I placed and order with this company which I was charged for and never recieved.
I placed an order through this company's website and I recieved the first trial offer of their Keto supplement and their Forskolin supplement. On 1/18/20 I was charged 91.90 for the following month. After seeing the charge post on my Visa debit card I called their customer service and requested to cancel. The representative told me I could then get both products for $19.99 which was more reasonable so I agreed to continue my subscription. It is now almost April and I have not recieved anything after the initial trial offer. I was charged $91.90 for a product I did not get. I emailed their support and never heard back.

Unfortunately, 3D secure credit card do not allow refunds. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. I have not received the product or a refund. After all this all I want is a refund. I understand the terms of the initial order, the merchants obligation was not fulfilled. I do not consider this matter resolved based on their statement that refunds are not possible. How is that when there is a money back guarantee?

They have sneaky sales practices. I ordered a product and in the process they sneakily signed me up for a monthly subscription.
I placed a one time order of Ketogenic Valley Keto. I read all the details about the purchse and did not see anything about signing up for a subscription. A month later I received a notice that my second set of products were being shipped and about $170 was being withdrawn from my account. When I called to have this resolved, they hung up on me. When I called back they tried to pitch me 3 times before agreeing to a refund minus a "restocking fee". Then, a week later the full amount was withdrawn from my account. I called to complain and straighten it out, and I was placed on a 15 minute hold and then hung up on. I called again and supposedly they are going to refund my money within 3-10 business days, which means I will receive a refund March 27 - April 7th. My confirmation number: ***. The refund amount is $81.9 + $75.88. The person I spoke with has the Agent ID.

Desired Outcome

I expect to receive my refund of $81.9 + $75.88 sometime between March 27 - April 7th. If I do not, then I will reach back out for your help in resolving this. For now, I simply wanted to complain about this business, they are a scam.

We issued a refund in the amount of 157.79 on 3/25/2020, please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refunds to post in the account where the funds were debited. Paid shipping to try free samples of product. They took further payments without authorization.
I tried a free product of the Keto supplement and Forskokin supplement with payment for shipping. They then made 2 future charges w/in 3 days of each other. 1 for 85.88 and the other for 91.90. I didn't authorize payment other than shipping for free samples. I do all banking online and didn't know the shipments were sent to me until I was out of state and received my online statement. I contacted the business to let them know I was out of state and I can't afford it and to cease all shipments and refund the payments. I didn't agree to sign up for future shipments. I received an email from someone who confirmed cancellation so future shipments would stop. She said to call and they would let me know how to ship back and I would be refunded. I let them know when I would get back and I would get the package from my mailbox and would call them upon my return. I live in Minnesota. The evening I got back it was -15 below outside and I had no heat. My dogs had been alone all day with no heat. They are 7 and 10 pounds. It was freezing in my house. So I had to take care of that emergency. That took priority and my attention. It took a couple weeks to have contact with the insurance and the contractors 3 different times to get it fixed. I had to worry about freezing pipes and electric heaters. But as soon as that was resolved, I did get the package from the mail and contacted them for the appropriate way to ship back and be refunded. They told me on the phone that it was too late. You automatically get signed up when you request the sample. The time limit starts when you order the sample. I tried to explain that I didn't know it was automatic and I didn't know anything was shipped. I don't get bills via mail. It is just junk to recycle so I check it like once a month. I kept in contact with them except when dealing with the heat emergency. I can get verification of that heat issue if needed. I wasn't tried to put anything off. I have copies of 2 emails that state that I would be refunded. The last time being 3/5/20. I keep getting different people and different answers. I can't get to a higher authority. I just want my money back for shipments I didn't request. I was told I could get a refund twice. I have all the email correspondence. I will try to attach the emails if possible. If it doesn't work, I will try to copy all wording and paste it in there. I will be happy to forward the emails to someones email there if necessary. I would just really like some help to resolve this situation. I really can't afford to lose that kind of money. Those prices are not listed on the add for free sample with paid shipping. Please help mediate this.

