[redacted] [redacted] Aloha again ***,I think it is unfair, at this point, to leave the complaint as "customer still dissatisfied" We have done everything possible to correct this situation We did even cover the late fees, though we should in no way have been responsible for them The owner told us if we took care of the fees he would pay us what we are owed As of today, he is no longer returning our telephone calls or our emails Hoping to recoup from the tenant rent, the owner went around us directly to the tenant and told her to send her rent some place else These funds are coming out of my personal pocket A difficult situation in these times Having the negative just adds insult to injury We were more than fair and more than reasonable in trying to resolve this issue It seems apparent now that Mr [redacted] was never sincere.Mahalo,Leigh Ann C***Leigh Ann C***, CEO

Aloha,It's time to put this to bed Mr [redacted] will never take any responsibility for the situation I checked with our processing company, Yapstone, they have no record of him attempting to make a payment We did receive almost a dozen payments from guests and tenant in the time period Mr [redacted] mentions In addition, if he called our office he never left a message on our voice mail and he used someone else's phone Our system has caller ID and a memory that allows us to view missed calls going back for several days.Mr [redacted] felt no responsibility for his own account and no respect for our business He has gone to another management company now In violation of his contract which states he must give us days written notice That would have allowed us to collect our money from his account At this point I will not be responding to any more of Mr [redacted] 's replies I think the situation is obviousI genuinely wish Mr [redacted] all the best and hope he has learned a valuable lesson in all this We certainly have As of now, we will no longer offer this service to ANY of our owners.Mahalo,Leigh Ann

I am rejecting this response because:I do not get a monthly statement sent to me by West HawaiiProperty Services. There is and was no reason for late payments to my mortgage bank .I now have a late fee balance of $with my bank.Either West Hawaii prop services pays the late fees and lll pay the $and change .It shouldn't have come to me finding out from my mortgage bank that these late payments had occurred . I agree I had past balances with them but I contacted them to make arrangements as I could afford to pay my balances .They have attemped to affect my credit score negatively by making these late payments .There is no excuse for consecutive late payments from April thru Sept And recently May & July 2015!!I will pay them the $and change if they pay the late fees that they have caused me with*** *** of $311.92.

Mr*** is correct that we have managed his condo as a long term rental for quite some time He is also correct that we do pay his mortgage with *** *** bank He is INCORRECT in stating the late payments are a result of our lack of management or fiscal responsibility Mr
*** has been consistently in arrears with West Hawaii Property Services, Inc.Mr***'s rental income just covers the GET (which we also pay on his behalf) and his mortgage payment Therefore if he has any maintenance issues there is no money available unless the owner pays it We have brought this issue to Mr***'s attention on several occasions On April, he visited our office and Cindy ***, our office manager, went over his account with him In May, he made a payment to us in the amount of $ Unfortunately he owed us over $ Since that payment his account has had small maintenance issues (all of which we have paid) and we have continued to pay his mortgage and GETAs of today, I have paid the July mortgage This leaves Mr*** owing West Hawaii Property Services, Inc$440.29.Obviously this owner is quite difficult and very demanding of other people's money As I said, I have paid the July, mortgage I am, again, putting Mr*** on notice should I not receive the amount due West Hawaii Property Services, Incby close of business July 31, I will be unable to pay his August mortgage payment and will forward any funds left in his account to him expeditiously. In addition, Mr*** receives his statements via email monthly and has online access to his account with us 24/ On multiple occasions we have also sent them to him to further document the amounts he owes West Hawaii Property Services, Inc.Should you require additional documentation we will be happy to provide emails sent to Mr*** during the last number of years reiterating the issues with his account Though I am reluctant to release his financial information without his consentMahalo,Leigh Ann C***

I am rejecting this response because I tried on Friday July 31st tomake a payment on West Hawaii Prop Mgmt web site as was sent to meby a representative of the Co.The site kicked my card out saying " improper card # " I tried several times!I tied calling this morning , Aug 3 to make a payment no answer .She can say all she wants at this point but I hope whoever reads this sees itfrom the my prospective , the property owner , who has left this property mgmt co.because if this attitude in getting from them , because they paid my mortgage late 6 consecutive months in 2014 and now twice in 2015 !I will now call Aug 4 to , actually a 3rd attempt to make a payment !

April 2014 the owner beginning balance (before paying mortgage) ($1319.53)May 2014 " " " " " " ($1338.36)June 2014 " " " " " " ($1262.26)July 2014 ($1186.16)August 2014 ($646.46) - after we received $500.00 from the ownerSept 2014 ($195.28)As you can see when the owner had a low negative balance we paid his mortgage, in good faith, on time.May 2015 ($888.99)June 2015 ($338.54) Because we received a payment of $1100.00 from the owner we took that as good with and paid June on time.July 2015 ($475.87) We never heard from the owner again re paying down his balance due us.Again, we have done this for several years with this owner and have always acted in good faith and professionally.  And as you can see when his negative balance was relatively low we paid the mortgage timely.  I had options.  We could have chosen to pay his taxes late.  Not paying for maintenance with a long term tenant ws not an option.Re statements, this is the FIRST time we are hearing that he was not receiving statements or was not accessing his account online.  He has NEVER brought this to our attention.Mahalo
