We bought tickets for the New Years event at the Gillioz theatre in Springfield very early We sere supposed to get seats close to the band as my brother is hard of hearing They gave us tickets in the balcony while there were still open seats on the main floor This had to be deliberate Also the balcony at the Gilloiz is all child seats, an average (5'9") man can't sit in them comfortably It was terrible

Etix would not issue a refund for an incomplete, attempt at online ticket purchase, that I was never notified actually processed online
On October 15th, I attempted to purcahse an entry ticket, for my daughter, for the ***r During the process, the Etix site froze and I could not proceed I attempted to go back several times and could never get to finish the order I gave up and tried the next day The next day, October 16th, I successfully tried again I received an email confirmation and printed her ticket Now, several weeks later, I am looking at my credit card statement and it shows that I was charge for a ticket sale on the 15th I never received an on screen confirmation nor an email confirmation showing that the order I was attempting ever went through Since I received a confirmation for the order on the 16th and nothing for the 15th, my reasonable assumption was the 15th never processed So, after looking at my statement, I called Etix and spoke to ***

Bought tickets for a concert (order no***) after the venue said it was okay for minors to assist with a legal guardian (in ***), two days later received an email saying it is 18+ strict show, if any of the party was a minor to CALL OR go online to request a refund I called (following indications) and the CSR very disrespectful and rude said to "go online and fill up the form to be evaluate if is possible a refund" THEY CONTACT ME because they made a mistake, then I follow the instructions to get my money back and now they have "more process" not indicated on the original email to be "evaluated" They mislead the information and now they are misleading the process for refund

Disclosure should have been on the website to let people know that the concert venue has a loud race track right next to it

I was led to believe there were no more general admission tickets available for the concert I wanted so had to buy the next level up

We were just charged a "convenience fee" of $per $concert ticketThat's about 20% of each ticket's price! The Exit website states that they "make every effort to keep these fees as low as possible so that the consumer does not pay more than is absolutely necessary." I say B.Sto this statementWhy is the fee carefully rounded up to be as close to $as possible? Why is the fee added for each ticket? Why is it 20% of the concert price? I've set up online merchant accounts, and this "convenience" pricing is clearly gouging the public

I have dealt with Etix by phone to renew season tickets for the past years; each time-rudest people I have ever done business with by phonePoor attitudes, never "thank me" for my business, not helpful in any wayEven when I am being extremely nice, they still ooze bad attitudesThey seriously need some customer service training

I contracted Mr.Ralph F. [redacted], dba Specialty Roofing Repairs to repair a roof leak and some other asphalt shingle repairs to my home located at [redacted] XXXXX This contract was set forth 07/ 17/ 2014.
Mr [redacted] Demanded payment in advance of the repair work. 50% up front and 50% upon start of the repairs. We paid him in full per the contract.
As of this date 09/15/2014, and upon several attempts by Specialty Roofing to attempt to complete the repair,s as contracted the roof continues to leak.

Mr [redacted] will not respond to my repeated calls and was very hostile the last time I was able to contact him by phone. He used very harsh language and told me to go" F" myself?

This ongoing roof leak has now caused extensive interior damage to the ceiling sheet rock and painted surfaces of the ceiling as well as I suspect damage to the sub floor area just below the roof leak.

His Foreman Richard has told me he was having problems with Mr [redacted] also and could not be taken for his word.

In conclusion Mr [redacted] appears to be a scam artist and not worthy of a license. I'm requesting his license be suspended for these infractions.