Here is the latest email received from the company. I did call them around 5pm on the 10th business day which was Friday 3/20/20. They assured me it would still be applied to my account by 8pm that evening due to the time change. It still has not been applied to my acct. They told me on the phone that the refund was processed on 3/9/20.

After contacting customer service to return products I was refused assistance per the company's terms and conditions.
After ordering the products I discovered that the cost of the order was higher than anticipated and that charges would be reoccurring. I wished to return the products, contacted customer services, and the representative refused to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as stated in the terms and conditions. I tried four times during the same call to receive a RMA number but each time the representative refused. I also emailed the company to complain and request the RMA number; however, did not receive a response. I believe that this is not only poor customer services and a violation of the company's terms and conditions but also a way to prevent customers from returning products so that additional charges will occur.

The company provide a RMA number, accept return of the products, no further charges to my account.

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion. We do not offer sample sizes, we send out our full-sized product - a 30-day supply - to our customers. We have adopted a monthly subscription-based schedule which allows our active, on-the-go customers the convenience of automatically receiving their diet regimen. They are given a 14-day trial period to decide whether or not our product meets their needs, for only the cost of shipping and handling. If a customer cancels with-in the trial period, return of the products are not required.

Upon looking over Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial with us on February 25, 2020 for the shipping cost of $6.94 and $6.96. On the same day, February 25, 2020 a call was made to let us know that she would like to cancel her account. The products had already shipped out to Ms.. The account was cancelled the same day so that no further charges would occur. There is not a need to return with-in our trial period. This gives our customers a chance to try the products.

We take any complaint very seriously and are greatly committed to perfecting our practices in order to provide a positive customer experience. We hope you are satisfied with our business and we want to again apologize for any inconveniences this has caused.

I am satisfied with the company's response; however, wish that the situation could have been resolved more diplomatically rather than me having to resort to filing a complaint here.

I was charged nearly $200 to my account without notification or consent. I was hung up on twice in an attempt to explain this. Without professionalism, I assume this is a scam. I could barely understand the operators that I spoke with. Although I was very angry at the time, I was repeatedly asked the same questions I had already answered clearly. These are scammers and thieves, it's very obvious, and something should be done to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future. I am unfortunately out of nearly $200, but this should not occur in the first place! And to be hung up on twice after waiting to speak with someone that may be helpful just is disgusting!

Refund I am embarrassed to have fallen for this and probably need a new debit card due to this. We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our product for free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel your trial, once expired, you are billed the retail price of the product you ordered as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.

Our records indicate that the first form of contact we received from her was on March 3 and because we did not receive prior contact from her, it was assumed she was satisfied with our product as well as her subscription with us. When she emailed in, she requested to be cancelled. As a courtesy, we have refunded Ms. for the order placed in January (billed for end of trial in February) and do not require her to return any products back to us. This would make a total reimbursement of $177.78 and it should take roughly 7-10 business days for this to be credited back into her account depending on her financial institution.

I ordered what I thought was a free trial only to be charged $350 for pills I only wanted to sample once.
On 1/1 my daughter ordered me a free trial of the ketogenic pills and it said all I had to do was pay for the shipping which was $6.96 for one order and $6.94 for the other. I received the shipment in mid January and figured I was all set with the free sample. I then received another delivery of pills (order # *** which I was confused about. I then looked at my monthly statement and realized I got charged an additional fee of $85.88 and $91.90. I had my daughter call on 2/22 to cancel my account once I realized that they were still charging my account and they told her they would cancel my account and could only refund 30% of what I paid. On 2/29 while looking at my bank statement I noticed that they refunded me in the amounts of $ 27.57 and $25.76 but they also charged me another $91.90 and $85.88 for pills that I not only cancelled but never received! I had my daughter call once again and she got disconnected 3 times before she finally talked to Cleo who claimed that she was the supervisor and could not refund her money. My daughter told her this was unacceptable and a scam and that I'm on a limited income but they still refused to offer a refund.

I would like to get refunded the money iI got scammed out which would equal $301.93.

