Kings Island soak city
I come to the park all the time,,, especially when soak city is open. There has been an issue with certain things not working in the river, which I truely understand the problem is the spray guns at the beginning,, ususally they are on but not very powerful, I dont know if because somethings are not working but now the guns are very strong. Being hit in the face the ears,, I have seen people being knocked out of their floats, men blasing little kids in the face, my grandaughter whcih is 2,, was blasted so hard it was unreal,,, they need to do something about these sprayers,, people are being hit hard with them

A park manager spoke with the guest on June They were offered one comp ticket, a souvenir bottle, and one all day dining planThe guest was happy with the resolution and stated they would be visiting again shortly with their niece and son

Guest will need to contact park security for any further discussions on the matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10699964, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Kings island said that I had full access to the park with my fast lane pass, which is true, but the only reason I purchased the fast lane passed for the entire day, was because their website didn't offer any other option as far as purchasing fast lane passes after 4pm via their websiteAgain, had I known (either by email, their website, etc) the tickets would have been cheaper after p.m, my family and I wouldn't have paid full price, and would have come after four even though that meant not using the full-days fast lane passSomeone had to of known that the fast passes would be "randomly"'sent out to "someone", so I feel that since "someone" knew it would be sent out "randomly", there is no viable excuse as to the park not "knowing" it would be sent out to whomever after 4pmI requested at least a partial refund, and believe that $(the price not even for one person using the fast lane plus that was purchased that day after 4pm) is fairThe $is calculated on the $per person( $I would have paid after 4pm x 3= $75.00) I would have paid had I purchased the fast lane passes after 4pmI believe that is a very refundThank you Regards, [redacted]

This issue has been address with any guests that may have been temporarily impacted

The toll flyer distributed at the park promoting the Dollar Days event stated $soft drinks were available in Soak City, but there was no reference to food items being available in the waterparkThe park's website and other advertisements and earned media news placements also did
not contain any information stating $food items were available in Soak CityThe locations in the park offering $food items were accessible for guests visiting Soak City via a path into the main park or by train. A copy of the toll flyer is available upon request

As stated on the park's website, there are no refunds or exchanges once tickets have been purchased

*** *** Guest was provided with options by Kings Island, and declined those options. Kings Island options only benefit Kings Island and the not the customer. Desired Outcome/Settlement a refund in form of a check

Tickets are only valid for the year in which they are purchased forThis is standard throughout the amusement/theme park industry for seasonal parks
