Kijiji

Prior to my recent experiences with Kijiji, I had not had any issues with their e-commerce platform (for approximately five years)However, I have encountered numerous issues over the past months regarding the posting of ads on their site
Whenever I would attempt to post an ad, a message would appear, reading "DELAYED", and the ad would disappear - presumably being deleted by Kijiji (I could not find the ad by search or in the "My Kijiji" section)After this issue persisted, I contacted members of Kijiji's customer service team, and they were very *** in dealing with my inquiries (the three representatives I had spoken with via Kijiji's Live Chat support feature all treated me with disrespect - their names being Grant, Julien, and Sarah), not giving me any useful information or assistance with the issues I was facing - and continue to face, as they still have yet to respond with any useful information or assistanceThey would tell me each time that I am "not the right fit" for Kijiji's platform, and they would not even allow me to inquire what they meant by that
I looked into the rules and guidelines for posting ads on their site, and I had not broken any of them, which made me curious as to why all of my ads seemed to have been deleted
This experience has been very frustrating for me, as I did not expect that the site I have trusted for many years to buy and sell goods would suddenly begin deleting my advertisements, and disabling my ability to sell goods (for example, I have a set of golf clubs which I need to get rid of soon, and now I must find an alternative sales platform) Making it even worse was the insulting customer service I received from them
I hope that these flaws in Kijiji's customer service system are fixed soon, as I would truly hope that nobody else would have to deal with a situation such as this

I continue to have bad experiences using kijiji. I have been harassed, verbally abused and victimized by pranksters. Kijiji takes no responsibility and does not protect the people that use it. They continue to run fraudulent and pornographic ads for days and weeks even when reported. The people that abuse it continue their acts without punishment.

Kijiji should be formally charge for negligence and should take responsibility for their actions.
