[redacted] , We are in receipt for a complaint dated from [redacted] Theprimary complaint was for "the late delivery of my furniture" In reality, their first date of delivery was for Wedelivered on Wednesday When our customer used the 2nd as theirfirst date of delivery, it meant that we could not get it there before thatdate..From the first date of delivery the average delivery time is within3-business days and we delivered at daysWe contacted the customerthroughout the move and they were well aware of the delivery time As far as the relationship between Ace Moving and their employees, thiscrew has been with Ace for over years and reports being very happy withtheir jobs Thank you for the email, only through customer reviews can we improveour customer relations.All the best,Ace Moving and Storage

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: First off Mary said if we pick up the furniture by Monday it will be there Friday That's was a huge condition of me choosing this companySecondly the price was $that was estimated All moving company say the same thing We can't give you a price over the phone we need to see the furniture and do a countMary a 20+ year estimator was very off Also once everything was loaded they said I had cubes of furnitureMeaning that my furniture took up that much space on there truckWell explain this to me I rented a ft Penske truck and if you google how many cubes that trucks has its cubes They loaded my entire load from there truck so again off by cubes You may think it's nothing but cubes times $a cube is $They where going to scam me either way because there was no way for me to know exactly how many cubes I had And the blankets being fair You have to be kidding me They cost $3-$each brand new This company's scam us at They where so afraid I wasn't going to pay they locked the truck and wouldn't unload me into my truck rental until I paidThis company knows what they did was wrong I am not asking for to much I want a refund for $for the over charge of the packing materials and I am willing to pay $for each moving blanket so I want a refund of $Total refund requested $Mind you they are professional movers and packers and they loaded everything for usI have a broken vanity that I have to fix and the estimate is $And one of my tall mirrors was also broken My bed frame and chest have damage alsoI don't want anything more than what's fairThere labor rate is way expensive but this is the scam They come give you a low price then load you up and raise the price This is horrible Scammers In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

b.b.b Customer was offered $to cover for her claims by our claims adjuster base on her liability coverage ( even though she keep saying no respond from Robert b [redacted] the adjuster) but she decided to refuse the amount, she wanted to be increase which we can't do thank you Ace moving

to b.b.bI would like to put an end to all his claims...this customer is bashing us all over the internet, even though we gave him a discount $upon delivery,which he never mentioned it.while we are threaten by the customer by legal law suit,we will not offer any reimbursement nor help in his situation any more.Even our claims department would not handle his case due to his dirty language and unappropriated statements.therefore I suggest to close this case ASAP!!!!
