I am rejecting this response because:I have been talking to Nancy, for the most part, at Tek pc solutions . She and he associates are trying very hard to close my complaint. I told them NO. Yesterday after speaking with Nancy at length I was assured my system would be up and running. That was around noon time. Then, at 1:17pm I note a call on my phone from the Baton Rouge # [redacted] Initially, weeks ago the people duped me and said they were with Tek pc solutions. Coincidentally (or not) I did have trouble with my system. Anyway they did not help si I contacted tek pc solutions and after some lengthy discussion, Nancy told me it was a scam(exactly how she knew that I don't know)...That was the basis of my complaint-no computer serveice and harassing phone calls from Baton Rouge. My sytem SEEMS to be Ok for now, but I insisted I would not close my complaint with the Revdex.com until they could send me assurances, in writing, that the unwanted phone call will cease once and for all. Nancy agin, said the management was working on the problem and .they will let me know when the problem is resolved. I did not want a refund, at this point, because .what I have is good until .10-22-18.

I am rejecting this response because: RESPONSE TO TEK PC SOLUTIONSNot sure if attachment was received.Yes, Tek PC Solutions did send me a check, a full reimbursement for $500.  The rest of their statement is untrue.  The charge was is dispute.  A few days prior to receiving the $500 refund, I called [redacted] and was told that the dispute had been resolved and that my account was credited.  At the time I did not realize that the [redacted] representative was incorrect.  When I received the $500 check in the mail, I immediately called Tek PC Solutions and spoke to Nancy.  I told her the check was sent in error.  I told her, “You would be paying double.”  I told her my account was credited.  She said, “If there is any change, we will issue you another check; we will stop payment of this check.”  Her supervisor, Dave, thanked me for my integrity.  After the fact, I viewed my account and was dismayed to see that I had now been charged twice.  Called [redacted] representative; he concurred; there were now two charges for $500.  I called Nancy back.  She said to speak with [redacted].  I said will you issue me another check?  She did not answer the question.  “Speak with [redacted]” was her response.  It is simply not logical if I had a check in hand that I would continue the dispute the charge.  I would never continue the dispute.  I never said I wanted to do further research.  What research?    I would deposit the check and when the check cleared, cancel the dispute.  I did not feel that it would be ethical to take the money, since it was my belief that my account was credited.  If you review my complaint statement and view the video, you will conclude that this is a scam operation and they continue to thrive and profit off Americans.

program files which had been corrupted due to various reasons. We offered optimisation services on his computer and for the future protection we also offered him the subscription of [redacted] Internet Security for which he agreed. During the whole process we never hide our identity as we told him that we are TEKPCSOLUTIONS, third party independent technical support provider.He also had word with different third party organisations before calling us which were trying to charge him approximately $500 for the same problem and we fixed the problem in $220 approximately.During Conversation he told us that some other guy shown him the infection named CSRSS.exe, which we clearly explained him, is a legit WINDOWS operating System Process File. We tried to explain each and every thing in a detailed manner and upto his satisfactory level.We also installed [redacted] Internet Security License on his computer as a protection.For resolve this issue. 1. we are sending cheque  by USPS : $4052. we are sending Notarised Statement also by same mail3. Purchase price was 219.98 and we are refunding $405 so $185.02 is added in refunded amount4. I am rejecting this response because: I have not received what they wrote to Revdex.com that they would be sending.  If and when I received the check and cashed, the letter was worded satisfactory, and the letter was signed by appropriate officer of the company, I would respond with further comments.
