Since I wanted to reconfigure my kitchen layout and move some walls around, I was looking for a company that can do more than kitchen cabinets and counters to hireI didn't want to have more than one company to handle all work needed to do the remodelSo I remember that my neighbor had remodeled his kitchen not so long ago, so I asked him if he could give me the company name that he used and if he would recommend themAnd I am extremely happy I asked himI must say that I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the job that Kitchen Cabinets Express had performed on my kitchen remodeling projectAll business dealings were highly professional and stress free, the worker always showed up on time and worked very hard and by the scheduleAll products provided were of a high quality
The kitchen designer (***) was very knowledgeable and informative, he listened to our idea and he suggested some changes that would make our kitchen idea even more practical (like moving the refrigerator away from the kitchen entrance)He was patient with our many questions and walked us through all the design details
Prior to having my kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Cabinets Express I had a bathroom remodeled by another companyThere is definitely a big difference between the two remodeling experiencesFor anyone considering remodeling and based on my experience, Kitchen Cabinets Express is far superior in workmanship and schedule and business dealings, Best of all, we didn't pay a dollar more than what we signed up for originally even though we had them do few little extra things for us and they were happy to do it. No surprises

I am sorry to learn that Ms*** has chosen to insist on her position and continue to escalate to issue and distance us further away from a fair solution for both partiesThe fact is that I have tried may times to contact her so I can address any workmanship or any concerns , but Ms.*** has ignored all of me attempts and has NOT gave me a chance to do soSo I will answer her concerns in the same order she has listed them: 1. All my kitchen cabinets have not been installedFour of the cupboards don't even close properly and need to be fixed, cabinets have cracks in them, which I did not know, a new contractor showed me when inspecting themTwo cabinets are uneven and don’t match the rest of the cabinetsIt is a very simple adjustment that takes less than minutes to complete, However, Ms*** has not allowed us to go back in and adjustI will be ready to do upon her permission2. The hole in my drywall is still open and not patched when they accessed my electric panelAlso they removed part of a beam on my ceiling and did not patch the drywall back upNow my ceiling is sunken in where the cabinet is installed and has a huge gapThis is the most expensive cost since the cupboards have to be taken down, the ceiling patched and then the cupboard remountedMy contract states that “patch all drywall and have ready to paint”It is a small area of drywall that I will be happy to complete, However, Ms*** has not allowed us to go back in finishI will be ready to do upon her permissionThe wrong knobs were installedI purchased square knobs item #***, the correct square knobs were not installedI have informed Ms*** over weeks ago that I have the correct handlesIt would be a very quick switch out since we have already drilled for them that switch takes less than minutes to complete, However, Ms*** has not allowed us to go back in and adjustI will be ready to do upon her permission They are supposed to adjust all my water, gas and electrical lines when they installed the cabinetsI do not have any plumbing and the electric units are not completed, so I cannot use my kitchenThis is simply not true statement, but I will address if neededHowever, Ms*** has not allowed us to go back in and adjustI will be ready to do so upon her permission I am supposed to have my appliances re-installedI do not have any appliances installedThe appliances are so large for my little condo that they are in my joint living room/kitchenMy appliances are still sitting in my house unusedIn fact, I have no plumbing or appliances to useI have NO working kitchen Ms*** has not allowed us to go back in to installI will be ready to do so upon her permissionSO at this point I am offering Ms*** Two simple options1- As I mentioned may times alreadyIF Ms*** would contact me, I would be more than happy to go back to her house to address any areas of dissatisfaction and fix if neededI will also work with her on the balance and make any adjustments needed to gain her satisfaction2- If first option is not acceptable to Ms.***, I would have no choice except continue to pursue my legal options and handover case to my lawyerI will also replace lien from temporary to permanently in dayI am all hope that Ms*** would de-escalade and find a mean for us to overcome this issue and move forward

I had a galley kitchen from the 70's I love to cook and I cook a lot I knew what I did NOT like/want, but I did not know how to put together what I did like I was worried how everything would look when it came together The color of the floors, the cabinets, the Quartz, the backsplash I had no vision Ammar designed a beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinet space He put together colors and textures beautifully And the best part of all.....THE FLOW weeks start to finish, then one week for the punch list So easy!!!!!

We decided to remodel our 40-year-old kitchen and bathrooms and began looking for a contractorWe visited local companies that required us to hire our own plumbers, electricians, cabinet and painting companies We had only a vague idea of what we wanted A friend suggested we visit Kitchen Cabinet Express' showroom in Buena Park and speak to Ammar Maaytah We did so and then began the most amazing two hours! What an incredible experience! We were shown the quality of the products that would go into the new rooms: cabinets, tile, granite, paint samples, glass doors, bathroom fixtures After a discussion of styles, our lifestyle, what we might prefer in colors and textures, Ammar set up a couple of options he gleaned from our discussion The first one was spot-on, and then he suggested that we look at another one to be certain of our choice, and even asked us if there were differences we might prefer in the option we chose He explained his thoughts on color, texture and style in the context of our preferences, our home, his suggestions for a stylistic update for our homeThere was absolutely NO up-selling, no pressure and no difficulties When we asked about all the subcontractors that we needed to locate and hire, Ammar smiled and told us his service was comprehensive and that he would supervise the entire project Nothing further was required of us but emptying the rooms, and they would handle everything else We were amazed and delighted The entire process has been outstanding!! The crews are hardworking gentlemen, extremely good at what they do, pleasant and congenial, and even clean up when they finish for the day! And at the close of the project, Ammar sent two talented women to clean and polish the house! Ammar, both designer and contractor, came every day to oversee the work and to answer our questionsThe company, the people and the services are incredible, and they are even better than we were told!! We will use KCE in the future without question and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wishes to remodel, whether the project is small or large We cannot say enough about KCE: Ammar, his crews, his office staff, his showroom, the expertise of all concerned, and the courtesies we were shown for ourselves and our home On a scale of to 10, KCE gets a 15! KCE provided an extensive remodel of our master bath and also installed baseboards and painted our master bedroomAmmar was very helpful in determining a revised, better-functioning configuration and in selecting the materials and colors to achieve the look we wanted The construction crew led by *** was very hard-working and overall did a very good job There were a couple of minor glitches (i.e., interface of new tile and existing carpet and noise level of new fans) but these were resolved satisfactorily The crew worked long hours to complete the work on schedule and were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of each work day The work was completed within the agreed contract price with a minor adjustment for additional work requested by us

