On 1018, I went to the dealership and spoke with Sales Consultant Ricky T*** I told him that I wanted to pay no more than $25K for a Jeep Compass Limited, with the expectation of a final price of approximately $28K There was a problem unlocking my credit, so we weren’t able to complete the sale $25K was my understanding when I left I returned to the dealership on 1018, again, with the understanding that I would be paying $25K for the Jeep Compass Limited When I was shown the paperwork, I inquired about why I kept seeing MSRP $37,(Sticker MSRP was ), and was told that I was given incentives to bring the price down I wasn’t comfortable with the difference between what I was told, and wh

I arrived at the dealership on July 21st truly interested in purchasing a car I saw advertised onlineI was under the impression that I would be dealing with the rep I made the appointment with only to be past over to a rude male chauvinist This man said the price for the car was 3k more then advertisedThen he pushed me to commit to numbers without having even seen the car yet When I was finally frustrated and ready to walk out he was trying to keep the copy of my ID and personal papers Later that day and the next I emailed the original rep and the manager Nick to share my disappointment No one bothered to reply they keep emailing and texting me about my interest in the car I am writing this purely to warn others and save them a headache

Here is how this despicable transaction has played out: July 30th 2017: Request to purchase vehicle August 24th 2017: I have been trying for weeks to buy a car from this place and no one will return my calls or emails, no one will give me a straight answer and I keep being fed the classic dealership lines as if I'm stupidI have had cash in hand, waiting to pay for the car, and they will not respond to meI ask simple questions and it takes a week to return my call or answer my emailAlso, if you get a price from an employee, make sure you get it in writing because I was quoted one price and it is now not being honored because I don't have it in writingI was also quoted $from this place to ship a compact vehicle from NY to NCI'm an extremely patient person, but this is out of handTake your business elsewhere if you value your time November 6th 2017: And the saga continuesFolks, please steer clear of this placeI cannot even express to you how awful this has beenThe vehicle was delivered to me and didn't start - they sold it to me with a completely inoperable battery and a failing alternatorI then spent another $on rental vehicles because I couldn't drive the one I had just purchased (which I have them stating in writing as having no mechanical issues whatsoever)So I continue to call and try to get someone to help meAfter making me feel like they're doing me favors, they tell me they will pay to replace the batterySo I have the battery replaced and I am STILL waiting to be reimbursedI have texted the manager more than times about this, and he responds telling me to be niceI cannot believe the way I am being treated by this companyIt is absolutely unbelievableYou don't think that people so disrespectful and deceitful actually exist until you come to this establishment and try to purchase a vehicleIt has been a whopping TWO MONTHS and I still have not been reimbursed for the vehicle battery that they lied about

STAY AWAY! What a bad dealership Gets back to you with not answering questions Very shady Isabel and especially Ramonna are either unintelligent and ignorant or just don't want to be truthful with a particular vehicle for some reason I asked times about a vehicle's warranty and they still didn't reply back with a response Best warning I can give is to not start a conversation with them because you will just get upset and look elsewhere so why even start BAD DEALERSHIP!

I purchased the vehicle on October **, and when I purchased my insurance from them, the sales man told me there was a downpayment of and I would have to pay the first months payment of I gave the salesman the money right there and then in cash over dollars and now im having an issue with the insurance company saying I didn't pay the first months payment and now they are threatening to cancel my insurance for failure to pay

On May ***, I picked up my vehicle from the service department at the "Brooklyn Dodge Jeep Chrysler and Ram" dealership located at *** *** *** *** *** ***Our family vehicle had been in the shop for a month and was being serviced for an ongoing issue it has had since the vehicle was purchasedImmediately, after leaving the shop, the gas light came on so I stopped at the gas station to purchase fuelWhen I opened the gas cap, I found SUGAR in the fuel tank filler tubeThe filler tube was clogged with a large amount of fresh sugarIf I hadn't been paying close attention to what I was doing, I would have pumped fuel into the gas tank and the entire fuel system would have been contaminatedThis would have included the fuel tank, the fuel pump, the fuel line and the injectorsThis could have also caused damage to the spark plugs, valves, pistons and cylinder wallsThis large amount of sugar in the system could have caused catastrophic damage to the engineImmediately upon discovering this situation, I phoned the service department and informed the service rep that answered the phone about the incident with the sugar I was put on hold twice and then told that it was too late to bring the truck back to the service department because the shop was closedWhen I returned to the shop, it was still open and the managers were still thereAfter returning to the shop I opened the tank and showed the workers the sugar that was in the tank, and they immediately denied that the sugar was put in the tank at their shopI proceeded to explain to them that the truck had been in their possession for one month -Apri**, through May *, We were extremely upset about this incident and wanted to speak with one of the service department managers but none of them were availableI even asked if they could call one of the store managers that night, but was told they couldn't call them because they had already gone home for the evening and up to this date none of the managers returned our call to apologize for the incidentWe are also unaware on whether or not the owner or district was informed of this incidentThis whole experience left us feeling like we were mistreated as customers and we will be taking our business elsewhereThank Goodness we have pictures as proof!

• gear box; gears stick;
• malfunctioning head lights
• illuminated indicator lights, check engine, etc., on dash signaling problems
• repeated stalling of engine
• brakes
• seat belts
• Air conditioning
• Heated seats
• Broken driver side door handle
• Car needed to be fixed to pass New York State vehicle inspection
Additionally, I asked that everything under the car hood that needed to be fixed, be fixed

This company has VERY POOR customer serviceWhen you call to reach the service department, the receptionist does puts you on hold or transfers you to a voicemail lineIn a single day, I called over timesI left my contact information but noone called me backI even contacted MOPAR and they could not get in touch with themI was not transferred to someone in that department until the 15th call when I told the receptionist that I was going to file a complaintDealing with this company is ALWAYS a frustrating experience!

I got a Dodge Challenger new off the showroom floor took it home and about weeks later I had an issue with the clutch in the car they came got the car from my house fix it and it was fine fast forward to 9-**-I had it to happen again this time they tell me the factory warranty is done and the other warranty I I paid for don’t cover it at the time it was sold to me it was said once the factory warranty stop this one would start here is the problem it cover the transmission but not the clutch I told them way would I buy are pay for some I could not use I took the car to them and told them what the problem was and because I don’t want them to do the work they now want to charge me dollars before they give me back my car
