I thought it was a free trial, then I get charged $89.97 and customer service was no help, couldn't give me a refund and she was half asleep still. I need a refund, I can't afford this with Covid happening and on unemployment. This company should be ashamed of itself, stealing peoples money during pandemic.

Something has to be done about companies who offer trial samples and then charge you full price if you do not cancel in days.I was not aware of this
Something has to be done to stop companies that offer free product samples for price of shipping and then charge you full price if you do not cancel in 18 days or so. I was not informed of that rule when I ordered a product from Supersonic Keto for $9.93 and was shocked when my account was charged $180.00. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford things like this to happen. I have called this company to complain and ask for a refund but was told that was not possible. I plan to write my congressman about these underhanded practices we allow

I would like a refund but more important I would like any business not to be allowed to automatically charge a persons credit card for the full price of a product that they only agreed to a trial sample. These companies do not tell you the "cancel in 18 days" rule when you order their product. This is very underhanded business practice and there should be a law protecting consumers. I really can't afford this this extra $180.00 charged to my credit card but I will cut something else out to pay it. Please see what can be done to stop these businesses and their deceptive business practices.

Unauthorized charges and refusal to give a refund.
I ordered a 30 day free trial on 8/2/2020. Posted to my bank account on 8/3/2020. When I saw a pending charge I called and cancelled on 8/22/2020 cancellation #s *** and XXXXXXXB4D but the charge was not refunded. The charges were posted to my account on 8/21/2020 and 8/24/20. I called again on 8/27/2020 to ask where my refund will be posted and was told they would not refund my card.
The charges were for supersonic keto charged from my account to leariccchatting trim for 89.97 and supersonic forsklin charge from my account to leariccchatting derm for 89.96. Both charged from my Debit card. As of 8/27/2020 I have not recieved the products.

I want them to refund my account and if I receive the product I want to return it.

The fraudulent charges began December 2019 following a "free, one time trial" of this product. I have been in contact with my bank with no resolution
The fraudulent charges began December 7th following a one time $4.97 purchase of a "free trial" of a ketogenesis product. I reported this to my bank, which is synchrony bank on December 8th, 2019 because I felt that this was a fraudulent, fishy situation. My bank issued me a new credit card and told me that this issue would be resolved following receiving a new credit card. Since December 7, 2019 following the $4.97 charge, my credit card has been charged at least twice a month for charges of $89.95 as well as $89.97 from two companies, Get Clear Slim and Get Clear Trim with the most recent charges hitting my Synchrony account on May 28th and May 29th, 2020 for the amount of $89.97 and $89.95. I have attempted to contact this company five times following the initial purchase of the "free trial" in December 2019 without success. Synchrony bank and I have been in contact since December 2019 attempting to resolve these seemingly fraudulent charges on my credit card account by GET Clear Fit and Get Clear Slim. Since December 2019, this has been an ongoing challenge in attempt to get this company to stop charging my credit card account, even after Synchrony Bank closed my account in an attempt to stop the charges from Get Clear Trim and Get Clear Slim. Unfortunately, synchrony bank has also been giving me conflicting stories on how to handle this matter, therefore, they have not resolved this issue because of the lack of consistency in contact with this ketogenesis company. On July 6, 2020, I spoke to a customer representative, Christine who answered the 800#s listed on my credit card statement from Get Clear Trim and Get Clear Slim. Christina gave me very conflicting information and provided me with numerous different websites that I would need to visit in order to contact their Corporate Office; upon searching these websites ([email protected] and [email protected]) the websites did not exist. Christina with Get Clear Trim and Get Clear Trim was not able to provide me with any additional information about the company and claimed they have various different products naming keto and forkolisys. She advised conflicting acct info such as 1. I must not have an account; 2. I had account that opened 12/7/19 with a trial which was never cancelled and was then closed in 4/2020; 3. The last charge they made on my account was 5/15/2020 after claiming account was closed in April. Christina asked for my full name and email address in attempts to locate my account, after claiming that I did not have an open account. Christina also stated that I should have received a email confirmation following my purchase of the one time trial of this product in December, although an email was never received. She also stated details about this product and cancellation procedure could be found on the website, although the websites were not real. I never received an email, therefore contacted my bank. Christina notified me that they had won the dispute with Synchrony Bank although refused to provide me with any information related to my account except that the company did charge me $89.97 and 89.95 from December 2019 to April 2020 with the last charge happening on May 15th, 2020 after stating that my account was closed in April 2020; this phone conversation was recorded from my end. I do have a very detailed letter that I have sent in to synchrony bank detailing the information On charges etc I received from the bank as well as the lack of information I have received from this ketogenesis, Get Clear Trim and Get Clear Slim company. I would be happy to submit this information to anyone willing to read it from the Revdex.com. I have attempted to contact my contact person through synchrony bank although I have not heard back from her yet; her name is Brittney and she is in the Synchrony Bank Corporate Office. We are hoping that this matter can be resolved and hoping that the Revdex.com can support this effort from my end.

