I understood I was buying the product for the price of shipping. I did not have a contract box to click or a letter explanation of a contract.
I ordered online one bottle of ketogenesys for what I thought was the shipping price only. After a month, my banking account was billed for $89. There was no letter, email, or Phone call. No receipt or letter with product arrival in mail either.
I would like a refund for the $89 I was charged.
We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. *** placed an online order for a trial period of our Ketogenesys . All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently *** was charged for the product received . Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 18 day trial period, all sales are final. *** also had filed a dispute with Financial Institution and we are no longer able to assist with a credit.

Signed up for a free travel and was charged for full mothly subscription without authorization and have been having trouble getting in touch with customer service to cancel any futher charges
Was told to call on a specific date, 30 Oct, to avoid charges and was still charged 89.97. Called to ask for refund and was not successful.
I was in an 18 day trial period (this is what the customer service rep told me the length of the trial period was). The order was placed 12 October, I called on 14 October to cancel, and the representative I spoke to told me I had to wait until the 30th of October to cancel the trial period, otherwise I would be liable for additional charges.
I called on the 30th and cancelled, however I was charged on the 30th $89.97
My order was placed on the 12th of October, 18 day trial, takes me to the 30th, so I cancelled on the specified date.
My account needs to be refunded the $89.97 that was incorrectly charged.
I called on 8 November and was told I was not eligible for a refund, even if I returned the product.
The customer service rep said her supervisor was not available and that they would give me a call back, I provided my number and tried calling again, I didnt get an answer. I can only assume they blocked my number.
The email I received did not provide any information regarding cancellation or additional charges.

We appreciate the opportunity to address the complaint. Ms. signed up for an 18-day trail of Forskolisys and Ketogenesys. Per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of order, the customer pays the initial the cost of shipping, then has 18 days from the date of order to try the product. Ms. did contact the customer support department within the trial period and was advised to call prior to 10/30/2019 if she wished to cancel. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding and Ms. called the day of 10/30/2019. Ms. was only charged the end of trial charge for the Ketogenesys. Customer support was able to stop the transaction for the Forskolisys prior to it processing. Both 30-day supplies are in Ms.s possession as we have not received any merchandise in return.
The next time we received contact from Ms. was on 11/8/2019. At which time her account had been documented that she filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding the charges. Once a dispute is filed, we have to allow the dispute process to take its course and cannot issue any kind of refunds unless the customer contacts our customer support department with their financial institution on the line to confirm they will withdraw the dispute. At this time, we have not received contact from Ms. with her financial institution on the line to confirm this. If this should happen, we will be able to reverse the charges at that time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding that may have been caused. Kindly advise if we can be of further assistance.
This company gets you to buy a $5 free trial and then will charge you $90 three weeks later for a membership you didn't sign up for or know about.
I was enticed by a Twitter ad to try a "free trial" of these supplements. My first complaint was that the ad was for one supplement that was only to cost $5 shipping and handling. But even though I clicked cancel on the other products they tried to sell me, I somehow ended up paying $10, for the supplement I wanted and one I didn't. But I didn't mind an extra $5 too much. However, in none of those pages did they tell me they were signing me up for a monthly membership of $90! Three weeks later I was charged $90 without any notice or say in the matter. Called customer service the next day and had to refuse many "deals" the rep was trying to give me before finally cancelling the membership I never signed up for. However they could not refund my $90. Horrible business practices. My bank will be investigating it as fraudulent.
I would like to be refunded my $90 but I also would like Revdex.com to force this business to change their practices to ensure people know what they are signing up for, as well as not tricking people into buying more than they wanted to. It is a shady business and it was very difficult even to find a customer service number.

If you have a trial period on the product you should clearly state that, not just hide it in the terms and conditions. I had no clue when purchasing this trial product that I would be charged after a certain point. That's just shady business.
Fraudulent billing practices
There is no information indicating that enrolling in the trial sample will enroll you in the monthly service. Additionally, there is no contact information to stop subscription or notification that you will be charged. Once I tracked down a phone number I was placed on hold through auto system and no one ever picked up.

