Dear Sirs:
Kettler Management is and has been assiduous about tagging cars that violate parking rules and then towing these cars if they are not moved within 24 hours.
Mr. [redacted] asked for a tow away sign in the emergency parking spot.  We have added one...

(see attached pictures, which we understand were taken by Mr. [redacted]).
In the particular instance documented in the attached photographs, the car was towed the following day.
In addition, we have tagged and towed several other cars parking in the emergency parking spot during the last 2 months.
We trust this responds to Mr. [redacted]'s concerns.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if further information is required.

Thank for your the opportunity to respond.  It is Kettler's policy to charge a $500 fee to move apartments when the tenant has lived on the property under 6 months.  When a tenant signs a lease for a particular apartment unit, it is up to management's discretion whether to allow that...

tenant to move, and if so, what charge would be associated with such a move.  The property management company and owner do incur costs (for instance, cleaning costs) when a tenant moves from one apartment to another.  We are sorry the tenant was disappointed in the policy.  Best regards, --Kettler Management

There was an error in processing [redacted]’s deposit. We have corrected the error and a new check was overnighted yesterday to the forwarding address she provided at...

move-out. [redacted] should receive the check by close of business today. The property was undergoing a Manager transition at the time of move-out which contributed to the confusion/delay. This is obviously unacceptable and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:The business stated the reason for my car being towed however, regardless of the rules on paper my sister (the tenant) was unclear to the rules stated on paper given by the leasing office in Germantown. Keep in mind this is not an isolated incident. Others have fallen victim to towing believing that the visitor placard in the windshield was displayed properly and followed the rules. When you do not have signs directing visitors to the "guest parking area" they are going to automatically park in any of the unmarked parking spaces believing that they are following the rules such as myself and others did. If I had the funds available I would even take this matter to court. I believe others are seeking legal action. I wish that a representative from the Revdex.com could visit the Germantown complex to witness for themselves how the parking lot is situated. I believe tenants are not being properly briefed on the parking rules otherwise 6 cars along with my own would not have been towed the same night! I have made numerous visits to the site and also witnessed numerous cars parked in the open parking lot with no stickers or visitor placards. I am very disappointed with Kettler managements oversight in saying their is no apparent issue. This just shows how much they care about their patrons and their visitors. I will never recommend their apartments in Germantown to anyone in the hopes to save them from this businesses poor practices. I do appreciate the Revdex.coms help in this matter greatly.

Thank you for the opportunity to address our tenant's complaint.  We have spoken to the tenant in person regarding the issue.
Another tenant's rent was mistakenly applied to [redacted]'s account.  When we became aware of the error, we notified [redacted] via a late notice,...

since she had not paid her rent for that month.  We did not charge [redacted] a late fee.  
We are not willing to credit [redacted] for the August rent payment as she requests.  While there was a discrepancy in the amount due because of the miscredit, [redacted] must have known that she did not pay her August rent.  She submitted a payment for approximately $33 instead of her monthly rent, which of course is significantly higher.  A mistake was made, but it does not negate [redacted]'s obligation to pay rent.
