Charged for subscription that was not mentioned in original purchase page.
Purchased diet pills for free + s/h. Free trial for 30 days. Got charged two weeks later for 89.95 twice. When I called the company they stated it had to be cancelled within ten days. This was not mentioned on the purchase page I bought from, as it was linked from an advertisement. I am unable to take the pills due to dr recommendations and they would only refund 25%. This company is very misleading and I just want my money back, all of it!

Full refund of 89.95 x 2.

I am a disabled person that was charged $189.80 for a product I never ordered. In fact, I was charged multiple times.
I received a bottle of diet pills over the weekend that I never ordered. I was told by customer service that I ordered the product on a computer. The interesting part about that is that I don't use computers. Three charges totaling $189.80 got me a bottle of diet pills that I don't need- not to mention the fact that are not in my very fixed budget . I was told they could refund about $40.00. Customer service insulted me to the point that I had to leave the call. How shameful for a company to do this to someone with disabilities.

I just want a refund. All of my money.

Paid with my debit card was charged 4.95 2xs then charged another 89.95 2xs without any knowledge or approval.they scam you out of almost $200 when u are only paying for $4.95 shipping will not give 89.95 back

I want my 89.95 plus the other 89.95 back that was not authorized to debit from my account this is FRAUDULENT activity and needs to be stopped!!!!!!

Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial.

The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for another 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive an RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged.

I did call and cancel before the trial was up and was charged 89.95 twice before the trial was even up??? It should be put more obvious for future customers to clearly see what they are getting their self into..by getting scammed.
When I called the customer service number the lady I spoke to even told me my trial wasnt up. So I cancelled it that day. But had been charged 2 days prior already for a total of $179.90!!!! Would appreciate the total amount back and not just a partial. I even told them I would send back the unused product and was told no to keep it???

I called the customer service asking for a refund, the very rude customer service agent denied the request.
I first noticed a charge of $94.90 on 8/23 from elitesportendurance. I found an email address that seemed to be associated with the company. I sent them an email stating I was not sure why there was the charge as I did not recall subscribing for anything. Looking further into my account I saw another charge from the same company for $89.95 on 7/22. Once again, I tried sending an email with no follow up. I then tried looking online harder for something to try to "unsubscribe" with no such luck. I finally noticed that there was a phone number in the company name that appeared on my credit card statement. I called the number, requesting clarification of the charges and asked for a refund. The refund was denied. The agent was very rude, saying how I knew what I signed up for and there was no way to have anything refunded. I obviously didn't if I wasn't expecting these charges.

I ordered a trial bottle of diet supplements. I've now been charged $89.95 twice and have not received any product and am now told I'm black listed ?
On July 2nd I responded to an ad for a Free 30 day trial offer of diet supplements being charged S&H only, which as of today I have not received. The next day this was billed twice, I thought by mistake. July 15th I received 2 withdrawals of $89.95 each so I called the phone number given to my bank but it was no good. The next day another $89.95 charge came through so I called my bank again stating that I had no idea what it was because the number was no good. I asked *** to dismiss the charges and they started their process. On July 19th chase sent me a letter stating that two of the withdrawals were valid. I again called *** and was directed to call this business again and they provided me with a different phone number. I called and a young girl informed me that I was black listed and that she could not talk to me. I stated that I wanted to speak to someone to resolve this and she asked me to hang up or she would, I began to speak again and she hung up on me. I called back to *** and they have now suggested that I get a police report then call them with the information. I have never heard of such a solution to a simple problem. As of today I have not received any product from Keto Rapid Max

Desired Outcome

I now demand a full refund. This business freely withdrew funds from my bank account but hung up the phone when I contacted them with my questions and concerns. Very Poor Customer Support with no intent on making good on their end of the deal.

Because of the professional importance of the *** my funds were returned via a business titled name on a personal check with an apartment address out of ***. The marketing name, the collectors name and the shipping name and the return billing name are all different names and set up in different states. They were very difficult to track down. Thank you

Subscription was not specified when ordering. Billing processed before days listed on terms and conditions. Cancellation and refund refused
Order placed August 30th from advertisement on Facebook directed to a different website. Offer was for a Trial set with would be free only had to pay chipping and handling. The first transaction was declined and not processed so attempted again. Second transaction was accepted. 14 days later 4 separate charges appeared on both card used on transaction that was declined and card used on transaction that was accepted. Called customer service to request why account was billed 4 times. Agent stated the trial was an acceptance to a subscription service and proceed to provide a website where the terms were listed. This however was not the website the product was ordered from. Terms and conditions were different from acceptance portion to where terms and conditions are listed. Customer service representative was extremely rude calling me a dog and telling me I must not understand English. Supervisor was apparently unavailable and no additional contact was possible with her. Refund and cancellation of subscription was denied. Product received was not as pictured on website representative stated it was ordered from.

