My elderly mother tapped on a *** ad for a free trial with Keto Ignite. She paid the required $5.95 shipping, but then just two weeks later they debited nearly $200 directly from her account. She didn't receive any email or clear notification that these charges were pending or even due at all. I realize you have to be careful when ordering online, and she's a senior citizen, but I have reviewed all materials and can't even find it myself!! We have disputed the charges with our bank and even had to changed her debit card number because we can't get in touch with Keto Ignite to cancel her order and stop the recurring auto charges. My mother called the provided number multiple times to cancel her order, but no one will answer. It just rings for ever..no voicemail option - nothing. We listened to it ring for 30 minutes. *** My sweet mother is on a fixed income and has been distraught over not being able to teach the company to cancel.
We want her money back.

We have also attempted to search for your order using your first and last name as listed in the complaint, email, phone #, address and we were not able to locate an account using this information either.
Can you please reply with the full name, email-address and/or phone number used to place the order or order# from the confirmation email? Can you provide us with the first 6 and last 4 of the credit card that was charged? This would be the most accurate method of determining if you have an account.
Was the order placed using a different name or address? Some customers will use a family members name for the order
Can you type the name of the product as listed on the bottle exactly as it's printed?