Kerogenic Valley charged my account for an unauthorized purchase. When I reached out to customer service, they denied me a refund.
On January 30, I purchased 2 supplements from Ketogenic Valley for the amounts of $6.94 and $6.96. I authorized this payment. On February 21, I was charged $91.90 for the same product. I did not authorize this purchase. I contacted customer service via email explaining this to them. I signed up for the 15 day free promotion their website was offering. They told me that even though I signed up for the free trial of these supplements, they sent me a 30 day trial anyways and charged my account for the 30 day product. I told them I did not authorize that purchase and since the products are still unopened, I would like to return them and get a refund. They told me that all sales are final, even though I didn't authorize that sale!

I would just like my money back for the purchase I did not authorize. I am willing to return the products if a return label is sent to me.

I received 2 refund confirmation numbers on 12-20-19 but neither refund has been issued to my bank account. Company will not respond to my messages.
On 11/02/19 ketogenic valley charged my bank account 2 separate transactions of 19.95 each. I did not order a product from them on 11/02 or receive one. They used order ID and charged my debit card without authorization. I contacted the company and I was given 2 refund reference numbers XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX for 19.95 each on 12/20/19. These refunds have never been processed. They have never refunded my debit card. The company will not answer or return my messages.

I was charged $84.95 for a product that I didn't order would not be given a refund when called with the 30 day trial period
I did a trial of the supplement and was not notified that I would be charged an additional $84.95 for another bottle to be sent to me 15 days later. when I called regarding this, it was within the 30 day trial period and was also not told that I could get a full refund even when I specifically asked for a full refund. they told me that I could only get a partial refund for $29.00. I again called because I was charged for the $84.95 and was then told that I could have received that full refund but had accepted the partial refund. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that there was nothing that they could do as I had just passed the 30 day period by 2 days but my initial call was with the 30 days.

Desired Outcome

I want my full refund of $84.95 back. I told them I will ship the product back as it has not been opened or tampered with.

Extra charges on my bank account without my consent. Refusal to refund.
Purchase was made on 01/31/2020. My most recent call to Ketogenic Valley was today, 02/21/2020. I spoke with Cleo *** who refused my full refund request, advised ne she was a supervisor and does not report to any superior so there was no one else I could talk to. I had received a 30 day supply of the product. I was told by Cleo *** that I needed to return the product and cancel my subscription within 14 days. I offered to return the product for a full refund and was told that it would not be possible.

I was given a bogus phone number and couldn't cancel my order
I place a order with the Ketogenic Valley company for Kato sample and Forskolin sample on 1/6/2020 I received the product about 10 days later after a week I started tying to cancel my order on the bottle and shipping order I was given phone number 833-209-3538 every time I call this number I would push 1 for billing or 3 for ordering whoever answered would pretend not to hear me I would go into another room and the same thing would happen after 5 or 6 times I gave up on the 2/4/2020 Ketogenic Valley withdrew 183.50 out of my bank account I was only surpose to be charge 6.98 shipping for each bottle I paid for this with my debit card at Southern Security Federal C Union. My order # was *** I feel the whole thing was a scam from start to finish these people should be ashamed

The company didn't provide adequate documentation that involved a minor and confirmation and product were not obtained yet money was taken in exchange
On September 13th the site was visited and information was given all the way to the check-out screen at which time the site was exited (check -out screenshot provided #1 indicating that the 14 day trail was selected). Within a couple of weeks (7 days to process the order and 4 days to ship, give or take) the 15 day trial arrived. Didn't think much of it until a charge of $79.97 appeared on the bank statement there was no email notification nor was any product received for this particular charge. At this point the website was revisited and Ashley realized that she had provided enough information to become a "member" of this site so she canceled said "membership" (cancelation confirmation provided #2). After the membership was canceled the second order was shipped on November the 4th and an additional charge for $84.92 was posted to her account (This was the first and only email that was received, email of order provided #3). On January 9th I attempted to contact the company to resolve the situation, I spoke with Christina ID # *** and all she could say when I explained that Ashley was a minor (document #4) was that the product was all natural and repeatedly explained their 30 day return policy. When I explained that I was unhappy with the way this was being handled and that my next step was to file a complaint, I hung up and she had the audacity to call me back and leave a message saying that she would be happy to continue to explain their 30 day return policy, again.
My issues with this whole ordeal are:
1) A contact with a minor was created
2) The disclaimer on the check-out screen was difficult, if not impossible, for me to read even with my reading glasses on.
3) 30 day return policy doesn't even allow for the product to be received, tried, and returned in that window of time. Most establishments have a 60-90 day window.
4) The unprofessional conduct when the establishment was contacted, including the return call to me without having my phone number.
I appreciate your help in this matter as it is disheartening to a parent to see their child taken advantage of and their hard-earned money taken from them.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER. They trick you from a 3rd party website that would give you a "free" bottle as a "thank you" for conducting a survey. Once the survey is completed, you will be re-directed to this company's website to get your alleged "free" bottle.

