I am rejecting this response because: The issue with my floor was directly due to the repairs they performed There was nothing on the garage floor prior to the repairsThey misdiagnosed the heating issue I will accept all of the repair costs except the heater core As far as their reaction to me, this all started when their technician called me a liar in front of my daughter for something that was clearly an error on their part The customer service manager was very apologetic the next day and wanted to make amends Not the most professional dealership I've ever encountered, but I think how this issue was handled says a lot about the people that work at Kline Nissan Appears to be systemic The general manager's solution was to buy another car from them after the mess they created, which is obviously not a path I intend to go down

Mr [redacted] owns a Nissan Altima that at last visit had 226,miles On January 24th, the vehicle was here for the 6th time in the life of the vehicleIn December of the vehicle was towed in because the vehicle would not stay running and also there was a lack of heat concern Following the Nissan electronic troubleshooting guidelines there were miss-fire codes along with cam position codes These took care of the stalling concern It was also found that the heater core was pluggedWhen he was contacted by his advisor with the diagnosis and estimate for the repair, he agreed to have the vehicle repaired stating “It’s my daughter’s car, it needs to be done” When he came to pick up the vehicle, he became rude and belligerent; calling his advisor a liar He became impossible to communicate with He made it very clear during that time, we were to do exactly what he was telling us to do and nothing else Although he had agreed to our Nissan labor and parts pricing, he says he was quoted another price at another facility I agreed to match the price in an effort to calm him down and get him on his way, reducing the repair bill $ The vehicle was returned to us weeks later stating there was a lack of heat again and at this time we bled air from the cooling system at no cost to Mr [redacted] .The next day Mr [redacted] called stating that his heat would again start blowing cold after idling and I agreed to have his car picked up at his house and looked at free of charge.During the diagnostics, it was found that the thermostat was failing so that along with the water valve were replaced, again at no charge to Mr [redacted] We then began driving the vehicle to see if there were any other heat related concerns It was found that after long periods of letting the car idle the heat would still begin to blow cold air Further diagnosis was performed and what was found was cause of the thermostat failure and the plugging of the heater core The cylinder head gasket was failing and this was allowing combustion gasses and gasket material to enter the cooling system This in turn caused blockages and failure of the above components A failing head gasket cannot be seen and following proper diagnosis does not immediately point to a failure It is only after eliminating other findings that the failure will present itself When the findings were presented to Mr [redacted] he wanted an old part installed that had been disposed of over weeks prior. Our General Manager, Pam [redacted] , talked with Mr [redacted] on the phone and he refused to meet with her making demands that included cleaning his garage floor, even though a leaking heater core would only drip on the passenger compartment floor, not under the vehicle This more than likely is from the progressively getting worse leak from the head gaskets. In closing, this was my first interaction with Mr [redacted] After this situation, I reviewed his file and found the previous manager had similar issues with Mr [redacted] and the customer was told he was no longer welcome at Kline NissanI would agree at this time that Mr [redacted] is no longer welcome here, as does our General Manager

I have looked in to this vehicles history and also contacted Nissan for assistance. When the Pathfinder was here in June, the torque converter was locked up as stated on the previous repair order. At that time there were no signs of cross contamination of fluid as was found this visit.... I also looked and found that this customer has been a good service customer which is why I contacted Nissan North America. This veh had an extended plan that would have covered the transmission and radiator replacement with a $3,000 deductible, however that plan expired over 30,000 miles ago. This is another reason that I contacted Nissan on the customer's behalf. At this time I am waiting to hear back from Nissan however it may be in the customer's best interest to contact them as well. 1-800-NISSAN-1 Thank you Brian [redacted] Service Manager

Left voicemail for Ms ***, advising that Revdex.com will be closing complaint 'Resolved' at this time.Ms [redacted] is welcome to contact Revdex.com to have case re-opened if issues remain unresolved

No, I do not accept this response because I had negotiated for a higher traallowance of $rather than $500, which was then absorbed into the final price rather than having the price reduced by additional an $to come to $20,rather than $20,Than you

