I did a trial of the products was unable to fine info to cancel tried today and asked for the 91.90 to be refunded and was passed around multi times.
I did a trial for these products. I found a charge for 91.90 from my account. Took time to go through and find a transaction with the same state to see if I can get ahold of them. Fund out it is the same company and that I was a day over trial period. I didn't have the information to call it took my bank going through transactions to find the number. I have spoken with numerous agents and when asked to speak with a supervisor I have been told that there are no supervisors available, they are off for the night, the aren't on the floor. When I have gotten to a supervisor I have gotten the no refund, send the bottles back and refund since you just got them. Apparently I had a 14day trial and it starts when the order is placed and not when it is processed so I have only used it 3x. One supervisor offered my 45% on the 91.90 but didn't do it and then after I asked for the name of the company so that I can file a complaint said she would go find out put me on hold and hung up on me after 27 minutes. I have contacted this company 12x most don't know the name to provide and the others put you on hold for 14,24,&27 minutes then disconnect you. The information is hard to located and when on sight it passes you through the pages quickly. The agents and supervisors will not give you information like the name of the company, can be rude, the practices are a little questionable.

Desired Outcome

I would like to see the 91.90 returned to my account and guarantee they will not try to pull any more out.

We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our subscription was created to allow our customers to continue seeing results after the first products they received run out.
Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Ketogenic Valley Supplement trial on 12/23/19- and once the trial period ended, Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received. We have cancelled her subscription with us. Upon further review of receiving this complaint, unfortunately, we can't refund Ms. 3D secure credit card. 3D Secure credit cards do not allow the business the ability to refund the customer. The customer must notify the bank for resolution. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Ms. concern.

First my card is able to do refunds to that is not true. This company is just giving lines left and right and sticking to a script. Why is it that a day after I cancelled and had spoken to so many people was there another charge out of my account for 7.00$? So all together there has been 98.90 pull out of my account from this company. Their practices are not right.

This is the same cookie cutter response as given before. If my debit card is a 3D secure card then how are vendors/ store able to refund back to the card? Even after if this company said my account was cancelled there was another 7 dollar charge from them but no one could explain it. This company is one that people need to be made aware of their poor business practices. And I will not except this cut and pasted answer. I will however except a refund.

Order a trial bottle of keto branded diet pills that the website states as free you only pay shipping and handling. Used a cash app card because I didn't wanna use my bank card automatically 49.95 is deducted from my account. Call customer service and the agent answers and when I tell her my complaint I'm hung up on which happened on three different occasions. Finally get an agent she says the will be issuing me a refund within 24hrs and I have yet to receive it. I've called everyday since and all I get is the same thing hung up on are the same speech about a refund I have yet to receive.

December 5. The Keto product was shipped and charged to my Discover card without my Confirming the order. I can not use the product and did not order.
Dec 4, 2019 I was looking at the Keto Sales Ad offered by Ketogenic Valley. They did not offer any pricing for shipping or the Keto product unless you put in a credit card number. I input my Discover card number and only received the shipping information with a 30 day trail period. It asked me to Confirm the order which I did not. I wanted more information about the Keto so I went to another site to learn more about the affects of Ketogenic. I shut my computer off and went back to work. I work 6 hours a day in transportation and do not go on line much unless I receive a notice from someone. I received the Keto about December 13 and set it aside. Discover notified me Dec. 17 that there was a pending $91.90 charge against my account for the Best Dietary Purewell Keto. I called the Tampa Florida given on the bottle. 833-209-3538. The first operator hungup on me after I explained that I did not Confirm or want the product. I redialed and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained that I did not Confirm a order Dec. 5th or at any date. I can not use the product for medical reasons and was just looking over the product. I asked to return the order and she told me ,"no' the trial period is over.According to to ad ,there is a 30 day trial or return.I told her again that I wanted a "Full Refund and Cancel future orders" because I did not order or confirm the order. She still refused. After I said that I would report them to," Revdex.com" she said that they associated with Revdex.com. .She said that she could refund me $25.00. I said," no I wanted full refund". She offered $35.19 and she would cancel the account, but I needed to give her the name of someone who that would order the product. I told her Amber Owens might order the product but I don't know her new address in Clovis . I repeated, I want the charge and account cancelled because I did not order anything. She said that she would send to me proof of cancellation to the order. I am still waiting for the pending charge of $91.90 to be dropped. I did receive proof of the order being cancelled for future orders, but I still have a pending charge of $91.90 and a $6.95 shipping charge on my Discover card. I am returning the Keto by registered mail to the office in Florida tomorrow.

Desired Outcome

I want the pending or charge of $91.90 dropped or returned to my Discover card and return of the shipping charge of $6.95. I should also receive the $38.75 charge against my Discover account for costing my Discover to go over the credit limit.

on 12/31 I received a email noticed of $41.35 going to my Discover account. I called the 877-764-6141 on the email and explain to that office what happened and why I want a full refund. She said that she could only refund $27.57 and that I cannot get shipping charges back. Transaction # 5100100803.I mailed and they received the bottle of Keto 1/03/2020 at 11;23am. My Discover card account was closed 1/02/2020 so that they can not make any future charges against it. I also reported them to AARP Fraud Department and the Federal Trade Commission.

We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our product for free for 15 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel your trial, once expired, you are billed the retail price of the product as well as enrolled in our monthly subscription that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days.

Upon reviewing Ms. account with us, we can confirm that she started her trial with us on December 5, 2019 for the shipping cost of $6.96. After her trial ended, she was charged $91.80 on December 28, 2019 for the product she had. Our records indicate that she called us on December 21, 2019 requesting to cancel her account and accepted a refund of $68.92. However, because customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, we have refunded Ms. for the shipping charges of $6.96 as well. This should be credited back into Ms. bank account within the next 7-10 business days.

We take any complaint very seriously and are greatly committed to perfecting our practices in order to provide a positive customer experience. We hope you are satisfied with our business and we want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Everyone is Missing the Point. I DID NOT Order or Confirm any order for the Keto, "I can Not use it for medical reasons". December 17,2019 a pending charge of $91.09 was placed on my Discover Card. I was notified by Discover about the activity. Dec.23 was the day that I spoke to someone at the Tampa office 833-209-3538. She only offered to refund $41.35 total and told me that I needed to give her the name of someone that will buy the product.I told her that I want a full refund. She did cancelled the account and any future billing on December 23,2019. I did not agree to receive only $41.35 or another $27.57 offered from the NY office 877-764-6141 that I called 1/02/20. I am still due $22.98. I did receive $6.96 ship fee on 1/06/20 The person at the NY office said that she can only return $27.57 and not the shipping, that was non-refundable.The Keto was returned Unopened to the Elfers,Fl. office January 3,2020 at 11:23. This company needs to find out how someone within their company was able to decide to place this order for me. Just because I am scrolling through a few pages of the ad doesn't mean I want to buy it. I still want the refund of the total amount charged. Meaning the refund is short $22.98

I am happy to have received the rest of the amount charged to my account.Referring to a reluctant customer as confused is always,"Good Business". Since I did not place the, "Order" or have any,"Confusion" when looking at the Ad , I warned others not to Click on to their web site. I had to freeze my credit card and pay the extra charge for going over my balance. No one should have to input their credit card to receive information about a products cost. All of that information should be put up front so the impending customer know the cost up front. Scrolling through a few pages of their web site should not constitute a sell.