As I recall going from the survey to choosing my "thank you" gift, you are directed to what I think is a different "mock" website similar to as follows:

This website is actually part of ketogenicvalley.com. This website did not indicate CLEARLY that I will be charged not only the product after a 14 day trial, but nothing in regards to a "monthly subscription"

The "sales pitch" from the 3rd party survey to a "mock" website that "hides" its true purpose (no transparency) was pretty sly in my opinion.

Therefore, this is NOT A "THANK YOU" for taking a survey. Just another way a company is trying to sneak a "monthly subscription charges to your credit card" without you knowing it.

Besides, most healthcare professionals that I've spoken to say these products is just another version of "fake media" in another form thinking you will lose weight, but it's just a $$$ making machine using a real good sales pitch and has a product that (in my opinion) yet to be proven.

Returned Sept order totaling $159.84 on Sept 11 and waiting for $74.92 on Nut Fit.Called them 7 times and emailed [email protected]. No resp
ON 8-25-2019 I ordered Nutritional Fitness Supplements for $4.98 and Primebenefit Sup for $4.95 online. On 9-11-I received a 2nd shipment. Primebenefit was $79.97 plus $4.95 S&H and Nutrit Fit was $69.94 plus $4.98 S&H totaling $159.84. I called and they told me to return them for a full refund minus $9.95 restock fee. I took them to the post office and refused the order and mailed them back unopened same box they came in. On Oct 10 I received a credit for $84.92 from Primebenefitnaturadiet Levitown, NY. I have called 7 times since and still no credit on my Visa. I also emailed them on Jan 6,2020. I have been hung up on. I received an email from Carla to call Customer Support 833-623-6665 to verify my street address so they could mail my refund. I Called and the agent I spoke to says this was NOT Ketogenic but a 3rd party agency.I am still waiting for my $74.92 credit on my Nutritional Fitness Supplement. They have told me they will send my complaint to the "Delayed Refund Section" and someone will get back with me within 24-48 hrs.

My wife and I am retired. We can not afford to give them $74.92. Please help. I'm getting NO WHERE on my own!!

Upon reviewing Mr. account, it looks like he purchased his Ketogenic Valley Supplement trial on 8/25/19 - and once the trial period ended, Mr. card was billed the retail price of the products he received. We have cancelled his subscription with us. Upon further review of receiving this complaint, we issued a credit of $84.92 on 11/18/19 and mailed out a refund check for $74.92 on 1/15/2020. Monday, Feb 10 I received a money order for $74.92. Thank you Revdex.com! you have accomplished in a couple of weeks what I have spent hours, weeks and months to achieve. For your info , Ketogenic said they mailed my check on 1-15-2020. the money ordered was dated February 7, 2020 and received February 10. Sounds fishy to me!! But again Thank YOU

This company falsely advertised a "free, with shipping and handling product". I was charged $170 of which I thought was a total of $13.90.
I was led to believe that I was only being charged shipping and handling for a sample sized product from Ketogenic Valley

Other than the information I have provided, the company gave me no more information, and only one woman answered the customer service line, claiming there was no one else to talk with.