Said they couldn't refund because the gateway wasn t working and they would se nd a check in 60-90 days.
I put an order in, online, for Keto Blend using my MasterCard ending in***. About an hour later I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which I never got. May 20 I received a bottle of Forskolin. I called immediately to say I did not order this, everything had been cancelled and to refund me. The amounts they took were 84.99 and 89.96. He said the refund was set up and should appear shortly. On June 29 I called because there was no refund. She said she would talk to her supervisor and put me on hold. She came back with the Gateway isn't working, they tried 4 or 5 times and it just won't go.through. They will have to mail me a check and it will take 60-90 days to arrive.

I ordered a trail sample in Feb...I then canceled my subscription on February 22.. They pulled a unauthorized out of my account on April 8th &April 19
I have been in contact through customer service since April 19th 2020.. They sent a email telling me my refund would be in my account in 7 to 10 days.. The company pulled out of my account on April 8th 2020 $89.96 and again on April 19th 2020 of $84.99.. This was canceled on February 22,2020.. I talked to customer service again on May 26th, 2020..The lady said they do owe me a refund and sent everything to upper management.. Today is May 29th, 2020 and I still have not got my refund.. I have all the emails if they need to be sent.. I just want my refund back ..

escalation where refunds did not process through the system and you were issued a check starting 6/2

Okay this has been going on since April.. We are getting ready to go into July..I have heard the same
thing for months..So were is my refund.?? I'm guessing this company does not stand for up to their
money back guarantee...All I want is my refund that this company said I was getting.. This needs to be

Canceled trial, company still changed me for the product that I never received and refuses to refund me even with my cancellation on file.
signed up for a trial but didn't mean to, in february! canceled at the exact same time. emails to prove it! I even called customer service to make sure it was canceled and there is a refund to show it was canceled. in April, 2 months later, I got a charged for a different company for $89.96 so I filed fraud. I didnt know who they were! turns out it was the same company using a different name to charge me for the same product I canceled and they told the bank I ordered it and it was sent to my address so the bank wont refund me the money. I called the company and they told me even with the cancellation on file that since I tried to dispute through the bank and lost that they will no be refunding me for a product I never got. they said if the bank thinks it is a legit charge then they are keeping the money. would not let me speak to a manager, said there wasnt one, and there was nothing they could do to help. even though they know they never sent me the product!

I have called to cancel recurring order multiple times and received confirmation via phone but am still being charged.
I now can not get ahold of anyone and still being charged. This needs to stop or I will have to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

I ordered a trial sample on 03/13/20 and I recieved that. Then I noticed money coming from my account and they took 2 payments of 89.97 on 04/10/20.
Then they took two payments in May one on the 8th and the other on the 15th. I called them and they said I was suppose to cancel after 18 days. That was not there when I ordered the pills because I would never order anything for $90 a bottle. The same lady kept answering and giving me a fake email and saying she would send me my money back and an email stating that and also saying that she would cancel the payments. I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAILS. I called back again and seems as she would laugh and keep lying. I had to call the bank to cancel my card and with the pandemic she took money from me that is well needed right now.