I have attached a copy of our Kline Nissan flyer as well as the Nissan Lease Payment Waiver ProgramTrading early out of a lease is very similar to trading out of a purchased vehicle The owner is always responsible for the remaining paymentsWhich can be paid up front or added to the new
loan providing the lienholder approves.Currently Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation if promoting the following program to current lease customer that will expire in between 02/1/and 03/31/(see #on page 1).Kline Nissan added the option of either including Kline Premium Advantage or making their first paymentWe still stand by that offer and would do soThe flyer sites various reasons a lease customer may be considering looking at getting out of their lease early, there are no promises or quotes made If I can be of any other assistance, please contact me.Pam *** General Manager

Kline Nissan Marketing Department mailed me an advertisement that says "Lease Pull Ahead Program EXTENDED Up To Months" There is no small print stating any exceptions whatsoever They even promise to make the 1st paymentWhen we contacted Kline Nissan they said that we would have to pay $2,in order to use the month Pull Ahead ProgramThis is Advertising & MisleadingWe called another dealer and they said that Kline Nissan will most likely only cover or months of the payment & will not do the monthsThe ad also offers to pay for the 1st month payment on top of the month program as well as forgive "Over On Miles?" & "Lower Payment." Here is a link covering what a Pull Ahead Program is like as an example: http://familydealblog.com/we-answer-your-questions-about-lease-pull-ahead-progra...

I had agreed to pay for a new heater core which the dealer told me would resolve the vehicle's heat issue After day, I had no heat at all The dealer said they would address They cleared air from the system and returned the vehicle to me Again no heat They installed a new thermostat and told me that would resolve the issue I finally got hold of them on Friday and they told me that the issues is actually related to the cylinder head Back in December we had a conversation about the value of the car and the maximum I would be willing to cover for repairs I have already spent the entire value of the car on repairs and have a non-functioning car Dealer diagnostic would incomplete and inaccurate and I was misled multiple times in the process In addition due to the repairs delivered, I now have antifreeze stains on my driveway and garage floor which they refuse to cover

Six months ago my Nissan Pathfinder started to shake/shudder when trying to shift and Kline Nissan stated it may have been the radiator fluid mixing with the transmission fluid and needed to be checked immediately in-which I dropped off my truck same dayTwo to three days later I received the call that the transmission needed to be replaced and for no other reasons than the transmission failedFast forward to the present(Dec2016), my pathfinder started to shake/shudder when shifting the exact same way it did when I needed a new transmission again and now Kline Nissan is stating that it was a failed radiator that pumped radiator fluid into the transmission fluid and that's the cause however since the exact same thing is happening as last time I believe the radiator was the culprit in the first place which Kline is declining and asking that I pay for a radiator and another transmission

I am rejecting this response because: Nissan is the "expert"When I declined the part they did not explain that without the part from Nissan the stalling would not be fixed and the car would not be reprogrammedIvan accused us of scamming Nissan and lied that they had phone recordingsNo where in between the text was there a explanation that the stalling wouldn't be fixed without the part from NissanHad I known the stalling would not be fixed without the sensor we would have ok to buying the part as that is the sole reason why we brought the car straight to Nissan, to fix the stalling

I leased a new Nissan Altima while I was living in Arizona It was all stock with no aftermarket things I moved back to Minnesota a few years ago I went to Kline Nissan as my lease was ending soon The salesman, Chris ***, told me now was the time to buy with all the incentives..etc I told him I was over on miles and had a crack in the plastic bumper He said he could take care of all that and wrap everything into a new lease Chris wrote up the deal, had it approved by his manager Pete Thom, and approved by the finance manager John Kop It sounded great so I had my parents come over to check it out The of us met with John *** and he said just put $down and the deal was done We put down the $and signed the deal and left Forward ahead months and I got a letter from a collection agency stating I owed $from the old lease which Kline had never ended I called Nissan Motor Acceptance Corpand they told me it was all Kline Nissan's fault and to see