This company falsely advertised a product as free, not indicating anywhere that you would eventually be charge the full amount of the product if you did not cancel a membership. There was no information about a membership at all. I don't believe it is right for any company to mislead consumers and then blame them for not reading the terms and conditions in tiny light grey print at the bottom of the screen. This is not a free product and should not be advertised as such.

The company claims to be unable to refund my money due to my use of a debit card. This company should honor the price promised and send me a complete refund of my money, in the form of a check if no other way is possible.

On 12/21/2019, I order their sample to try which was due to arrive in about 3 business days. I did not receive the product until about ten days after
I called to cancel the order because I had not gotten, and was told it was delivered that day. A few days later, my account was charged $91.90 and on 01/23/2020, another $85.88 was charged to my account and I have not gotten any products from them except the sample I received. I tried calling them 3 times and was hung up on and couldn't get anyone to talk to me. I have notified my bank, but they are researching this issue. I would like for the company to stop charging my account for products I have not received.

We have a monthly subscription program, with terms and conditions listed on our website, and allow our customers to start their trial for the cost of shipping and handling; we do not have sample sizes nor advertise for samples, we send a month's supply of our product at a time. After the 14-day trial period ends, per the terms of the subscription, if you do not cancel you are charged for the product in your possession and enrolled into our monthly program. This is designed to save our customers the time of placing a new order every 30 days to maintain their weight loss regimen.
Upon our review of her account with us, we can affirm that Ms. started her trial with us on December 21, 2019 for the shipping costs of $6.96 and $6.94. Before her trial ended, she gave us a call regarding her missing shipment and on a recorded line, Ms. understood and agreed to extend her trial by 7 additional days; she was advised to give us a call back regarding the products - whether she liked them or still had not received them - for us to cancel her account accordingly. Our records show that Ms. called us back on February 4, 2019, after the trial extension had expired where she was charged $91.90 and $84.88 for the products on January 21, 2020. A chargeback protection pre-authorized transaction was captured on January 14, 2020 to give the customer time to cancel. We are very sorry to hear the trouble she had with the USPS delivery. She will not receive any more shipments or charges. We regret that Ms. had strife with our company and dearly hope that this satisfies her complaint.

Since all their calls are recorded, you should listen to the calls with their representatives. I requested several times to cancel my subscription, several times and the representative told my if I cancel my subscription before I received the product, I would have to return it once I did and I told him that I could do that. However, he continue to ask me to just try the product and he would extend the trial period and they just wanted me to try it. I finally said okay knowing I would cancel the subscription. On 01/06/2020, I noticed the $91.90 charge on my account and I called my bank asking them to stop payment on this and was told, they couldn't until the payment cleared my account. I call the company back asking them to cancel my subscription and to refund my money. I made three calls that morning, talking to three different people, each time I was cut off or the call was muted. The third call was a supervisor and she did the same thing. I continue to check my account daily and noticed on 01/14/2020 the $91.90 cleared my account and on 01/23/2020 another charge for $85.88 was charged to my account. On 02/01/2020 I called to speak to someone and was on hold for more than 17 minutes with no one answering my call. On 02/04/2020, I called and talked to Rod or Rog, regarding refunding the $91.90 to my account and he offered me the product at a reduced cost and he tried several times to get me to except his offer when I finally told him no, I do not want the product and to refund my money. He then told me, since it has been more than 30 days, they could not refund the money.. There is no wed address or instructions regarding the product or cancellation process. I found them on my face book page. They use celebrities claiming they lost their weight using this product. I know for a fact Al Roker lost his weight several years ago by undergoing gastric bypass *** I was never told to call back if I like the product or still had not received them. The representative told me the product was delivered to my address that day and they were in my mailbox. If you look on the statement I previously sent, in the order details it says sample size and the description gives a different name other than names that charged my account. This is false adverting and a scam to take advantage of consumers.

