Review: I have purchased from this Key food Store three bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, [redacted], about 3 weeks ago. I did open one (Lot L016 (Best Before Nov 2015 expiration date) it tasted very stale and smells bad (it is rancid). I got a diarreah as a result. The other two bottles are unopened. When I went to the store, the [redacted] named [redacted], ###-###-#### refused to deal with the issue or to give me money back or credit (I spent $7.99/bottle, total: $24.97 for the three bottles), since I misplaced my receipt he refused to give me a refund or credit. I called [redacted] at ###-###-####) to complaint, he said somebody should contact me, I am still waiting...This is a serious health issue, I would suggest to analyze the content of the opened bottle, it is a serious health issue, if this whole batch is stayled, It should be recalled and removed from the market. I, myself is a USEPA employee, as an environmental engineer, and I do environmental enforcement cases among other duties as well, and it is my duty to report this serious health issue.Desired Settlement: Refund/credit

I have contacted [redacted] on duty at the time, [redacted]. I was told that customer had no receipt. He would have been able to locate purchase if customer had used a credit card, but he paid with cash. Its hard to locate past transactions when its a cash purchase. Also, it was not the same batch number as the batch number that was on shelf. No other customer has complained about the olive oil. I have contacted the Complainant to ask him to bring olive oil back for a refund.

He has told me that he has sent it to the manufacturer and they will be replacing olive oil. They will also give him an extra bottle for his trouble.

I had given customer my name and phone number in the event that he had any other problem.

Review: This store is selling bad food rioting (green) meat to the public which detrimental to peoples health. An it is an delibrate act because do not properly package the meat the leave off the package before and sell by dates and put an use by date that is weeks ahead making the appear to be good when it has already gone bad.Desired Settlement: An refund of $12.00 for the meat I purchased.

Review: Supermarket selling spoiled food.Desired Settlement: I believe other agencies should get involved and check the food in this supermarket. Refunds should be given to everyone who purchases food from here. This place is nasty.