I am rejecting this response because: At the time we turned in the old Nissan for the new Nissan the salesman and the management said the deal was done and we were finished with the old lease. NEVER did they say the old lease needed another inspection and we might occur more fees. I talked with Nissan Acceptance Corporation and they were sympathetic with me and said it was a Kline problem however and we had to deal with them. Unfortunately we had to deal with Pam who refuses to accept Kline's responsibility. They in plain English, lied and continue to lie. It's really sad

In Mid-December, I went to Kline Nissan to get my Oil Change, which I do every milesI chose to get my wiper blades replaced while I was there, I paid the cost to have them installed by a technicianThis is the first time I have ever had my wiper blades changed by Kline NissanLast week, I was driving home from work during a rain-stormI have only had to use the wiper blades a select number of times due to the weather being mild the past few monthsI was driving home on the highway, and the entire drivers side wiper blade assembly detaches and flies off the vehicle behind meBecause this is the drivers side windshield wiper, it is very dangerous because I cannot see out that side of my windshieldI pull off to the side of the road and call Kline NissanI spoke to Ryan *** (Service Advisor) who agrees to replace the wiper blade free of chargeI drive to Kline, and because the metal hook of the wiper motor arm is exposed, it made a MASSIVE gouge in my windshield directly

Upon receiving the complaint we spoke with Ms *** and will have the area of concern repainted at no charge to her. At this time Ms*** seems satisfied with the resolution

Hi ***, I have attached documentation showing the text conversation with ***, I highlighted where he declined replacing the sensor. He replaced the sensorwith an aftermarket and it was not re-programmed to the vehicleIt was explained to him that we cannot reflash an aftermarket
part that was not installed by us. He negotiated the price and had all the other work completed. I have also attached our response to his google review. As per my response, we did offer a complimentary disgnosis with a complimentary rental. If you need any additional information or have questions, please feel free to call me. Thanks, Pam ***, GM###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:
The business warrantied out the wiper blade, which means there is a warranty associated with the productIf there was not, Kline would not have warrantied out the wiper bladeIf there is a warranty associated with the product, there should be a warranty associated with the damages that the product caused my vehicle This Winter has been very mild, and I have only had to use my wiper blades a few times, the miles put on the vehicle do no correlate with the amount of times the blades were used during that period of timeI refuse to accept their response as recourse for the damage that their faulty product/Installation caused

I purchased a car from them in august we asked the sales person if the windows were legally tinted and he said yes we just got pulled over on may 11th due to the windows being illegaly tinted per state of minnesota trooper they need to be 50% and the back windows are 5% and front are 35% I want them to replace the window tint to make them legal at 50perc otherwise I would have never bought this car the statue number is ***

The traallowance for the vehicle that I purchased recently was absorbed into the negotiated price for some reason This is abnormal
A vehicle known as a Nissan Altima (VIN: ***) was purchased from Kline Nissan on January 30, The negotiated price was $20,and the traallowance was $but the traallowance did not reduce the negotiated price Instead, the traallowance was absorbed into the negotiated price, making the price remain at $20,when one includes the cash price of the vehicle of $22,minus the rebate of $1,and minus the traallowance of $ The dealership claims that it was completely honest in its dealings with the customer but the customer disagrees The sales consultant for this automobile transaction was Emmanuel *** *** The sales manager for this transaction was Bryce *** *** Thank you

I purchased a Nissan Rogue from Kline Nissan on October 27, 2011, at that time I included a 3M Paint Protection policy that was sold to me by Kline NissanIn August 2015, I discovered a rust spot on the rear tailgate of the vehicle and contact KlineThey made it difficult to submit the claim, however it was finally repainted in November Approximately weeks ago I discovered a new rust spot on the rear tail gate, this was brought to Kline's attentionThey have refused to assist me in any way and have made it clear that this is an issue between 3M, Abra and myselfHowever, they sold me the original policy and when I contacted 3M I was told that I had to go through Kline to submit a new claimKline is refusing to be of assistance in submitting a new claim to 3MThe paint protection policy expires on October 27, 2016, and per the language in the policy that 3M will work to resolve any issuesThis seems to me to be a breach of contract by Kline, they sold me a policy that
