The core charge was refunded to ** *** * *** back in October and he cashed the check on border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-">October 23rd I had tried to contact *** *** multiple times with no responseThe last person I talked to from the *** family was his wife or his sister in law and she stated that he had received the core check and they are very happy with the engine

If the customer wants to fix his engine he has to pull it out and send it overI didn't do the labor on installing his engine

I am rejecting this response because: I want my money back, dont want his engineThis has been going on too long, and tried too many times to deal with these guysI want my $i paid for the junk engine I got from them, and I want $I paid to have engine removed and reinstalled, no more, no lessI have tried to deal with these guys and have gotten nothing but the run around, for more than monthsIf they dont want to refund me, then I will be forced to sue them

I talked to the customer and I told him to either bring his truck to my shop and I will be more then happy to do the repairs or have someone else do the repairs and I will take care of it

I am rejecting this response because:I would like to reopen my complaint against K&k automotive. In the email replies they have sent, they stated they had made many offers to fix, and had been working with my mechanic, all of which are completely untrue. I called them again today to work out the details of how they are going to work with my mechanic, I was told by Noah to pull the engine, and they would supply a new one. When my mechanic called 10 minutes later, it was send the engine down, and we will look at it and decide if its our problem. I am tired of getting the run around and listening to the lies. I want full reimbursement for the bad engine including what it cost to have it installed returned to me. Total cost is $4892.00. I have been going round and round with these people for more than 2 months, and all they do is play games with me.

Yes the correct engine was finally delivered. They are  in the process of installing it.

As stated to the customer that we are not responsible for any belongings that are left in the vehicle. There is a large sign in the office, as well as when they sign the invoice to leave the vehicle it is stated there as well.

The car was repaired as promised to the customers satisfaction. The scratches were repaired. The customer took the vehicle around October 1st and I haven't heard from the couple since.

No one is acting like a child. I paid promptly and it has been a problem since that time. Damaged engine,  late delivery, a engine the was supposed to have been rebuilt but wasn't. Sent the wrong engine,  this has been a nightmare going on for almost one year. Do what's promised the first time and there would have been no problems.
