Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:as I have stated numerous times, I do not know how the dresses arrived with feces and litter nor do I believe that they didI packaged them myself I am a grown women and mother of three, and a CPA with high morals and integrityThis company is clearly managed by immature millennialsI do not understand why they choose to continue these ridiculous allegations over the few dollars that these dresses are worthRegardless of what they allege, the dresses are IN PERFECT CONDITION and are not stained nor do they smellWe verified this and took pictures which we previously submittedWe did not wash the dresses...we inspected them and took pictures before returning themThey are absolutely fine and re-sale able You have your merchandise and we want our money End of story We will continue to tell others how awful Tobi has acted and treated us and will continue to rally against Tobi in any way possible, and whenever possible, until our refund is received Finally, I still have not received a call from anyone at Tobi although I have requested it several timesIf they tell you they have called, they are lyingAs we know, cell phones log all calls Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer has since figured out her account information and was able to print a return label

As long as the return was placed in the mail and scanned by ***, within days of the date of purchase, all eligible returns will be honored regardless of the reason for the delay of the return

The customer has been advised several time that the products are NOT eligible for a refundAgain, the three items were sent to Tobi in a plastic bag with cat litter and feces, PICTURES are provided as PROOF of what we exactly receivedThe items were sent back to the customer WITHOUT the litter or feces as a courtesy, so it would make sense that the items would not smell anymore and stains could be removedHowever, it still does not change the fact that they were still initiall sent to us in the same bag as cat litter and fecesWe will not accept them back because we would not resell these items to a customer as it would cause sanitary and health concerns since the products cannot be washedAGAIN, the items were sent to our company in a plastic bag with cat litter and fecesAs policy we ask to "return the items in original condition" and these products were not sent to the customer with cat litter and feces, so we ask they are not sent back to us in that conditionWe're not sure why the products were sent back to us as we told the customer several times that they would not receive a refundSince this is our final conclusion there is no further discussion needed on our endThe customer has been advised to write and send a complaint letter to the address provided via [redacted] In addition, the 'Scam' report article the customer is referring to is an article from in which our VP had actually reached out to the report earlier this year for accusations

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from Tobi.com is a fallacy I have not yet received my order from Tobi.com as of 4/12/The order was originally placed in November as stated in my initial complaintAfter contacting them several times, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com which then received a response months later which is clearly representative of their business and lack of customer care As of 4/12/18, my payment was returnedThis was not a gesture of good business practice as they are trying to pretendIt was returned because they did not actually provide any goods and held on to my money for almost months I appreciate the Revdex.com for getting my money refunded and for making other consumers aware of this situation Sincerely, [redacted]

The customers order was delayed due the back of Black Friday sales and increase in order volume due to the holiday, because of the error we manually shipped the customer parcel *** Express at no additional cost, and waived the entire cost of the order. The customer was never charged for this
order and it was delivered well before the Xmas Holiday

A rerfund was issued on 2/21/at 11:am PST totalling $under transaction ID # ***

The parcel was delayed by the shipping service due to the holiday season, but was delivered

We were able to locate the transactionHowever, even as mentioned in this complaint, "Your recent purchase was declined because you didn’t have enough available credit." The transaction was never actually processed due to several reasons, one might fundsAnd since the order never went through, we
do not have an actual order number
Also, the CVV and the billing information did not matchWith that being said, this order never went through and since we only fully charge and capture the funds if the order is shipped, you were never charged any amount.
