The returning package for Order #*** was inspected upon delivery and return process on 10/Our Returns Department immediately contacted our Care Team/Order Support as the package was opened because 'we received entire order with kitty litter, feces, and urine"The customer was contacted via

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The dresses are in absolute perfect and sale-able condition. See the pictures we took ourselves on November 5, 2016. Dress is wrinkled, but otherwise is absolutely in perfect condition. We (my husband, myself, and several others) inspected them thoroughly when Tobi returned them to us. There are no spots, no urine stains or smell, no kitty litter, etc. They are absolutely in the same condition as when we first received them from Tobi. I don't know what they think they saw in the package when we originally returned the dresses, but no damage was done to any of the dresses. They have their merchandise back and we want our money backEnd of story. This is so INSANE that they keep making these ridiculous allegations
I received NO PHONE CALL from Tobi. I am still waiting for one, and would like to speak to the President of the company. I assume that he/she is too embarrassed by this nonsense to speak to me.
In the meantime, we have researched the company online and have found several reports of the SCAM that they operate. Apparently there are many customers who are unable to return items.Sincerely,*** ***

The response from Tobi.com is a fallacy.
I have not yet received my order from Tobi.com as of 4/12/18. The order was originally placed in November 2017 as stated in my initial complaint. After contacting them several times, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com which then received a response 3 months later which is clearly representative of their business and lack of customer care.
As of 4/12/18, my payment was returned. This was not a gesture of good business practice as they are trying to pretend. It was returned because they did not actually provide any goods and held on to my money for almost 6 months.
I appreciate the Revdex.com for getting my money refunded and for making other consumers aware of this situation.

The customer has been advised several time that the products are NOT eligible for a refund. Again, the three items were sent to Tobi in a plastic bag with cat litter and feces, PICTURES are provided as PROOF of what we exactly received. The items were sent back to the customer WITHOUT the litter or feces as a courtesy, so it would make sense that the items would not smell anymore and stains could be removed. However, it still does not change the fact that they were still initiall sent to us in the same bag as cat litter and feces. We will not accept them back because we would not resell these items to a customer as it would cause sanitary and health concerns since the products cannot be washed. AGAIN, the items were sent to our company in a plastic bag with cat litter and feces. As policy we ask to "return the items in original condition" and these products were not sent to the customer with cat litter and feces, so we ask they are not sent back to us in that condition. We're not sure why the products were sent back to us as we told the customer several times that they would not receive a refund. Since this is our final conclusion there is no further discussion needed on our end. The customer has been advised to write and send a complaint letter to the address provided via [redacted]. In addition, the 'Scam' report article the customer is referring to is an article from 2015 in which our VP had actually reached out to the report earlier this year for false accusations.

The customer has since figured out her account information and was able to print a return label.

The parcel was delivered the day of the complaint, and have heard nothing else from the customer.  The parcel was delayed by the shipping service due to the holiday influx of parcels.

A refund was issued on on 4/13/18 at 9:40 am PST totalling $212.27

As long as the return was placed in the mail and scanned by [redacted], within 30 days of the date of purchase, all eligible returns will be honored regardless of the reason for the delay of the return.
