I am rejecting this response because: There is no resolutions to fix the complaint. The company only stated that they can not find and invoice for the job to be done and that they would look into it. I have attached the invoice # 2099 dated August 04 2016 from there company. As you can clearly see that I was charged for for the tile repair and tile reset plus tax, which I never received. They also took a trim piece to cut for doorway and never return it. They left the floor torn up and I had to get it repaired by someone else. All I want now is my money back. I no longer want or need there terrible service.

I am rejecting this response because: There is nothing to look over. I paid for a service 1 1/2 years ago and never received what I paid for. I am seeking the $274.13 from the invoice and $100.00 compensation for having to walk around the torn up tile floor for several weeks waiting for this company to finish the job (which they never did) and the trim piece that they never returned or installed. We made several appointment for them to completed the job but they never came back. I even took some time off work to accommodate there schedule. I will accept the response once I have $374.13 cash in my hand.
