Better Business...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business did refund me my check for the full amount, thank goodness. We went in on 3/8/18 and picked up check and was getting a purchase price for a new 2018 Kia Forte and with our $5700.00 down payment it was still going to be $26010.00, but same car at another Kia dealership was like $15000.00 after our down payment of $5700.00. Then on Saturday 3/10/18 myself and [redacted] started texting back and forth and he said I got that Kia Forte sale price down to this amount. I still think Kia East should hold some type of reimbursement on my old car that was flooded on there lot due to the negligence. Even [redacted] himself admitted that sales people were moving cars that night. That they might of not known what to do with ours or even know where to find the keys. My insurance has had to step up and pay for what the car is worth to the lien holder in which  it wont pay all of it off of what is owed on the car. I want them to reimburse us and take responsibility for our car getting flooded. We are the ones here without a car!!!Regards,

   After reviewing Mr. [redacted] response.  I invited Mr. [redacted] in to reveiw the situation agian.  We have come to a resolution that satisfies Mr. [redacted] completley.  Kia Store East ask that the complaint be closed.

I may be back in to discuss this further. I would like to know the actual price of the car because the amount online does not say it is an "internet discount". It just lists it as the price of the car. They started increasing the price as they worked on my financing. I still feel that the advertising practices and the financing practices of this lot are meant to deceive the consumer.

In response to complaint ID [redacted],
     As previously stated in our last response, Kia Store East would be happy to honor either our internet pricing or the up to $5k over KBB, they can not be combined.  In Ms. [redacted] most recent response she had asked us to use the discounted internet price and the up to $5k over KBB, and again the offers cannot be combined.  We would be happy to earn Ms. [redacted] business with either of the advertisements, and based on the facts believe that the case should be closed.
