office. I made an attempt to contact the customer on Friday the 10th to let them know I could perform the service either that day or the next. We left a message but had no return call about it. We are very sorry for the issue and would gladly perform the service at no charge for the inconvenience.

is telling me being this is a technician who has been with us for over 5 years and never had any issues whatsoever. But, I am also not trying to discredit what the customer is saying in any way. I am trying to work with the customer to get all of the details that we need to come up with the best resolution to the complaint. run any of our afternoon appointments or contact them. This has been something that has only happened since we have made a change in our service providers and we are now seeking a more reliable provider. We are also putting systems in place to have a solid backup so we are prepared should another system issue ever arise. We are greatly sorry for this inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Kleenrite has not addressed or corrected the dispute.  First, Kleenrite  shouldn't state there is a mystery of what happened to the furnace, when [redacted] states that Kleenrite shorted the parts in the furnace, and wired the furnace incorrectly.  The furnace was working properly before Kleenrite cleaned the vents.  Kleenrite did offer the heaters, but I already had heaters that I could not run at the same time due to flipping the circuit breaker.  Kleenrite did offer to put me up in a hotel until I informed them I had 4 people living here. I never received any written documentation from Kleenrite on the type of furnace, warranty, etc.  I have only asked Kleenrite to pay for half of the cost for the HVAC system, not the full amount.  Also, I had 4 HVAC companies come out for estimates, and I chose the best HVAC company, product, and financing agreeement that I could find in the Dayton area.  I was without heat for 35 days, and Kleenrite was at my house 6-7 times to try to fix the furnace.  Some of the rooms in my house at times were 55 degrees.To correct the dispute, Kleenrite should have to pay at least 1/2 of the cost of the HVAC system, and fix the wood in the basement that was damaged.
