I would automatically be signed up for another. I tried calling them personally and they we're very very rude. I was simply saying that I would like at least some sort of a heads up via email or some sort of communication before they would scam and charge me further. Apparently I was automatically signed up. I was told that they couldn't help me with this situation and I was being directed via phone call to a couple of people. They we're very unprofessional and short. They didn't want to help me at all. I just don't want a company like this to screw anymore hardworking people like they did me. So in reality, the free trial isn't actually a free trial at all. They charge you for the 14 day FREE trial that you're on. Isn't a trial supposed to be free? Please get this to their attention.
