Very poor quality of work. They offer a warranty they don't honor.
Phone calls not returned. Very poor customer service!!
Consumer beware!
Customer is asking for work to be done that is not covered by her Warranty. We have fixed issue that was covered by warranty.
They installed a drain to keep water from entering our pre-existing lanai. The water doesn't go into the lanai but it needs to get pretty deep to go into the drain due to the drain being higher than the concrete. To get the drain to exit the birdcage, the cage door jamb was cut, leaving a 1/2 inch gap for lizards, bugs, etc. to enter the cage. We feel that the warranty should cover fixing it so the water doesn't have to get so deep to enter the drain or, at most, the gap should be fixed so that the cage is at least critter proof.
They do poor work they claim they have a warranty. When you call them about the defective work they ignore. They do not return calls
Customers issue is being addressed under the warranty guidelines provided to the customer.