We had the pleasure of working with *** and Kitchen Cabinets Express They were extremely professional, diligent, and a quality organization from top to bottom *** helped us bring our vision to life, and in a matter of weeks, our dated 1970s kitchen is now modern and stylish and feels like it belongs We were so impressed with this company, we added additional work – upgrading the rest of our downstairs with new flooring, recessed lighting, fresh paint and a refurbished guest bath From start to finish, *** made us feel like we were his number one priority, and his quality project team put in days a week, always on time and very dedicated Kitchen Cabinets Express promised they would not be satisfied until we were happy with the finished product, and they were true to their word We cannot recommend them enough!

Kitchen Cabinets Express did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen in less than four weeks. Ammar personally designed our kitchen to suit our needs, which exceeded our expectations. The quality of workmanship of the cabinets and products used was exceptional. All of the employees of Kitchen Cabinet Express were reliable and professional. 2. In response, the business owner/manager contacted me via telephone and allowed me to listen to the recorded conversation.
3. We agreed on the following.
 
a) that he would email me the location / address of his business so I could come for a visit that same day.
b) I told him I would stop by around 2-3 PM.
c) we repeated this agreement at least twice.
d) The manager stated that at the time I called they simply did not have a "sample" of the advertised cabinets but that it could have been made available within an hour or so.  When one representative is using the sample another cannot, thus the response the original rep gave me.  I responded that this statement made no sense since the rep made absolutely zero reference to the fact he could get the cabinets at all.
e) I told him I would come for a visit and he said he would email me the address.  I gave him my email address and he repeated to me.
f) No email was sent to me.
g) I did not agree to withdrawal my complaint.  I told him plainly and simply that after my visit "IF" it turned out I had been mistaken then at that point I would offer him an apology.
 
It is clear to me and the way this man is dealing with twisting the facts, there is no further reason to trust anything he has to say.

I was referred to Kitchen Cabinets Express by a family friend who is known to be an excessive worrier in addition to being fairly picky and particular and figured if she was happy with her new kitchen it would be worth my time to stop in and see what they had to offer. Needless to say, Ammar and his team exceeded all of my expectations from the design to the timeliness of the project and, of course, the finished product!
I scheduled an appointment for Ammar to see my place in its current state and he quickly noted the lack of counter space as well as the inefficiency of the layout of my kitchen - both of which were a source of frustration for me whenever I attempted to cook. After taking a peek and some quick measurements, Ammar promised he'd have some drawings mocked up for me in a few days and I made an appointment to stop by and see him over the weekend.
I walked into their showroom not knowing exactly what I was looking for - all I knew was that my kitchen and bathrooms were in desperate need of an upgrade as well as a change in layout. In a matter of minutes, Ammar presented me with his recommendation for changing the layout in the kitchen to maximize counter space and storage as well as a recommendation for color schemes for cabinets, flooring, paint and countertops for both the kitchen and bathrooms. His taste in color and style is impeccable and timeless - I went with all of his recommendations without giving it a second thought and was elated when his quote came in well under my budget.
Work started almost immediately and I appreciated that Ammar personally showed up on the first day of demolition and continued to check in at different points of the project. Everyone who set foot in my house was employed solely by Kitchen Cabinets Express as Ammar does not sub-contract out so they showed up on time every single morning as well as cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Maria, who handles all appointments and payments, was a pleasure to work with and constantly kept me in the loop of progress along the way. My kitchen and bathroom transformation was completed in 5 weeks, just shy of the original estimate, and I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the results.

Our company policy is to record all incoming calls for quality control. After reading your letter, I went back and listened to the recorded conversation between our representative and Mr. [redacted] "the complainer." The recorded conversation revealed that what was stated by Mr. [redacted] was not...

accurate. I have personally called Mr. [redacted] and had him listen to his recorded conversation, and in the end, Mr. [redacted] apologized about his misunderstanding and promised to withdraw his complaint and communicate that decision back to you.

Please also note that our address is NOT a secrete and is clearly available on the Revdex.com website where Mr. [redacted] had file his complaint, as well as, any other search engine available out there.

We had our kitchen remodeled in February 2014 by Kitchen Cabinets Express and we are very happy with the results. The owner, Ammar, was amazing to work with and he showed us where we could gain space and better utilize existing space. Ammar worked within our budget and he didn't try to upsell. He made the process as painless as possible. His workers were efficient, on time and they cleaned up the site everyday before leaving. Our beautiful kitchen was finished in 2 1/2 weeks.