There is a check box that is required to be marked by the customer prior to ordering. By checking this box the customer agrees that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of the trial offer promotion. Per the terms and conditions, the customer pays the initial the cost of shipping, then has 18 days from the date of order to try the product. Due to no contact from Ms. to cancel within the trial period she was billed for completion of the trial and keeping the merchandise in the amounts of $89.97 and $89.96. There is an 800 number next to every transaction posted to the consumers account. This is the best way to reach our customer support department. We do not have record of a call made by Ms. to our customer support department. We did receive contact via email on 11/5/2019, however this was after the trial completion charge had occurred. Both 30-day supplies are in Ms. possession.
Ms. filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding the charges on 11/14/2019. I signed up for a free trial that required a payment for shipping and handling only. I enter my credit card information and was charged double for an extra product I didnt select. I immediately tried to cancel the entire order and didnt get a response. Two weeks later, I received an email about being charged $90 for a subscription. I tried to reach customer support via email with no response. I finally open the package and find a 1800#. The agent was rude and pushy and tried to imply that I was illiterate. I was told I'd get a refund for the $90 but have yet to receive the confirmation email.
I want a fill refund and yo never be contacted by them again

Prior to submission of the trial order it does clearly explain that the customer will pay for only the shipping up front. This initiates a 14 day trial period, that starts the day the order is placed. Once the trial is complete the customer is billed 89.97 for the Ketogenesys and 99.97 for the Forskolisys. The terms and conditions of this offer have to physical agreed to by checking a box prior to submission of the order. We do apologize for any confusion regarding the trial offer.
The first contact received from *** was on 11/2/2019 and the trial completion charge had already occurred. We hold a 30 day money back guarantee on unopened product therefore *** was outside the guarantee and we were not able to issue a refund.
On 11/14/2019 we received a chargeback notification from the mutual customers financial institution. Once a dispute is filed, the decision of whether the mutual customer is refunded or not is at the financial institutions discretion. We suggest *** contact their bank or credit card company for the outcome of that dispute.
We can confirm the account was canceled after we received contact. As well that *** has not been billed or shipped anything after the cancellation request was made. If there is anything further we can do to assist in this matter please advise.

I purchased what I thought was a trial order of KetoBlend for only 9.95 S&H with no additional charge. On my bank acct a charge of $89.95 was taken from my bank acct today, 10/22 without consent. I called the company X-XXX-XXX-XXXX And a very rude and unprofessional woman answered who said I had 14 days "from time of purchase" to cancel the order. I advised that I only received the product a few days ago, she said "that's in the agreement" and NO $89.95 refund would be issued under no circumstances. I sent her the email That was sent to me to cancel the order by 10/22 and she said they are NOT flexible on cancellations and refunds. support @ketogenesys.net
NOT sure who owns this brand or manufacturing company but they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!! They prey on making $89.95 an order regardless if you're happy with the product or not. No such thing as customer satisfaction.

She also disputed the charges with the Financial Institution, so we are longer able to assist with a refund but account has been cancelled from all further billings and shipments.

I purchased the product trylaborislim for only 4.95 for S&H with no additional charge. On my bank acct a charge of $89.95 was taken from my bank acct today, 6/24, without my consent.
I called the company at 800-385-4304. A woman answered who said I had 14 days "from time of purchase" to cancel the order. When I sated I only received the product a few days ago, she said "thats in the agreement". she hung up before I completed the next sentence.
I called back and stated my date of purchase on my bank statement is 6/10 she responded by saying I signed up on the 6th. When I asked the address of the company ,she hung up.

These companies are aligned with varying companies like amazon,. They promote that if you answer a few questions you are eligible for a FREE gift and only have to pay for S&H.