However, their website is deceptive as there were multiple screens containing a "click here" to complete your transaction link which resulted in me purchasing some other trial for $4.96. I immediately emailed them about the 2nd charge and they refunded me. On 05/11/20, I received a random charge for $89.97 order # XXXXXXX which I did not authorize, nor did I sign up for any auto-renewal. I contacted Ketogenesys immediately and they told me to call customer service. I called and escalated this indicating that they charged me without my consent. They said they escalated this to a manager for a refund. Several days later I still did not see a refund on my bank account so I called again. The customer service person said it had been escalated and the manager has 14 days to decide to refund the purchase or not. I told him that this was an unauthorized transaction and that if they did not immediately refund it I was going to file a dispute with my bank, the Revdex.com, and consumer affairs. he put me on a brief hold and then said he would refund the transaction and cancel any subscription. he sent me an email indicating it has been refunded. It has been 3 business days and nothing is showing in my account as being refunded, so I reached out to my bank to report the transaction and froze my account due to these unauthorized charges.

Fraudulent Advertising
On February 20 I purchased a trial of Keto Blend for $4.96 (order XXXXXXX). When I went to check out there was also an order for Forskolin for $4.97 (order XXXXXXX) which I did not order. There was no way to remove this item so I went ahead and ordered it since it was only the shipping cost. I saw no place where it said you would be charged $89.96 after a certain amount of time. When I saw the charge on my credit card I called to tell them I did not want this item and to remove it from my credit card. They refused. I have both bottles that have not been opened and offered to return them and they would not let me. I filed a complaint with my credit card company (Capital One) and they refunded my money in April. My new statement has the charge on it again. I want this charge refunded and to let others to beware of this company and their selling tactics.

It's a *** up company that will say you're going to be using a free trial but in reality, it charged me $89 multiple times. There was no way to cancel because the website had no customer service. I had to search for it until I found Revdex.com. The person I ended up speaking with said that I would maybe get a refund but it wasn't guaranteed.

I sign up for a free trial and was charged $89.97 after two weeks without my authorization. I called back to cancel but was told no refund.
I signed up on-line for a free trial and purchased two small bottles of product called Keto Blend for $4.97 each on 3/04/2020. I charged it on my debit card of BB&T bank checking account. The advertisement did not mention when the trial period will end or wether I will be charged any amount after the trial. However, I was charged $89.97 on the same debit card on 3/23/2020 without my authorization. Immediately I called back the next day to cancel but was told no refund because I didn't cancel it within 15 days of trial period which I was never told about. The name of the sales Rep that I spoke to was ***. I did not receive any receipts or e-mail messages from them.

This complaint was sent to the wrong business, and this email address is not associated with the company called KetoGenesys. I wish we could do anything to help the customer, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Our recommendation is to check the credit card statement for a customer service phone number on the charge in question. That should lead to the correct company.

This is a fraudulent company that tells you will get the free trial and then charge you without your permission $89 with no refund when you cancel the trial.

Will not do an advertised refund and cessation of withdrawals from debit card
After purchasing 1 bottle of pills for $5, company keeps sending 1 bottle per month and charging $90. Made several calls to their phone number to try to get a refund on unused pills and to stop further delivery and removal of money from my account.

This Company is a scam! They take advantage of people by their misleading advertising! Reading the complaints I'm not the only one!
On 2/11/2020 I clicked on an ad that was for Ketogenesys (or under billing name, *** The advertisement says, free bottle just pay shipping of $4.95 for a free trial. I rec'd an email of conformation reminding me of subscription and asking me to click here to agree to charges or click here to cancel your subscription. Well the click here to cancel button doesn't work so I sent two emails for them to cancel. The bottle is $89.97. I NEVER clicked on the agree charges. When I emailed them they told me to call customer service. When I called, I was informed that the $4.95 was the shipping charge and the bottle was $89.97 that they sent me. I never agreed and that's now how it was advertised AT ALL! I would have never agreed to that as it's ridiculously expensive. I asked if I could return the bottle for a refund and I was told NO. they don't accept returned product. So not matter what the situation, I'm out $94.92. Especially during a time of crisis, and the person was rude about it! Like I'm the dumb one for not reading the fine print. I can't believe after reading all the other EXACT SAME reviews that this company can still operate the way it is. Doesn't seem fair. Regardless if it's the consumers responsibility to read the fine print, this company knows that most people don't and that's EXACTLY how they are scamming people!! There is NOTHING free about this product and they shouldn't advertise as such. They also need to be clear. Preying on the vulnerable.

I would like my $89.97 back in my account. I would also like if this company would change their advertising to reflect the real deal so that nobody else is scammed out of their hard earned money. The most vulnerable people are usually people overweight looking for something, anything to help them and this type of business is only going to make things worse! Please stop this company!!!
