This company is awesome. My install tech Terry was the best tech he was on time the install was the best and he took the time to explain everything from the functions of the heater as well as the thermostat and humidifier. He cleaned up all the mess and set the thermostat for me made sure everything was working we will be getting our central air replaced this spring using king heating again you can't get better service.

Excellent response and communication during the process of the quote and install of heating and ac equipment. Excellent install and professional installers. Install to these guys means even replacing outlets, outside power boxes, and switches. New flue, and reinstall of existing equipment better than it was before arrival. Clean, neat and courteous. From the salesman to the installers, King Heating is top notch. Very professional! I highly recommend King Heating. Brandon came to our house and took the time to give us all our options and reasonable pricing. We were able to get our system installed the very next day. Steve and Shawn were our installers. Very polite, neat, and experienced in HVAC. The system was installed. Patiently showed us how the system works and left our utility room looking better than when they started. The equipment was installed neatly. You get my vote!

King Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by our professional home inspector. I'm glad I contacted them. I needed a furnace installation on the same day as requested. I called at 7:30am, a consultant for an estimate was on site before 8:15, an installer was here by about 10am, and finished before 2pm. Every interaction with each employee was professional and courteous without exception. The lady who answered my call, the guy who came to talk about options, the installer and his apprentice were all exceptional people, the type that I would have been pleased to manage during my working days. Options and their benefits were made very clear with no pressure to pick any of them. It was pure education so I could understand what I would get for the prices quoted. My decision was based on a clear understanding as provided by the estimator. The installer was a complete professional as well. He covered the floors and was a true craftsman. Having worked in various trades in the 70's through 2000, I knew the value and appearance of quality craftsmanship. The job performed in my home was worthy of a photo. Explanation of what I needed to know was complete, and taught in terms that most people should understand. This is likely to be the last furnace I will ever buy, but I would highly recommend King Heating to anyone.

Dale [redacted] was very knowledgeable and informing how to continue to maintain my furnace. He also told me about a leak that I was not aware of. I will request this technician again for future services. I will use King again and again.

My furnace was not working. Rob [redacted] came to my house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back the next day to install it. He was efficient and friendly, and my furnace is now working. I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

The repair technician Marvin was prompt in his arrival he was courteous and made repairs in less than one hour. I couldn't be any happier with his service

Great, reliable service. Today I had my A/C replaced by Terry. He was on time and very detail-oriented in the install, etc. I would recommend highly King for any

This man Marvin did a fantastic job as well as thorough cleaning every aspect of our AC system, He found the problem in the condensor and worked carefully and efficiently to repair the problem and got it up and running in a reasonable amount of time, without skipping any areA of inspection before he left. This is the 2nd time we have had Marvin answering our repair needs on heating and cooling. We would highly recommend his services!

Technician Dale H. came to the house today to do a maintenance check on our furnace. Did a great job and helped us with tips for better performance from our furnace. Noted some things we needed to correct for a safer running furnace and hot water heater...we are very thankful!! Dale wasn't in a hurry to "get to the next job" but was very thorough in his service call. I don't think we have ever had a service like that. We are impressed. It seemed like he was taking care of our furnace the same way he would take care of his furnace. He is truly an asset to King Heating.

I had a very positive experience with a check out of my air conditioning system. Very through and professional.

When my air conditioner went out I received recommendations from two different family members who used your service. I called immediately and was able to have a diagnostic tech come to evaluate my unit the same day. The tech that came out understood my urgency in having my unit replaced as I am in the process of selling my home. Rather than having me wait for the tech who takes the measurements for new unit he took the measurements himself and called them in. I was then able to schedule the install date that was convenient for me.

The day of my install Bob H and Wayne arrived at the scheduled time. I was very pleased with their professionalism and quality of their work. Wayne explained what had been done in the basement and outside where the unit was installed. Bob H explained the billing in a very clear manner.

I will definitely use King's Heating and Cooling service in my new home. Bob H. and Wayne receive five stars!

It is my understanding that a recommendation was made by our technician which was based on industry training received on this type of equipment. The technicians recommendation to replace the pilot assembly was made due to past service issues with pilot outages of this type. The quoted price is below the industry average, and includes all necessary parts + labor. The diagnostic charge paid is credited back towards the total cost of repairs. The quoted repair also includes a one year warranty on parts + labor. Our prices are based on quality work at a fair price.
I do appreciate your past history with our company and I am more than willing to make this right. In good faith I will gladly refund you the original $89.00 diagnostic charge that was paid by you to our technician at the time of original service on 07/16/2014.
