I went online to purchase tickets for a show. Originally I wanted 4 but then changed my mind and selected 6 Tickets. I was charged for 10 tickets and was advised I would not receive a refund because all sales are final. The site never reset to 6 tickets so I'm stuck with 4 tickets that I can not use.

The Etix website failed to accept the discount code I entered for tickets to a show and they are refusing to honor the discounted price

Refused to refund mail fee when it could not be confirm by 100% that the tickets were mailed
After over two weeks from purchase online The company stated my tickets were printed on November 28th, and as of December 18th I have no received them They changed the delivery option to print at home I then requested my mail fee be returned since they had no 100% proof a mistake wasn't made on there end before they mailed the tickets I was denied this request I was think spoken to very rudely as the supervisor became angry She told me that I was accusing them of fraud I never made any such accusation I merely suggested that it was possible a mistake was made by them

Etix website misleading
I purchased a concert ticket online through EtixAt the time it showed only seat availableWhen I went back in a few days later it showed a better seat for the same concertThe website should clearly explain BEFORE tickets are purchased that better seats may be available later or they should be willing to change the seats before the concert
Also their is no customer service available on Sundays to talk to but they still sell tickets on Sundays

etix failed to provide purchased tickets prior to event
After purchase, tickets never arrived I had specifically selected "home delivery" as the method of delivery I contacted etix via email several days before the event to inquire where the tickets were and was told to contact them the day prior to the event if the tickets had not arrivedI did so and was told by etix employee that the tickets had not gone out in time and that several complaints had already come in The employee told me I could get a refund

very unhappy with poor quality workmanship, Ralph the owner asked for money up front we gave him money upfront he sent out a subcontractor named *** *** did a half *** patch job to roof while drinking on the job and the owner Ralph never came to check on his work .We have flashing hanging out was not installed correctly.I have called him three times and no return phone callsi van say the one thing he specializing in is taking your money and poor workmanship and not returning phone calls I would not recommend him to anyone do not use him you will not be satisfied at all

Etix is legalized SCALPING! If an individual stood on the side walk providing vague information in order to sell tickets at ridiculously inflated prices, they would be carted away by the police The Revdex.com should take a closer look at this company Since this company lists a North Carolina address, they should be looked at by the North Carolina Attorney General The years in business they boast about doesn't prove legitimacy, it just proves that they have learned to skirt the laws that ordinary citizens are expected to abide by I would not recommend that my worst enemy do business with this company

I made an event purchase from etix but due to unfortunate conditions could not go to the eventAfter long hours of calls and emails, etix refused to refund or exchange the ticketsUsing Etix was certainly a wrong decisionInstead I would suggest to buy tickets directly from the box officeAtleast you could save your convenience charges
