Review: I have purchased a pair of shoes from XxWEBeStuntinxX on your website. I purchased and paid for $330.00 shoes and the only thing I have heard from them is to give them a different form of payment thru. I did not want them to have another one of my credit card since they had already received the $330.00 payment. When I was not interested in giving them another one of my credit cards I never heard a word. I still have no shoes and no money has been refunded. Talking with these people is impossible since they do not give out a phone number. Revdex.com rate if a big fat F on the Revdex.com website which of course I see now.Desired Settlement: stop advertising the same shoe in the same size that you have not sent to my but are still selling for an even higher price. I want my refund and these people to be stopped from taking hundreds of dollars from people and never sending out your merchandise.

Review: I bought on a pair of shoes on the kixify.com website May **, 2015 and it says the page has been disabled? Review: On December **,2014 I ordered a pair of Jordan 6 infrared size 12 shoes from this website, the seller was montbake. The cost was $185.00 plus $10.00 which = $195.00 which cleared my bank on December **,2014. I emailed the seller twice and have received no response back. I contacted my bank today December **,2014 to dispute it. They gave me a case number and said it would take 5-7 business days. I want to inform you that this was false advertising and if I wouldn't have contacted my bank this company would have gott away with my money. I felt it is nessary to contact you so other consumers would not fall victim to this scam.Desired Settlement: Investigate this company, and get my money back

Review: On 12/*/15 I placed an order with Kixify.com. The order number is [redacted]. This site has other individual sellers so I went straight to the seller to request a status update on 12/**/15. I was told I would receive the shoes ($170 shoes mind you) in 3-5 business days. Since then, I have sent the seller emails 4 different times (12/**, 12/**, 12/** and 12/**) with NO Response. On 12/** I also emailed Kixify notifying them of the issue. I haven't received a response. There are no phone numbers for either Kixify.com OR the seller "SonjiaPoshBoutique". I was never provided with a shipping tracking number either. The lack of communication is a poor way to do business. This was my son's number 1 Christmas present. He now no longer believes in Santa.Desired Settlement: The preference is to receive the shoes we ordered and made payment for on 12/*. If we cannot receive the shoes we expect a full refund of the $170 ASAP.

In this case, all you need to do is file a dispute with [redacted] in order to receive a refund. We are Official [redacted] partners and all transactions through our site are covered by [redacted] Buyer and Seller Protection, whether you used a [redacted] account or not. You have 180 days to file a dispute for a refund if anything goes wrong (item not received, item significantly not as described, etc.) so please do so as soon as possible. You can do so by logging into the account you used to pay OR, if you didn't use a [redacted] account to pay, simply contact their customer service and they will assist you in starting the procces. Please understand, also, that this seller is entirely separate from Kixify as a company. We merely provide the marketplace. The buyers and sellers are all screened before joining but that can not always guarantee a perfect transaction every single time. As for our customer service and lack of a response to your request, there may be a technical error. We get to every email we receive within 24 hours, so our responses are generally quick, concise, and helpful. If you can provide us with the email you used to contact us, we can look into the issue and hopefully resolve it so that future users do not experience the same problem. Hope this helps!

Although I appreciate the company's response, I want to also request what action they are taking to ensure the seller doesn't treat other customers like this.  Has that seller provided an explanation to Kixify?  Will they continue to support a marketplace for their products?  I saw 2 other complaints against the same seller on the Kixify site.  I don't think they should be allowed to continue to do business on Kixify.When I log onto the Kixify site I can only see the emails sent to the seller.  I cannot find the email I sent to Kixify.  It used to be there for me to view.  It's good to know they usually respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes for my son on December [redacted] and haven't received them as of today (12/**/15), plus I have not even gotten a tracking number from this company. Either I want my product that I paid, or a total refund and I would also want charges filed against them if this is not resolved.Desired Settlement: I want my product, or a total refund!
