Ordered an item on 4-6-20, and received nothing back regarding shipping
Ordered a magneto vape pen on 4-6-20. Received no email back regarding shipping, although payment was made. Contacted them on 4-7-20 asking about shipping. *** sent email stating it had been shipped on the 7th.
However, no email yet,confirming shipping, and no email containing tracking information.

I want the item, and if not the item, I want a full refund to debit card, and refund of $5.00 shipping

I would like my product delivered in the timely manner i had paid for. I would like an email stating my product shipping status as well as a way to track this. If this is something this "buisness" cannot handle, then i would like a full refund.

I did recieve the product I paid for. But I have had no shipping information or any other info concerning my product purchase sent to me. Very frustrating. My only effort is to make sure no one else deals with bad customers provided by this website

I placed an order on Feb 12th with expedited shipping. A week later it still shows processing and they have not responded to my emails
On Feb 12, 2020 I placed order *** for one item XVape X-MAX Starry Vaporizer with expedited shipping for a total of $85.71. I have not heard anything from the company, and my online order status says "processing." I have sent two emails asking for an update, and another to ask for a refund. None of my emails have been answered. I paid with a prepaid Visa gift card, and I am going through them to try to force a refund.

Oct 18 2019 I purchased a Vapium Lite Vaporizer for smoking marijuana. The item did not work and after getting the approval and shipping label from King vape I shipped it back. Since then I have sent numerous emails trying to get some answers. But I get absolutely nothing from them. It is now February and still no response.

I ordered a product from them on January 22nd, 2020 and its still not here. Phone numbers for them do not work and they are unresponsive to emails.
On January 22nd, I purchased a product online and was told by the website it would ship within three business days. I spent approximately $34. It has still not arrived over a week later, there has been no shipping updates, or further communication. I reached out via email on January 29th and have not gotten a response. The phone number they have does not work, their social media is outdated, and I sent a follow up email this afternoon and it has not been answered.

I have asked for a full refund due to the shipping delay, their lack of communication, and the overall unease I feel with their business practices.

Did not want to refund my money for an Item that was never shipped. I filed a dispute with my bank. Gave tracking and tracking never updated.
I placed an order on 11/15/2019 and received a tracking. *** from King Pen VApes advised me they are only scanning the packages ONCE through the USPS which is LIE. I have contacted him through Facebook, Instagram and per email and just kept getting the run around.

Received malfunctioning product There is no functioning email address for this site or customer service phone number
Problem date 10/28/10, purchased 10/13/19, *** Kandypens mini wax vaporizer purple, payed $67.96, had credit card info stolen, used Amazon Visa ending in ***, no other information in receipt to refer to. Received item malfunctioning, stopped working today on 3rd use. There is no working way to contact the company for an exchange or refund. Email does not work. A one year warranty is promised but there is no way to collect on it.

Lying to their customers and not upholding priority shipping or their own guarantees on shipping times on their own website
I ordered an apx wax vaporizer from them with priority shipping to east coast (without priority shipping its supposed to take 3-4 business days). I contacted him on 10/09 wondering why I haven't received it. I was told they shipped it "yesterday" aka 10/08 now I paid Priority shipping on that website normal shipping takes 1-2 days to process so why is my order only filled after 2 and a half days? not only that but I NEVER received an ups tracking number. Give me my product get it shipped one day delivery to me, and refund me my priority shipping. Personally i consider this very fair on my end.

I placed an order with KingVapes but only received 1 of 2 itemscharged for both. I have contacted them via email and have not received a response.
On September 4th I placed an order with KingVapes *** CA. I was charged for two items, but I only received one. (Order ***; Kandypen RUBI Vaporizer and an AGO G5 Dry Herb and Wax Vaporizer). I received the Kandypen, but not the AGO G5. I have since found numerous complaints online for purchases that were not delivered. I have sent three emails and have had no response. My credit card has been charged for both items. The above-listed address is a shipping location, there is a smoke/vape store nearby; however, they have told me that they are not affiliated with King Pen Vapes. I would like my money refunded to me, or the product should be shipped to me (the KingVape website recognizes a 2 week delivery time). The owner/employee for the company has made YouTube instructional videos, and the website has been updatedthis is not a front.

This website claims that it can ship within 1-2 days on the west coast. I had bought one of their vaporizers and paid priority shipping not one update
It started on 08/5/2019 when I had sent them an email early in the morning explaining that they hadn't sent me any notifications of the product I had purchased 4 days earlier. I made the purchase on 08/1/2019 @ 5:18 AM PST for the: "Xvape Avant" ***Price on the website: ($54.95)+ priority shipping ($5.00)in total of: ($59.95) though the payment method of: "Network Merchants Gateway"

I decided to call the number that they had on the website today @ 3:10 PM PST 08/16/2019. And it rang completely through until the voicemail came on. At this point, I can't help but think that this company and website was totally bogus. The social media accounts have all seem to have similar issues. Some legitimate users complaining about their products not arriving at all. With the company cold shouldering them and is seemingly more than happy to post their own content regularly. Rather than interacting with their customers at all. Whilst also not giving any users any updates about their shipments/products

There is a a whole heap of issues with this website and company. Here's a few pointers: 1) The site's "about" page only has the email address and no phone number in sight. Adding a working phone number shouldn't even be an afterthought when creating a buisness 2) Business with social media accounts of any kind must be active frequently 3) Update customers with their shipments within promised times 4) If these products aren't real then a refund is what I would want for not only just me, but everyone else as well who has fallen victim to this 5) If the site is legitimate. I should've been receiving the product on a Friday 08/2/19 or at the most on Monday 08/5/19 due to the claim of shipping within 1-2 days within the west coast

I placed 2 orders on February 20, 2019.
I was e-mailed a confirmation # *** for the $12.95 purchase of Ago G5 510 Thread LCD Battery Replacement. I did not receive a confirmation on the $39.74 order I e-mailed and said that I did not receive a confirmation # and was checking to see if the order went through and *** @ King Pen Vapes wrote back "yes your order went through" this order was for parts and at this time I can't remember exactly what was ordered.

They are a horrible company. I knew they would not respond. I talked to my credit card company and they are going to refund my credit card. You can close my complaint. Thank You for your help.

I paid on my Visa debit card. I received the product and it did not have good instructions and was poorly made.