Upon our review of his account with us, we can affirm that Mr. started his trail with us on November 5, 2019 for the shipping costs of $6.96 and $6.94. Mr. emailed in and was advised that due to our privacy policy, he would need to give us a call to process a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number, in which he refused to do so -for us to issue this RMA on his account accordingly, we would need him to verify one piece of account information whether it be his email, phone number or address to avoid possible fraud. We have waived our 30 day money back guarantee and issued a one time courtesy refund for the charges posted on December 28, 2019. Mr. is not required to return anything. This should be received to Mr. bank account within the next 7-10 business days and will receive a refund confirmation email. We can verify that his account with us is indeed cancelled; therefore he will not receive any more shipments or charges. We regret that Mr. had strife with our company and dearly hope that this satisfies his complaint.

I ordered ketogenic Valley dietary supplements as a trial offer and only paid shipping and handling. They charged me full price on a sample product.
I purchased ketogenic Valley keto sku# *** and ketogenic Valley forskolin sku# *** on 01/03/2020 at 5:51 P.M. on the website ketogenicvalley.com as a trial basis. I only had to pay shipping and handling on both products which was $6.96 for the keto and $6.98 for the forskolin. I used my debit card for the transaction. I received a confirmation email with the product and purchase details after the purchase at my email ***. On 01/07/2020 I received an email confirming order was processed and being shipped at 7:30 P.M. I didn't receive product until 01/09/2020. I only received a sample containing 30 capsules in each bottle which would only be for 15 days not 30 days as advertised. On 01/21/2020 I realized I was charged twice by this company, once for $91.90 authorization#XXXXXXXX on 01/19/2020 and $85.88 authorization#XXXXXXXX on 01/20/2020. I immediately called customer service at 1-833-209-3538 and was on hold for approximately 20 mins and finally was able to talk to an agent whose name I don't recall. I told her of the transactions made to my bank account and she told me that since I went over the trial period of 14 days without canceling my card on file was charged and I was then enrolled for monthly subscription to both products in which I cancelled. I asked her about a refund of my money and she said that since they sent me a full month supply, 60 capsules, I would not receive a refund. I told her I didn't receive a 30 day supply of each product, 60 capsules, that I only received a15 day supply or rather a sample, 30 capsules of each product. She said on file it shows I received a full months supply on each product and there was nothing she could do. I told her I could email her proof with a picture showing I only received samples of each product but she apologized and said there was nothing she could do. At this point, I asked if I could talk to a supervisor and she said I was talking to one. I said I would like a refund because I did not receive a full months supply and then she put me on hold for a few minutes. She got back on the line and apologized for the wait but she could not reach management and that she would have them call me back. I never received a phone call and I did email them a picture of both products and haven't received an email back. This is a scam because you do not receive a full months supply of the supplements like they suggest but they charge you for a full months supply. This is bad business and others need to know about this so it doesn't happen to them. I'm very disappointed that I lost this much money on a product that was half the supply they advertised but charged full price. Also they don't ask in the process of purchasing if you have read over the terms and condition which I went back on the website and realized it's in the very bottom of the page. The company is definitely being very shady without giving customers a heads up on the terms and conditions of the purchasing process.

14 day trial starts the day you place the order - not clear in advertising that they are selling you a subscription and start charging

I do not think a 14 day trial that starts days before you get the product is fair. I have spoken to your customer service representative ( Agent *** who repeated herself for 77 minutes on the phone telling me there was nothing she could do as you have charged me $91.90 for pills I do not want and have not shipped as yet. She would not allow me to speak to a Supervisor or anyone else.
I sent an email on Wednesday, January 22nd responding to your email confirming my cancellation and again - I am asking for a refund. I have not received a response.

I received my "Trial bottles" on 1/10/20. They didn't work for me. I called 10 days later to find out that my 14 day trial period on 1/5/20, the day I requested them. How you can call it a 14 day trial? It is not clear in the advertising

I received a full refund on 1/21 and then was recharged on1/29

They billed my card $90+ dollars for a product that I did not subscribe to.
They billed my debit card for an additional supply of their product because they said I did not cancel within 14 days. I still have the original invoice from when I ordered their product and no where on it does it say that I was subscribed to anything or that I would need to cancel.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money refunded and to never be contacted by this business again. Works also like for them to be prohibited from doing this to other people.
