Very nice, helpful guys! They made sure to explain everything they did. Nice to work with an honest company. Will recommend their services to my neighbors.

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable with our choice of a new Carrier HVAC system. He answered all of our questions concerning our application and followed through the process through the end. We are extremely satisfied with King Heating and Brandon. Mike the installer was very neat, clean and conscientious of the work he did, you could tell that he had a lot of pride in his work. He didn't even take a lunch! Don't hesitate to use this business!

This is my third time using King Heating and I will always use them. I needed a furnace installed in my rental house in Feb when the tenant called and said the old one stopped working. King Heating came out the same day with 3 different brand name furnace quotes and quality. They came out and installed a new one the very next morning. They are always polite and professional. I also use them for cleaning and general maintenance on my primary residence heating and A/C unit. This is a very good company.

After seeing the current TV commercials I felt it was my due diligence to leave this review.
In October 2019 I called KING for a annual service call, which I had done by another service for the last 12 years. KING sent their technician John ( technician in their current commercials ). Within 20 minutes of the inspection, John said I had cracks in my heat exchanger & he by law had to shut the furnace off because of the CO levels & needed a new furnace. I of course could turn it back on at my own risk! John set me up with their sales staff regarding the purchase of a new furnace. Long story short the cost would be depending on my choice anywhere from $7,000 to $13,000, but of course there were special deals & financing they could offer me!
I decided to have 2 more service inspections within the next 3 weeks. Both companies confirmed that there were no visible cracks in my heat exchanger & I didn’t need a new furnace!
Oh by the way KING still charged me the $79.95, which I had to call for a refund. KING did offer to send out another technician, but that wasn’t until after I had the additional inspections & costs! KING never offer to pay for the additional inspections even though I emailed them the results & cost of the first additional inspection that they asked me to do for them!
KING & there technician John are a scam business & employee taking advantage of unsuspecting people that are facing desperate situations.
To KING & John shame on you! ??

I recently had a new A/C and furnace installed by King Heating. Everyone I had contact with at King including the installer, Shawn, were courteous, professional and a pleasure.

we always have great service from King Heating and Air, clean, conscientious workers, polite and thorough and importantly will always take time to complete entire diagnostics, cleaning etc., office staff is very helpful, we are glad that we can call them whenever needed

Everyone we dealt with at King’s was polite, punctual, professional. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Very happy.

On April4, 2020, John M., arrived at our home and on time to service our heating system. John was very polite and knowledgable about his work.
John cleaned our furnace, replaced some exhaust piping, made some good suggestions which we will keep on file for future consideration.

Awesome company. I called for an estimate, William came out the same day. It was installed in two days after and is great. The installers were on time and finished under time estimated. Worked hard and no fooling around. Shawn and his co worker were respectful, cleaned up, explained the units and were focused workers. I highly recommended to anyone. New to area and happy I found them. I will definitely keep.

My a/c broke down during the day on the 4th of July, and I didn’t know about it until I went to sleep that night and it was 85 degrees and baking in my bedroom. The next morning I called King to come out and fix it, and I was told I needed to buy a new furnace. I said I only wanted someone to come out and fix it, and I was told there would be a $89 charge for someone to come out, but a visit would be free if I bought a new furnace. I said I wanted the repair, and again I was told about the $89 fee. It was mentioned a third time before I got off the phone, so I knew for sure I was getting charged $89.

When Joe came out, I explained the outside a/c unit was running but not the furnace, that I had tried changing the thermostat and checked the circuit breaker. He did NOT put on any shoe covers (I have white carpeting upstairs) and we went into the attic. He took the covers off the furnace, and he said that he could tell by the humming sound that the electric motor was seized and would need to be replaced. He also said he could “sense” that the system was out of freon, just from experience. He left the furnace taken apart. We went down stairs and he started to write up the repair bill. He said I needed the new motor, and would also need a new furnace fan and a capacitor, for a whopping total of $1725. Oh and that because of the 4th of July he couldn’t get the parts until the middle of the next week. He also said that he was “obligated” to provide me with a quote on buying a brand new furnace, which he could have installed the next day or two. That quote came in at over $3600. And since Joe was looking out for me, he said he would give me the senior citizen discount, even though I am not, along with the military discount, even though I am not a veteran, and would even throw in a new thermostat for free. I was in a state of shock, and he left and said I should get back to him.

Out of sheer desperation I called another company, just to see if maybe they might have the parts. They came out, and explained that my motor was NOT seized at all, I did NOT need a new furnace fan, and the only thing it needed was a new capacitor, which he showed me was bulging and visibly deformed (the new capacitor replacement cost me a total of $260). Funny how Joe missed that obvious and very visible clue as to what was wrong. And even more funny how he was trying to railroad me into buying a new furnace, or pay for totally unneeded repairs and parts. So basically I was totally lied to about what was wrong and what was needed. Joe was a good trooper and did send me the quote via email, and also sent a follow up email asking if I was ready to give him some business. I wouldn’t give Joe or King a penny if they were the last company in business. They are underhanded sleazy people to deal with, I would run away as fast as possible.

I was completely satisfied. Corey was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very professional as well. I recommend King Heating and Air Conditioning for all your heating and cooling needs.

Installation guys were great Shawn and Phil performed work fast, neat and work area was spotless when they left, I highly recommend King Heating and Air Conditioning

I thought Andrew was great!!! My actual rating is 4.5! I knew my furnace was in great shape. He not only confirmed it, but he also didn't waste time trying to find something that didn't exist. The only reason he didn't get a straight 5 is that he didn't show me his skills with the air conditioner. That will be next.

Can’t say enough about Guesepe, Steve and Phil,quality work performed neat and clean.
