I received a letter from Keystone Law LLC advising that they were trying to collect a debt from a medical provider. I have made several attempts to pay the debt, and am unable to reach anyone at this "law firm". I tried using their online portal to make a payment, which was declined. I tried using their telephone automated system to make a payment, and the system disconnected the call. I tried to leave a message for the "Mr. B" on my letter, whose extension could not be found. I also tried to leave a message in the general mailbox and my call was disconnected yet again. Is this an actual company that conducts business? Due to the circumstances, I'm now very reluctant to make a payment or give any information online or over the phone.

This company has continually called my job multiple times a week claiming they are attempting to collect a debt. I have never received mail from this company and do not recognize it. They do not even say who they are calling for. The number they are calling is .

To Whom It May Concern:

We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint. Our office shows a total of 2 telephone communication attempts, made a month apart from one another, to the phone number in question.

Both attempts were unanswered. We have marked the phone number (ending in ***) in our system to prevent additional communication attempts per the consumer's request.

On 12/6/2019 a letter was sent by our office to the same address provided in the consumer's Revdex.com complaint. We did not receive notice of a mail return from USPS on the same. We will mail the consumer additional information as to the reason for our communication attempts.

Thank You, Research Department

We have received a notice to collect on a bill that was never actually received or billed from a company with whom I am still doing business. Everything from this company is covered by insurance and we checked with them and there was no bill or submission of a collections against me. This company I believe is trying to extort money out of people using medical records to gain information.

As per our 12/16/19 telephone conversation with the consumer, we submitted a request for additional information to our client. We had intended to provide the same to the consumer upon receipt. It appears that the consumer no longer wishes for us to provide this information. We will mark our account accordingly.

I receive an automated message from Keystone Law LLC formerly formerly known as the law firm of *** numerous times weekly, over the last several months. I do not know what I am being contacted for and I haven't received any collections/debt related correspondence from Keystone Law LLC. I am not comfortable calling a number that I'm unclear about and have no documentation from to discuss any matters. I simply want these calls to stop.

I called this agency to discuss and explain a bill from my former cardiac doctor who is trying to collect money for services not requested or required. Was treated very rudely by the guy from Keystone. Would not listen to any explanation, very smartass attitude. This guy should be fired immediately!

Recieved a call around or about 4:43 PM est on the 17th of October, the individual asked for me by my middle name I responded speaking and asked what the call was about and was told I needed to let him the representative callim me , do his job. He then used my middle and a last name but misstated my last name, I again asked whT it was about he became hostile told me I should a t with diplomacy and professionalism I responded that he was calling my private phone and that I can answer my phone however I care to answer it and I have the right to ask what any call is concerning he became more hostile stated that considering that he was calling from a law firm that if he was me he would want to know what the call was about I again asked him what the call was about his hostility level increased and stated that if I didn't cooperate with him they would just handle things a different way with the implication that it would be a negative punitive way. At this point I was no longer Pleasant I told him that he's lucky I didn't answer the phone any more hostile way not recognizing the number coming in and that I have a right to know what the call is about and that's there is no other way that anything can be resolved without telling me what the calls concerning Law Firm or not Law Firm he became more belligerent and stated that if I did not cooperate with him as a legal representative of a law firm that he would dismissed a call and then he threatened that they would take other actions against me not specifying what those actions would be when I asked. As he did not tell me what the call was about I must assume that it is a call over a collections matter and it is a call of a collections matter it is a call over dead debt that can no longer be collected against me or debt that I have already settled or paid if you would have simply told me what the matter was concerning I could have given him the information to either show him that they need not contact me again or I could have helped resolve the case or situation as is best this is not the first time that I have been contacted by this business and every time it has been hostile aggressive and ended in threats

Voicemail messages after voicemail messages from Trevor B are left in my voicemail daily. In which he states the call is from a debt collector attempting to collect a debt. The problem is that I do not have any outstanding debts; he is harassing me saying I owe a debt that I do NOT. At this point this person is harassing me for something that does not exist!! There have been at least 3 messages left on my home answering message, not to a specific person or regarding a specific item but that it is in regard to a debt out for collection. My husband and I have excellent credit, such that we bought a new home in a different state and will be moving shortly. I believe these messages to be harassing in nature. I would like them stopped and our name and number removed from their call list.

By the way, the message now says they are from *** formerly Joel Cardis.

This Law Firm sent me a letter stating they were debt collection agency for ***
The letter is not true because I called *** to make sure and they said I did not owe them anything. I think this is a scam and I want to report this business

I received multiple calls from this agency for sometime now. I explained I was out of work hurt and would pay when I returned. After months of calling I finally give them payment in full on my collection. I was told I would receive a email receipt in 7 days which I did find kind of odd. But either way I still have not received the email receipt when I called they said they would send it out again. After another call I was told it would be mailed out. I asked to speak with the lawyer in charge and the guy in phone said he was the manager again I found that odd considering he was a legal assistant.

This person or company has been calling my number listed with my internet service provider. They are harassing me saying I owe a debt that I do NOT owe. I've been on dialysis for four years and just had a kidney transplant. I did have a bill back in 2014 that was paid off and this person is harassing me for it when it does not exist!! This harassment needs to stop now!!! I need to focus on my recovery and not this constant harassment. Even IF I owed money with all of my past and current expenses with no employment there is NO money to give. They need to leave me alone!!!!

Received a voicemail message stating it was Trevor, legal assistant with Keystone Law LLC formerly Joel Cardis. He states the call is from a debt collector attempting to collect a debt. ( from ***) called me December 28th around 9:30am. I explained to her that the person she was trying to contact does not live at my address. She then told me that my home number was given to them and once again I tried to explain to her that this person did not live at this number and then she hung up in my face. Within 5 min I got a call from *** and upon answering the phone a recording just repeated the person name over and over very loud until I hung up. I attempted to call this number back but the line was busy. *** (if that is her name) was very very rude and since she called me back with that annoy called I consider this a FORM OF HARASSMENT.

This, “law office” attempted to contact relatives that I have either never associated with, or do not maintain relations with. One of my relatives attempted to kindly ask to take a message and was essentially threatened by the person at the other end of the line. Apparently these folks have been attempting to call me on my personal phone, but the lack of subject matter or message makes it difficult to try to speak with someone.

To Whom It May Concern;

This consumer is not a customer of our business.

Our office attempted to contact this consumer at a phone number ending in *** and was told that he could not be reached there until later at night. The answering party asked if she could take a message but our legal assistant advised her that she'd just try back at a later time. The conversation was cordial and there were no threats made whatsoever.

This consumer did contact our office on the same date as this complaint and provided 2 phone numbers where he did not want to be contacted. We immediately marked those phone numbers accordingly and no further contact has been attempted there.

In the same conversation, the consumer provided us with his email address and requested that additional documentation to be sent there. As per the conversation, our office has requested the same and will email that to him upon receipt.
