Delivery: The delivery time frame will be in effect from the 1st available date that you declare on the order for service/bill of lading. Our guaranteed window for delivery throughout most of the US is 2-21 days from 1st available date. The actual delivery window correlates to distance from origin. Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/07/08) */
Greetings,

This letter is in response to the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com. This response will be to the best of our knowledge and according to the facts. Also, we want to express to you and your family that we have deep regret that our...

business relationship resulted to this case. We will continue to provide you with action behind of your complaints. And we appreciate this opportunity that you are giving us to be better.

First and foremost, we want to reiterate the terms of delivery. All customers are presented with the terms and conditions surrounding our relocation service. Within those terms it clearly states that every customer is required to give us 2-21 days for delivery. We do not guarantee delivery dates because we have some many variables during the process of shipping your belongings. The customers are permitted to provide us with an 'expected delivery' date in which we make every effort to adhere to.
It was not our intent to make the invoice an issue. We are showing the following payments made:
Total due: $1968.22
6/6 $161
6/9 $904
Paid: $1065.00
Balance due: $903.22 (PAID AT DELIVERY)

Unfortunately, we did not see any discrepancies on your invoice. We require all of our customers to pay 70% of their balance at pick up. (Please refer to Printed Binding Estimate)
Also, we are very sorry for the delivery duration. We are aware of the possibilities of anguish revolved around moving when you are expecting a company to provide you with service at a set time. This is why we were very prompt about notifying you of change as soon as the issue arose within our company. And we really appreciate the way you managed when we notified you. Thank you for being patient.
We will be contacting you directly within 2-3 days to discuss compensation for you inconvenience.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

I understand the contract issues however King David is not addressing two main issues  First: We were told during one phone call conversation that the furniture was being loaded on a truck and that the driver would call us 24 hrs before delivery. When we called two days later we were told the exact oppisite that it was scheduled yet and she could not give us a loading date. Basically they lied just to keep us satisfied. I totaly am offended by that action  Secondly, they never addressed the $100 credit due because they picked up the furniture two days late. I was told over the phone that the credit would be on my delivery slip. It was not. Lastly the driver took pictures of the broken furniture. What ever happened because he told us he was going to submit them to the claims departmnet. Never heard anything. There reponse is typical language to site the contract language and then have the client submit all these claim form which will probably be rejected anyway. The real problem with King David is communication or the total lack of it. They will probably deny any of these issues but at least it becomes a complaint that has been filed warning other people not to use King David Moving & StorageSincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com complaint [redacted]
Greetings,
This letter is in response to your complaint filed to the Revdex.com. First and foremost we do apologizefor any inconvenience we may have caused to you and your family. I was presented with thiscomplaint from you about our services rendered to you. This letter will...

respond to thatcomplaint to the best of our knowledge.
It is with great regret that we respond to this complaint. It is always our intent to provide you withonly the best service, and during our business relationship, we failed to do so. We extend ourmost sincere apologies for not being able to pick up and deliver your items in a timely fashion. We would like to request that you again give us a chance to make things right. Please locateyour Printed Binding Estimate, Bill of Lading, and Interstate Revised Estimate for review. We are requesting for you to file a claim with our liability coverage because you did notpurchase full coverage insurance prior to the day of pick up. We offer this plan for situations likethis. The plan is inexpensive and covers your property and household goods at full value. If thecustomer chooses not to purchase the full coverage insurance then you must file a claim withour liability coverage plan for compensation.
If you have any missing/damaged items or if there were damage to your property then you arerequired to call our claims department to be compensated on those items ([redacted]). The procedures for compensation are in writing at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions in the Estimate that you provided an electronic signature for. We make extensive efforts to protect our customer's belongings but there are cases when items do get damaged, broken, or missing for various reasons. This is why we make sure our customers are covered under our liability coverage to ensure they are compensated. If you have homeowner's insurance or renter's insurance, you are permitted to use these in addition to what we cover.
Lastly, FYI, we do increase the settlement to full value, however, it requires you to resubmit yourclaim once you receive a settlement letter from our claims adjuster.
