The customer was issued a full refund

Despite the merchant's statement, my Visa credit card ending in *** does NOT show a credit from the merchant on October 5th

I contacted the credit card company to see if in fact KFly Tronics had at least tried to return the moneyThe person I talked to said they had not returned any funds and KFly Tronics had not responded to their inquiries about this matter.
Again KFly Troncis could send me a check for the scope but hasn't done soThey are just playing games with us

I apologize to our customer This item our source had kept pushing this product out and we were not able to get the item to the customer Some of our items were special ordered and charged when orderedWe had canceled the order and issued a refund If the customer has not received this refund we will be issuing a check out to the customer Due to the length of time this could be why the transaction did not get processed We will need the the Name and address where the customer would like this check sent to, we have one on file we just want to make sure we have this correct

No, I have not received my refund yet. I was told that he will send me the check if it didn't show up on my credit card by Monday ( ). I told him it did not come off of my card. He said they would send the check but (shocker) the checks aren't sent until the 15th of the month so I'll need to wait until December 15th now... I'm not thrilled. Here is a screenshot of the email thread & the "notice of further delay". Please do not post the image as it contains my email address.I can't wait for this nightmare to be over. We no longer use Paypal with our online store so we will not be able to send payment through there The refund was issued to the card that was provided originally

We will check with our processor and see that the customer is refunded If we determine they have not issued this we will do this manually

We have canceled the order and issued the customer a full refund, we apologize for the problems this has caused the customer

This was an issue with us removing Paypal and time lapse in between you receiving partial order We will be issuing a check out but will need the address and name to send it to

I have not heard a reply from my last response to you, dated November The issue is my complaint number ID *** which is about K Fly Tronics of Lewis Center, OH The business charged my Visa card ending in XXXXXX*** for $for an item that they listed in stock but did not possess The five times your Revdex.com office attempted to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful The business very innocently is blaming the problem on their credit card processor but has not made restitution I frankly doubt that they ever intend to
Is there any other effort you can use to try to make this business do the right thing? Is there any way you can publicize their disingenuousness? Or do I need to move on to litigation? I would rather try to get the business to make things right without dragging them into small claims court but I will if necessary

We have still not received the refund as they have promised us many times

o We are reviewing with Paypal to see if we can refund through them, if not we will issue a check to the customer. We had stopped using Paypal and therefore have had issues on trying to do this refund

Still no refund. We have provided clear instructions on both our paypal address as well as our physical address where they can mail a check instead of paypal if they prefer. Business still willfully refuses to send us the refund owed.

the time frame of when it was charged this may have not gone through.  We are verifying this and if not we will issue a check to the customer.

After I sent my comlaint to the Revdex.com, consumer showed me what he said was proof of a full refund and stated the monies would be back in my account today. The monies are NOT back in my account today. And if they confirmed they order was cancelled on Sunday , August 3rd via email, why did they wait until Wednesday , August 6th to even make an attempt at the refund ? Which is still not in my account as of today like they said it would be. I did not initiate  the dispute, my bank did based on the information I gave them. The $ 337.94 has been out of my account since Monday, so the company made no attempt whatsoever to credit it until yesterday. They're description of proof of credit is nothing more than a screen shot. it shows no details that this has been refunded. They said it would be in my account today and it's not. They should've done this on the same day they confirmed it was cancelled. This has caused me to have overdraft fees at this point. At what point does a company cancel an order and hold the consumers money for ransom whether there is a bank dispute on it or not ? They refused to issue the refund when I told them the bank filed a dispute on it.

I would not order anything from KFly Tronics. I ordered an item on Sept.3 and got a receipt right away but 3 days later I still hadn't gotten a shipment confirmation. I emailed and [redacted] replied right away saying he'd check on it for me. On Sept. 8 [redacted] informed me the vendor no longer had the product in stock and offered a substitute item. I have not been charged for the item (thankfully). But what if I hadn't contacted them? Would they have ever informed me that my product was not in stock? I think not. I've since read other complaints about this same issue with this company. Not to be trusted.

I have not yet seen a credit to my credit card account and the response from KFly Tronics consisted simply of the following web page link to a shopping site:
href="https://kflytronics.3dcartstores.com/admin/login.asp">https://kflytroni... /> This merchant has demonstrated a pattern of outwardly seeming to respond to complaints in a responsive manner but actually doing nothing.  I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service this merchant has provided and its lack of action in responding to customers' requests.
