has been in "processing" status for about two weeks.
*** has been in "processing" status for about two weeks. I ordered on Oct 15th. The total of my order is $34.95. I've sent multiple emails and also found a number to call and no response. I ordered the G Slim Herbal Vaporizer as a gift for someone that I need by November 1st. Like I stated before I've sent many emails to the company and they haven't responded to me once. I was charged for the product but I my loved one hasn't received it yet. I would just like a refund please.
No resolution has been made. I reached out multiple times and no one has responded to me.
The item I ordered came in with corrosion on it I emailed twice and Facebook messaged them with no response in for days.
Purchased a vape pen from the company for around 35 dollars on 3/24/18 order# *** came to us on 3/27/18 with corrosion on it. It's still in its original packaging. We contacted them via email on 3/27/18 for an exchange but no response.
Just want the exact same model I ordered but a working version.
I Placed an online order with them they didn't return any of my emails and never shipped my product and are still not answering my emails
My order number was XXXXX, the man who contacted me was ***. he said the item I ordered was out of stock but they had one like it that they could send out immediately. I said great send it if it's the same price. I even paid extra for shipping so it would come faster. I never received any more emails or contact from *** and I never received my product although they charged me for it. I have emailed them three times left messages on their Twitter and Facebook pages and have still not heard back anything in the charger still on my credit card.
I want a complete refund of my money being that I never received the product or any tracking information of any kind.
This matter has been settled by the business
Vape pen has stopped producing vape after 2 weeks. I have thoroughly cleaned the device and it is still not working properly.

I have only used this product a few times within the 2 weeks of having it. The unit will heat up but no longer produces vape. I cleaned the unit thoroughly and still no luck. I contacted the company only to be told there is nothing they can do that my problem doesn't fall under warranty. The product doesn't work as it should after 2 weeks and maybe 5 uses. I want it replaced or my money refunded. This product is obnoxiously faulty.
I would like a replacement or a full refund as my product is not even 30days old.
