I am rejecting this response because:? There is nothing to look overI paid for a service 1/years ago and never received what I paid forI am seeking the $from the invoice and $compensation for having to walk around the torn up tile floor for several weeks waiting for this company to finish the job (which they never did) and the trim piece that they never returned or installedWe made several appointment for them to completed the job but they never came backI even took some time off work to accommodate there scheduleI will accept the response once I have $cash in my hand Regards, [redacted]

I looked in our system for the invoice on this job, and can not find anything on it, I will further investigate this matterWe are sorry for any inconvenience, our policy is to not have a dissatisfied customer, we do not use used parts for any of our flooring, if this is so, we will address our employees about this, sorry for any inconvenience

will look into this again with my boss and see if we can get this resolved, this was before my time.? I have addressed this situation a couple of times on here best of my knowledge, I will discuss this with upper management and see what we can do to resolve thisAgain Thank you for your patience

I had carpeting & Lamenate flooring installed in my entire home July 11-They are now going to replace my floor in dining room again This is the 3rd timeMy carpet has a large cut in bedroom where they cut it putting baseboard upMy kitchen & bathroom floor they are planning on injecting more glueI am thoroughly through with this companyPlease note: I was charged for ftof flooring when actually it is sq ft I have documentation & video This has been a nightmare!

I am rejecting this response because: There is no resolutions to fix the complaintThe company only stated that they can not find and invoice for the job to be done and that they would look into itI have attached the invoice # *** dated August from there companyAs you can clearly see that I was charged for for the tile repair and tile reset plus tax, which I never receivedThey also took a trim piece to cut for doorway and never return itThey left the floor torn up and I had to get it repaired by someone elseAll I want now is my money backI no longer want or need there terrible service.

I am certain I have been scammed/taken for my money Upon ordering new carpet for our stairs, Curtis the owner manager, strongly urged us to pay with cash so he could give us a little discount Upon payment we did have to insist on a receipt They Said carpet should be in with in 7-daysSounds reasonable
We are now looking at WEEKS later No carpet and no one will call me back IF I am lucky enough to even be able to leave a message on their Full voicemail We wanted to support local small business here in south ***/ ***- clearly this is NOT a small business anyone should support I have found out that Complaints to the #Revdex.com with no reaolve Hopefully something will help us get our carpet or our money back As this is the next step our attorney suggests we do (file Revdex.com complaint)

I have dealt with Klassic Karpet off and on for many years, I have used their service for different homes They have a wide selection in their warehouse that I was able to select from I paid half the cost of the job and then the remaining half when the job was done for both houses, They were prompt with their delivery and very professional with their installations I was quite shocked by some of the reviews that I have read Should I ever need more carpeting, I would not hesitate to use them againLoyal Orient Customer

We purchased whole house carpeting from Klassic Karpet, High Street, Harrisburg, Ohio in September The installers dripped glue on our living room carpet We allowed Klassic Karpet three times to try to remove the glue Each time the glue did not come out but spread We have contacted Klassic Karpet a minimum of times, both in person and by telephone We eventually were told that they would replace the carpet However, it is now January 24, and they have not responded They will not even respond to our personal visits or telephone calls We have become very upset by their lack of response

This company is terrible, and the owner C*** *** is a scam artist I paid for carpet and flooring from them back in April In June they showed up with some carpet I did not order I ordered *** Carpet As of 06/12/18, work not complete No phone calls, no invoice, no nothing!!! Buyer beware!!! Stole jewelry from home

I purchase new carpet replacement for our living room, had floor tile replaced/repair in kitchen and new transits to be installed between doorways, The company came out with the carpet and installed it They removed the broken tile in the kitchen but never finish the jobThey also did not installed the transit in the door way between the kitchen and dinning area and they used the old transit between the living room and the hallwayWe paid to have new transit installed
My wife and I have called the company several times to schedule for the completion of the job we already paid forThey would make an appointment with us and when the day comes they would never show up or even call usWe would have to called them again and we would get some excuse why they never show up then set up another appointment which they never show up for This process went on for several missed appointment
We are first time buyer from this company and will not buy from againVery poor customer servi

Sorry for the inconvenience we have been on hold with our distributors due to the holidays and weather and have not been able to replace carpet, however I got confirmation today that it is in and we will take care of it next week, January
