I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir or Ma'am,I have received notification the payoff was sent to my bank and the payoff has been posted to my account. However, as of July 8, 2016, I have yet to receive the payment check for the balance for the vehicle.While I agree the dealership has thanked me for my patience and informed me that "a check will be coming", I have yet to receive said payment. Keep in mind, the vehicle was sold to the dealership on June 1, 2016 and it is July 8, 2016 as of this writing.  I had no choice but to make a payment on the vehicle on June 26th, 2016 that I sold to dealership on June 1, 2016; a vehicle I am not in my possession! I am patiently waiting for a check from Kona Auto Sales but am told they must wait for the title before issuing my balance check. This doesn't make sense as my bank can provide information on the title and Kona Auto Sales can issue me a check immediately.  However, they are "waiting for the title".

I am rejecting this response because:  The Dealership Representative did not answer our Complaint.  The [redacted] Motor people has sent us two letters stating that they do not know who we are.  Our cr was included in our Dallas Revdex.com Complaint.  We do not trust them.  Again, the Kona [redacted] Dealer representative did not answer our Complaint.  They have not changed our payment document with the [redacted] Motor Company.  They have not stated in writing how they are going to give us the amount paid for the refund of the Maintenance agreement back.  We also do not trust them.  The vehicle we bought because it does not have rear side or back windows, is not safe.  We had to go to four Insurance Companies to get insurance.  Because the vehicle we bought is at a higher risk to it we are paying a higher insurance cost as a result.  When driving by the Dealership we witnessed a green vehicle like ours except that it had rear side  and back windows.   We want that type of vehicle and to continue to pay $621 until it is paid off.  Rather than meeting with people that we don't trust we want what they are proposing or doing in writing.

**Problem: This is a follow-up on a previous Revdex.com complaint #[redacted] After filing the original complaint, I received a telephone call from the dealership general manager, Mr. Jorge M[redacted]. I was informed the dealership should not have purchased the vehicle from me but that was not my fault. I was...

assured the vehicle would be paid off as soon as possible and a check would be forwarded to me for the balance by overnight express. It is June 28th, 2016 and as of this writing, the vehicle has NOT been paid off and I have yet to receive a check for the pay off balance. I have called the dealership and the general manager and the sales manager are "unavailable". Should it be necessary for me to contact an attorney on this matter, the dealership will likely be ordered by the Court to pay attorney expenses I incurred in resolving this matter. [redacted]
