Sent: Wednesday, March 08, 2017 9:10 AMTo: drteamSubject: RE: Revdex.com complaint id [redacted] I basically told the customer I was sorry he didn’t like his experience here and explained for the umpteenth time(I have also spoken to him on the phone as well as other managers) that we DID NOT pull his credit 10 plus times.  The first time we spoke he stated 15 times, the second time we spoke he said we pulled it 10 plus times, we did not.  I explained how his preapproval letter worked and he is just not happy.  I have no further words to explain to him that if he gives us permission and all of his personal information to pull credit we have every right to do so (obviously we wouldn’t have known his personal identifications unless he had given them to us). Nancy [redacted]

I have asked you several times for the items I wanted and yet you do not even read my complaints.I will make this very simple for you.1. copy of all documents that I signed and or initialized. If it was important for you to require me to put a mark on it, I should have a copy.2. A set of keys that fit the doors and rear tailgate as it has a lock in which a key is needed to unlock/ lock it without the fob.3. Reimbursement for the 23 gallons of gas to fill it up.4. Proof of activation of the powertrain warranty. According to the vendor, that has not happened.

First let me thank you for doing your oil changes here for the last few years, by that fact I am sure you have been pleased with our service so far.  In previous times all cars had stainless steel pans and they seemed to last "forever" because of that hard metal.  Most of the manufacturers...

have now gone to the aluminum pans which is a softer material.  Your car is an 2009 with 90,000 plus miles and with repeated use that pan gets weak and eventually the plugs come loose, that is considered normal wear and tear on a vehicle of that age.  You have only done oil changes with us but there is recommended maintenances that are good for keeping it in tip top shape for as long as possible.  You had stated you wanted us to replace that pan at our cost.  Normal pricing is 400 to 500 dollars depending and our cost is approximately 250.00 plus tax which we will be happy to do for that.

I did not received the refund from Mac [redacted]k Dodge and it was over 15 days since they promised to refund of $[redacted] for me. Please help me to re-open the dispute.

I am so very sorry Mr. [redacted] that your time was wasted trying to purchase from our dealership.  I definitely know how precious people's time is especially these days.  Our goal ultimately is to match cars with the people looking for them.  The car you were looking for was definitely...

sold to a customer at our other location.  There was a delay in the paperwork it looks like which caused it to still be online.  When the deal is billed in the accounting office, it overnight removes it from the website.  The cars priced under 10,000.00 move quickly especially around the holidays and through income tax time as well.  I will  be happy to fill up your car or something for your inconvenience.  [redacted] is a nice young lady that didn't have any bad intentions.  I am sorry for your hassle.

This letter is to inform you that Mac Haik Dodge has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 6/23/2015 2:11:42 PM and assigned ID [redacted].After speaking with customer service, we suggested that the dealership provide us with an oil pan at no charge, which they did. We will be taking it elsewhere to have it installed.  We will no longer bedoing business with Mac Haik.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.   This is where my problem lies.  We were not told that the bolt was stripped, nor did we authorize you to put a larger one in.  Nothing was discussed with us regarding the issue.  The only way we found out is by reading this on the receipt. The reason why I rejected your offer is that we have been taking the Journey to you for oil changes for the past 3 years, and it is hard to believe that you would risk a good customer because of something you messed up on.  If wear and tear happened, it  was due to how you handled the oil changes. We did not authorize you to put an oversized nut in the pan, which effectively ruined the pan where we did have the option to purchase a new nut and have the oil pan retreaded, which is generally cheaper.  This put us in a situation of being forced to replace the oil pan. This is why I believe you should replace our oil pan at your cost, since ultimately you made the decision for us.

It was indeed incorrect that the business office said it would automatically cancel and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.  Once the paperwork is done it does take 6 to 8 weeks to get refunds.  We cannot keep your money you have coming under no circumstance and it seems...

rather harsh to say we "like to steal" don't you think?  I will find out the exact amount your refund is and make sure it is in tomorrow's mail.

Mr. [redacted] I will personally get all the papers you need in the mail today if they aren't already.  The manufacturer no longer fills the vehicles up and with your main salesman out due to personal reasons it appears we failed to fill it up.  I see that you do not live nearby so let me see...

The customer came back in and we sold him a car after agreeing on the price and going through the ad pricing.  Should be closed, he purchased a car from us.

I am sorry that others have told you it was in process but the process was broken when we never received the check for the cancellation.  Once they stopped payment and issued another check (we received Friday) we have issued a check in the amount of 1003.58 which your lienholder will receive.  If you would like me to contact your lienholder please provide me with whom you are speaking to and account number and I will be happy to call them.  Attached is the copy of your check.
