The business still is not taking definite action to address my grievance.  I still have not received either the merchandise or the credit to my Visa account ending in [redacted] as of November 6th.  Based on the manufacturer's statement that they will not manufacture this item, I desire the $309.95 the business charged to my card to be credited.  This still has not occurred.

the paypal address we could be refunded at is:   [redacted]@excellontech.com but as per our original complaint we requested payment via check.

I want to thank you very much for your efforts to resolve my complaint [redacted] against KFly Tronics of Lewis Center.  Although the complaint was never resolved, I feel that your functioning as an intermediary helped to show me that this business was one of negative reputation.  I think there is nothing more I can do after showing you what this business's responses have been. Unfortunately, I waited until today to do something that I should have done before placing my order; that is to fully research this business on your website and to read all the negative experiences that other consumers had in their attempts to honestly do business with KFly Tronics.  I have learned a valuable lesson that I will apply whenever venturing into on-line purchasing. I have written my negative review that I hope you will post to the website as yet another negative experience with this business so that others may avoid the loss that I have suffered.  Please keep the history of this business on your website in the event it ever tries to start-up again with the same disreputable business ethic that has guided it so far. I hope your Thanksgivings were pleasant and I hope the upcoming holiday season will be joyous for you both.

We have issued the refund through our store.  We will have to check with our processor if the customer has not received this as of yet.

I am unsure of what word was left out on describing the problem.  We are having issues with trying to refund this through Paypal since we have left Paypal and the customer had paid through it.  We will try this again this week, if not we will just issue a full refund by check to the customer.

I contacted the company and they are feeding me the same garbage as before...

We have not received the payment as promised yet and thus we need to reopen this matter. 
I intended to note this yesterday but I made an error in my calendar and did not realize the ten days ended yesterday. 
Please reopen this complaint.

We apologize to the customer and  will look into this.  If they have not been credited we will do so.

As I stated earlier; I did check with my card holder and they said KFly Troncis has not made any contact with them on my behalf. In other words they still have my money. They can send me a check but of course they will not do that.  That's to easy.

we are stating this was  refunded and have attached the receipt.  The customer will need to contact the bank regarding this issue.

The order was voided out through our store on 11/3/2014.  I will see if we can manually do this since you have not received the refund.  If not we will issue you a check by the end of next week.  I apologize for the problems and will see that this is taken care of.

The refund has been issued on our end, I will check with our processor to see why they have not received their refund.

I will have to verify with Paypal first before I can overnight the check.  Either Way we will get them their refund.  I should no more by end of this week.

We have refunded this through our store, if the customer is having issues they will need to contact their bank.  We are showing the refund had gone through.  The product is not showing in stock and hasnt showed in stock for quite some time.

I am sorry, we are trying to issue this with Paypal since it was done in Paypal.  There were changes at the during this period of time that had gone by and it is causing issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was told by the business that if my refund does not appear on my credit card by Monday November 24, 2014 (today) that they will issue the check.

I have not received a refund as they reported to the Revdex.com. I ask for a check or payment through PayPal. The credit card used the buy the scope is no longer open. That account had to be closed due to fraud.

We are currently working with Paypal on this matter to issue the refund.

The customer had stated that he had that card canceled.  We have provided information on the refund for this issue. If this has not gone through by next week, we will issue a refund check out to the customer.
