My experience: absolutely do not use this business. Lots of talk, little to no results, incredibly aggressive and unprofessional. Have no idea what they are talking about sometimes and wont listen to the customer.

I recently had a bankruptcy 6 months ago. With King Financial Repairs assistance, I am now a 656 credit score. Thank you for your help getting into my new home! I could not have done it with out you.

King Financial Repair helped me improve my credit score 102 points in 45 days!!! Yes I was impressed! They also helped my consolidate all of my student loans which saved me a lot of monthly income.

I can't believe how Julia K. lies. This company is the worst! Their customer service is zero. She talks crazy to you and makes excuses for everything. She claims a money back guarentee but it's such a joke. She told me she disputed 17 items on my credit I found out it was only 3 items which didn't come off. My credit score never got higher and when I asked bout it she would get mad and called me names. I went to bank and filed fraud on her. Please don't use this company. She's a lot of talk, but not much action!!!!

It's been about 3 months and I have noticed a tremendous turn around on my credit reports. I am glad I chose KingFinancial, they have been nothing but great. They are very consistent, prompt when returning phone calls, and very knowledgeable. I feel I definitely am getting my money's worth. Thank you King Financial!

Our previous client [redacted] is requesting a full refund of monies paid to King Financial Repair.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate...

this request.  At the present time, [redacted] has paid all fees due to King Financial Repair.  No further work is scheduled to be done on her behalf and no further fees are scheduled to process.  The work was completed as evidenced by the deletion of seven negative items and the repair of 2 items that were on her original credit report.  They are as follows:

            Ms. [redacted] originally started the program with a payment of half the $299 enrollment fee on 3/29/14.  Her payment of the remaining half was processed successfully on 4/11.  Her 1st and only round of dispute letters were sent on 4/22/14.  The reason for the delay was that we were waiting on her to present us with the requested identification documents to support her disputes.  They were supplied to us on 4/21 and her contract was also digitally signed on 4/21 at 4:34pm from the computer at IP Address: [redacted]
            Her first monthly payment scheduled to process on 5/14/14 failed to debit her account daily until on 5/16/14 the funds were made available.  This payment was made for services rendered for the period 4/11/14 to 5/14/14. 
            On 5/21 [redacted] called [redacted] and discussed the results of the dispute letters with her.  From the notes left in her file, he states that “[redacted] is showing an increase of 90 points so far.  She doesn’t have a credit card yet and was told to get one to help maximize her scores.  Will call her back next week to see if she would like us to continue with another round.”
            On 6/2 another note is left in her file from a phone conversation had that day.  [redacted] writes “Spoke to [redacted].  Told her where her scores were at.  Told her that another round of letters would be 40 days – 2x $119 pmts.  She said she would call me back tomorrow.  I also informed her about getting that credit card and what it would really help out with her credit scores.”
            On 6/11/14, her 2nd monthly payment is declined and yet another note entry is made in her file.  [redacted] left a voicemail and text message.  His note states “Asking for another round of letters and payment if choosing to do so”.  The next notated entry on 6/14/14 is from Julia Cowen King and the subject of the blank note states “Will make payment next Friday 119+30.”
            From the responses that we receive from consumers contacting us for help, we understand that not everyone understands how their credit scores are calculated.  As part of our program, we work on the negative items while advising the client what they can do to maximize their point growth.  In this particular case, the easiest and quickest way for [redacted] to show a positive impact on her scores was to obtain a secured credit card.  We work with a credit card broker who deals specifically with consumers who have bad or no credit.  We have yet to have a client tell us that they have been declined for applying for one of their cards. 
            The utilization of the revolving accounts are worth 30% of the weighted score and the payment history is worth 35% of the score.  So combined she was missing out on a critical source in order to raise her scores.  With no other active positive items listed on her report, even if we were to have more items repaired/deleted, it would not make a significant difference in the points.  Ms. [redacted] was told about the importance of obtaining a card during the initial consultation and several times following. 
            Supporting the above paragraphs, I have attached the original and following credit reports.  I am also attaching screen shots of Ms. [redacted]’s file in our software.  Unfortunately there is not an easier way to print this out.

Awesome company!

King Financial Repair has significantly improved my credit score and remove negative items. I would definitely recommend for anyone to utilize the service provided by Julia K[redacted]!

Julia is a scam artist. My account was cancelled by the person who handled my case. That person left the company and Julia took it upon herself to reinstate my account without my permission and fradulantly pulled another payment from my bank account. She is rude, unprofessional and my score has actually decreased since using their program. And it is illegal to charge more then 100 upfront without proof that they have started working on your letters. Go to Lexington law they are much better then this scam artist.

There is no refund due.  We billed after the work was completed. We even charged her less because she went to a company [redacted] that strung her along.

Rarely does one come across a company that is so diligent in helping their clients. I can't speak highly enough of King financial...and especially Julia. She treats every client with the same attention that you'd give your own family. Completely inexpensive compared to the competition and she does a great job.

I recommend anyone Who was looking at improving their credit history and our financial future to Ms.K[redacted]!

King Financial has really helped me out with my credit. I did not have the time to do it myself . They are very friendly/personable. They are always willing to break things down to you if you don't understand. They really care about pleasing their customers. I would recommend them to my family/friends. I think I am going to finally be able to buy the home that I have been wanting. Thanks King Financial!!!!!!!!!!

In one month, my scores jumped by 50 points. For the first time in my life, I was able to go to a real phone carrier (I've had straighttalk for 4 years) and I didn't have to put down a huge down payment.
