King's Way Financial Corporation Reviews (32)

Your bolt is not all of a sudden stripped, it wears out over time with the aluminum pans.  The manufacturers switched to the aluminum pans to make the cars more lightweight.  It will wear out on a 2009 with 90,000 miles.  You requested we do it at dealer cost and I agreed to that.  The only other option is for our tech to try to heli coil the threads on the pan rather than to replace it.

I have had my office manager to investigate why this has taken so long for the money to get to your lienholder.  This is what she found.  The warranty was cancelled and a check was cut by [redacted] in July.  We never received it and spoke to them yesterday and found that it...

has never been cashed. They stopped payment on it and have issued another one which we are waiting on.  We will add our part to it and send it to your lienholder.  It took a little bit to find as your car was purchased in another name.  I am sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced.  Nancy

[redacted] I am not sure what your issue is with us, we cut the check to YOU not the bank for your first payment on January 2, 2015 and our bank shows it was cashed by you on January 6,2015.  No issues on our end.  We never mail first payment to the bank, it was mailed and cashed by...

you.  I will consider this closed.

I am sorry if you took my comment wrong.  The piece was replaced out of warranty free of charge on one of those occasions and it was fixed correctly.  With time it will continue to happen due to the weight when sliding in and out of the car.  We have seen this more than once with several customers.  I am not sure what the solution is.  We fixed free out of warranty to try to please our customers but cannot continue to do it free of charge when it will be an occurring problem.  Please schedule a time to come in and speak with [redacted] and he will show you.

, Dear Revdex.com,   I did not received the"split" of $118.00  from Mac Haik Dodge and it was over 15 days since I reopened the dispute on [redacted]. Please help me to re-open the dispute.   Below is Mac Haik Dodge's message on [redacted] for your reference:     "MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: We never agreed to the refund of the $118.00 but just to try to end this situation I will split it with you."   Thank you for your support [redacted]

I received the documents but it did not include all that I signed / initialed and or made noticed of by Mac Haik.If it was important for Mac Haik to have me acknowledge in writing, it is important that I have a copy. Also included in the paperwork submitted was a copy of the lifetime drive train warranty by a third party vendor.I contacted the company and they have no knowledge of the warranty for my vehicle.I was told that the warranty had to be handled by Mac Haik directly with the vendor.I want a documentation of the warranty that it is active and in force.I believe an actual key is needed to unlock the tailgate when not using the fob. I want a set of those keys.I am disappointed in the professionalism of Mac Haik staff.

Regards,

Thank you for your concern.  The internet price is 30,500.00 of which part is financing with [redacted] so without the extra financing rebate it is 31000.00 The sticker is 41300.00 so I am pretty sure that you will agree that a selling price of 31k k for a 41k truck is decent and probably the...

lowest on the web for the same truck.  The value to be given for yours is 23500.00 which would be a 7500.00 trade difference plus tax, title and license fees plus any outstanding balance on your trade if you have one.

Mr. [redacted], Let me address your many concerns in the order of which you sent them:
1. You do have a copy of all legal documents pertaining to a purchase of a vehicle.  I did find however 3 documents that were initialed or signed by you which will go in the mail today.
2.  They keys you are requesting that fit the rear tailgate are inside your fob.  I am sorry if your salesperson did not demonstrate the key to you.  The fob has a button on the top of it.  If you push that button you can pull out that key.
3. A check for 43.00 for a full tank of gas will be mailed with the 3 pieces of paper as your salesman promised a full tank of gas vs. the 20.00 that [redacted] now puts into the vehicles.
4. The complimentary powertrain warranties are done monthly and as you purchased recently will take longer to show proof of.  They were overnighted on November 2nd to the warranty company that you contacted but they have not processed and I do not know how long they take to process them.
Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com about your concerns.  (ps. sorry to say we are still on temporary emails 2 weeks and 2 days now)  I am sorry for the stress you felt in your purchase. Nancy [redacted]

I am sorry you are having trouble with your panel.  Your car is still under warranty for close to 5000 more miles and we can indeed replace your panel again.  Unfortunately it will not last forever as the others have not either.  It isn't that they were not fixed correctly. ...

There is only one way to replace a panel.  The problem is the way that you enter and exit the vehicle with the additional weight is breaking the panel time and again.  Please bring it in before the warranty is out and we will replace it again (even though it is not a faulty part) but just keep in mind as long as you continue to get in and out dragging the weight on it the same results will happen

Mr. [redacted], It is my understanding that you have your plates and your trade is paid off.  To get apportioned plates you must provide us with Federal documents that we waited on but finally got and your tags are complete.  It is true that as the selling dealer we must get the plates for you whenever your vehicle is being financed.

I am not sure what you mean by "messed up the due date".  The banks require the due date to be between 30 and 45 days.  I am very sorry if you were inconvenienced in any way by when you received the check from us but always it is the customers responsibility to make their payments once contracts are signed.  I am glad you finally received and cashed our check.

Please mail the check to my address below: Thank you so much for your support[redacted]

as long as they promise to never contact me again .

Revdex.com:
They sent the refund however it is a shame it had to go to this extreme to get it. If they could do what they say they can do the first time. Also, they do not hold up to what they say to ustomers anx advertise. They need to take a hard lòok at how they present information to a customer.
This letter is to inform you that Mac Haik Dodge has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 3/26/2016 and assigned ID [redacted]
Regards,

Would you like the $118.00 mailed or would you prefer to pick it up???

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
One of the primary complaints I have is that I received a flyer in the mail from Mac Haik Dodge saying my vehicle was valued at $25,240.00 and that my specific model was in such high demand that they would give me 110% of the Black Book Value. The fine print reads that depending on the condition of my vehicle this number may change but that the price reflected on the advertising was based on Black Book clean trade in value, less 30 cents mileage deductions, reconditioning, trim levels and accessories. My vehicle has less than the standard deduction for its year and is in absolute excellent shape, so I was sure that I would get that price if not higher.   As you can see from their response, they are offering me $23,500 for my vehicle. This is proof that they are using false advertising to lure clients into their business with a false vehicle buy-back number they never intend to honor; the flyer I received (please see attached picture) states that they value my specific vehicle at $25,240.00 and that my specific model was in such high demand that they would give me 110% of the Black Book Value or $27,764.00.  You can see from their response and their offer of $23,500 that they know that they are simply using false advertising to lure in clients, otherwise they would honor the mailer which they are not.
Regards,