Desired Outcome

I would a total refund of all 4 billing transactions in the amount of $89 per transaction.

I signed up for one free bottle of their product and agreed to pay shipping only. I was not made aware that I would automatically be enrolled in a monthly subscription and be charged $94. When I called customer service, they reluctantly agreed to cancel my subscription but would not refund my money, even though I never agreed to it, and they accused me of lying about that. All I want is a refund.

The company has refunded my money as requested.

I bought a sample of their product for $4.95 and they sent me two full sized bottles and have charged my credit card two separate charges of $89.95.
I ordered one sample of Keto Rapid Max for $4.95. The order # on the packing slip is XXXXXX. I received two bottles of capsules: Keto Rapid Max Pure Keto and Keto Rapid Max Cleanse. I only ordered one item but got two. Then they charged me $89.95 for each bottle. When I called customer service, they said I agreed to terms and conditions that if I did not return the bottles in 14 days, I would get charged $89.95 for each bottle. I never saw this language anywhere and there was no communication in the envelope the product arrived in. There was nothing in the envelope but the packing slip that I have and the two bottles of product. I had no knowledge that this was going to cost me $89.95 x 2 if I did not return the bottles. They put "return address: *** #XXXXXX, Miami, FL XXXXX-XXXX". I didn't know that meant I was supposed to send the product back to that address in 14 days or they would charge my credit card $89.95 per bottle. That was not revealed on any information. This is a scam and this is stealing. Whoever these people are, they are dishonest and fully intend to trick people into buying for $4.95 knowing the have been deceptive and will take a much larger sum of money. I have also disputed these charges with my credit card company and put a freeze on my credit card so this company, whoever the are, cannot steal further from me.

An ad popped up on my Facebook page advertising Keto Rapid Max Pure. As Al Roker, the weatherman, was speaking on behalf of the product, I thought it was legit. It was not disclosed that I only had 14 days to cancel my subscription or I would be charged $89.95. When my Visa bill was charged twice for $89.95, it took 3 frustrating days to find a working phone number for the company. The customer rep told me it was my responsibility to read the fine print and they would not reverse the charges. This is a shady business practice and the price and cancellation policy should be displayed prominently on the advertisement, not hidden in the fine print. To add insult to injury, the product did not work as advertised.

saw add for trial free only pay for delivery,I assume i'm only getting 1 product, charged my account 4.95 twice, I called I was told that the product comes with 2, keto rapid max pure , supposed to give you energy,supports metabolism, supports lean muscle building, I, don't have a weight problem ,I thought this product would help me tone my muscles .my daughter is getting married and want to look my best for the wedding.the keto rapid max cleanse I wouldn't knowingly order because I don't have a weight problem.they.when I received both products I read the ingredients its basiclly a laxative .so I never opened or used the product.July 9th and 10th this company deducted 89.95 twice from my account,I was told my money was non refundable. I look at the add again I did not see that I would be charged 89.95 twice for a product I never used and felt was misleading the public about what it does.I am a senior and although I engage in exercise, this company is falsely advertising and taking advantage of he public. I am on SS with no other income,I feel this company took advantage of me.After sending in the 4.95 for what iI thought was free trial I saw they charged me 2 twice so I called to inform them of the addition charge . I'm not sure of the date but it was after I sent in for the trial maybe a day or two.

CANCELED SUBSCRIPTION. FISHING CHARGES ON DEBIT CARD
Keto Product (Order No. XXXXXX) was purchased it back in June and paid for. Immediately after the first product was paid for, another transaction for $9.98 was attempted four minutes later. It was rejected. A week after the product was received, the subscription was canceled. Now, the company attempted to withdraw $89.95 from my account stating I did not cancel my renewal order (not so). The agent told me I can settle by just paying $17.95. I think that because I'm a senior they think that I am stupid and that they will attempt to continue to take money from my account. I asked them to stop they told me they going to send me to collections. I told them I canceled the subscription product. I begged him to stop billing me. The agent said they won't stop, I had three choices pay $17.95, pay $89.95 and be done or ignore them and I will be sent to collections. The agent's name is James, his agent number is 67 I contacted him today Thursday, July 11, 2019 At 6:14 PM. The Council on Aging advises me this is a senior fraud and I should file with the State Attorney's Office. I just want to be left alone.

For them to acknowledge the cancellation on June 25, 2019. For them to stop FISHING my credit card and attempting to remove money's. For them to delete all of my my credit card information from their database. To stop all strong arming sale techniques.
