This letter is in response to the reply from King Financial that you sent meHowever, I’m confused as to why there is no signature to the letter and it appears to be faxed by *** *** who works for Julia King and does not have any authority to grant a refundThey also didn’t provide any documentation to any of their claims of improving my credit score points or removing creditors that are still showing on their 6/2/credit report provided?
My complaint is directly with Julia King, the ownerMy attorney also mailed a letter written directly to Julia King on 8/5/requesting her to reply within days with documentation, not a co-workerMy attorney contests to this day that he left her voice messages twice and has never spoken to Julia King nor received any documentation in the mail, per his requestJulia King claims she called him, which is not trueWe can prove this
I will reference Experian (Ex), TransUnion (TU) and Equifax (EF), accordinglyThe King letter claims they improved my credit score pointsThe original report was pulled by my loan officer, *** ***, on 3/18/2014, reflecting scores of 537(Ex), 541(TU) and (EF)Their 6/2/credit report shows my credit scores as (EF), 584(TU) and (Ex)They also claim they removed creditors from their credit report on 6/2/This is blatantly not true when you see many of these same creditors are still on all reports and status not corrected on some
Their letter is full of statements and they have provided zero documentation, where I have!!*** *** has also provided documentation with her credit report pulled on 6/23/It reflects my new credit scores as 543(TU), 551(Ex) and 623(EF)My mid-score of is actually points LOWER than King’s 6/2/report showing a 584, I still can’t get a mortgage and have paid her $538!!!! Because of this, both the attorney’s letter and I had asked they provide us with documentation to their claimsThey are still stating they sent dispute letters on 4/22/Despite their claims, none of the current credit reports show many of these creditors deleted nor status correctedOn their portal, the following columns for disputed items are still reporting as:
• Status= NOT FOUND
• Dispute Result= NONE
• Result Date= BLANK
My main contention with them is not only have they not corrected much of what’s on my credit report nor improved my scores, but they never disclosed to me that the credit report company they use, “CreditCheck Total”, doesn't use the same credit scoring module as Bankers, Lenders and Mortgage BrokersWhen Julia King first met my loan officer, *** *** last March, Julia conveniently left out this huge factHad Julia been forthright and disclosed this at their initial meeting, *** *** wouldn't have referred Julia King to me in the first placeThat’s why my scores on their 6/2/credit report of 578, and are completely obsolete as is any of their credit reporting informationIt differs significantly from both credit reports pulled by *** *** 3/18/and 6/23/
King 6/2/credit report compared to*** *** 6/23/report still shows:
*** ***= King report still shows $balance with Ex and EF with TU deletedThere were no changes to either of* reports on 3/18/or 6/23/14: both reporting that TU wasn't deleted reporting zero balance and no lates but other bureaus still showing a $balance and late 5/13.*** email to Julia on 3/28/told her the late needed to be corrected on other bureaus and changed to zero balance
On 8.14.14, I mailed a dispute letter to all bureaus requesting they remove from credit and/or balance is zero(King didn't provide any documentation to back up their claims because they did nothing)I provided proof with both of *** credit reports and my disputes received by all bureaus
2.*** ***= All reports showing this as late 1/14-150+ and status showing “paid was 90”, despite included in BkKing never correctedI disputed 8/and mailed to all bureaus
3.*** *** = not deleted and still showing late-5/on all reportsKing states “repaired on EF and TU, neither have a negative impact on scores”This is NOT TRUE! Both of* credit reports still showing as late!
I called*** who verified I was never late and sent me a letterOn 8.14.14, I mailed this disputed letter to all bureaus requesting they remove from my credit report(King didn't provide any documentation to back up their claims because they did nothing)I provided proof with both of* credit reports and my disputes received by all bureaus
On 8/14/14, I also disputed the following to the credit bureaus that King didn’t do:
1.*** * *** only showing on 6/23/report only by ExperianThey are reporting as charged off, late 5/with $balanceI have an email from BK attorney that *** *** *** filed a claim on behalf of *** ** *** ***, the collector for the *** debtThey are being paid through my BKplan as an unsecured creditorOn 8/14.14, I disputed with Experian including the BK papers and BK attorney email
2.*** *** * ***= showing 6/23/as late 1/and $balance
On 8.14.14, I sent BK papers proving this was included in my BK and has zero balance with Trustee

That’s why I’m asking for my $back because my credit scores didn't improve, creditors they claim were deleted are still on both of *** *** credit reports because their credit report company doesn’t use the same credit scoring module and King failed to disclose that important fact to*** or me up frontAll my income goes towards paying the Trustee for my BKwhich they knew, so asking me to get a secured credit card was ridiculous and I obviously wouldn't qualify for a regular credit cardKing has refused to speak to either me or my attorney, hasn't provided any documentation to support their claims and makes no effort to offer me any kind of a settlement

Time efficient, easy access (you can snap your photos and upload them via a word document instead of having to hassle around to fax the follinformation), mobile friendly (for the busy client; that's me!), professional, direct (I don't like things fluffed up), reasonable (Under no obligation to get a new credit card - she suggested I keep the one I had already opened which was in good standing, because the longevity is actually better for your credit!), up-to-date on news regarding credit repair practices (she's always updating me about the new events, conferences, etcshe is attending in order to better her business tactics to improve the way she can help me), ***most importantly***SHE IS EASY TO GET AHOLD OF! The services were okay, but several misunderstandings due to lack of communicationI was a client for monthsUpon cancelling services the day after payment was deducted from my account, *** mentioned that no credit would be due and when asked to help me understand why no credit due, she responded VERY UNPROFESSIONAL by stating "read your contract...conversation done!"
