I reject what they say.I was there at 730 am and my car was first in the bay. So busy or not my car was first in. It is not like I had 5 people ahead of me. So busy doesnt fly here. Also even if they quoted me 15 inch tires they just put on the 16 with out telling me new price. How can You assume I will pay 139 instead of 105. Maybe I will go somewhere else. Also the guy who took cigarette breaks every 5 minutes took 2 hours and 30 minute sto change 4 tires and do oil change. I dont even know how to change 4 tires but doesnt take that long. I have asked other kost places and thought what happened is ridiculous. I dont expect anything I just wonder how they stay in business. While I was there 5 people just left couldnt wait anymore. If you are happy doing 5 cars in 5 hours well good for you. Again every bay was used so not sure about a man out.Of course they have their story to protect themselves but everything I said is the exact truthRegards,[redacted]

Refund was sent to the customer by check on 1/8/2015 for the amount of $48.71 Check #[redacted].

Our response to complaint ID [redacted] is as follows.
On July 31, 2012  [redacted] brought her 2001 [redacted] into our Kost Tire and Auto Service Milford location
because it had been overheating.  We performed repairs, as shown on...

invoice [redacted] dated July 31, 2012.   These
repairs were completed that day, and were paid for via a CFNA credit card.  Two days later the vehicle was brought back to us
to have the brakes repaired.   When we completed the brake repair, the car was test driven and found to be in good running
condition.
In about 7 to 10 days the car was brought back to us with a knocking sound in the engine.    We diagnosed the problem to be in the
internal area of the engine.   This damaged was most likely caused by running the engine on pure water, and the addition
of a "stop leak"type of additive that was put in the engine to stop the leaking antifreeze prior to our repair.
We, our store managers and technicians, sought out a used engine for her, purchased that engine, installed that engine,
replaced any necessary parts to the engine for her at NO CHARGE....!!!    We did this out of the goodness of our hearts...
We were very understanding to the fact the money was tight, and they needed some help....
The charges in question had been approved, and are in no way related to the engine replacement the we performed.
We have not seen this vehicle since August of 2012....
Thank you for your time in this matter, and should you have any further comments or questions, please feel free to contact me
at my office in Clarks Summit at ###-###-####.

Review: RE: Issue with [redacted], PA Kost located at [redacted], [redacted], PA [redacted] ###-###-####

Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing this letter in regards to an incident that happened in your [redacted], PA location on 4/4/14 and 4/7/14. I will start at the beginning. On 11/20/2013, I went to your [redacted], PA location to order new snow tires for my 2012 [redacted] Legacy. The invoice # is 26-14342. I ended up ordering new snow tires, new [redacted] wheels, and new TPMS sensors just for these snow tires. I wanted to have the snow tires, wheels, and sensors separate and ready to go for a quick change out each season. The total cost of the sale was $1,419.95. I had a great experience until I went to have these tires taken off on 4/4/2014. I dropped my car off and spoke to Kost about removing my snow tires, leaving them on the [redacted] wheels, and putting new all season tires on my original [redacted] wheels. This sale totaled $677.86. I picked up my car after work on 4/4/14 and halfway home (10 miles from Kost), my low tire pressure light came on and my brake pads started squealing. After pulling over and stepping firmly on the brakes a few times, the issue with the brake pads stopped, however my low tire pressure light was still on. On 4/7/2014, I brought my car back to Kost and let them know that my tire pressure light was on. After a 30 minute wait, I was told by salesman [redacted] that the sensors in my new tires were not able to be matched to my car because they do not have the machine to do this. He told me that guy that had the machine has since left the company and a new machine cost $5,000 that they couldn’t afford. I asked why they let me leave with my car on 4/4/14 without telling me that the sensors didn’t work and they didn’t have a way to match them. I did not receive a response beyond again being told they didn’t have the machine to do this. He told me to either go to a [redacted] dealer who would have the machine or if I wanted to bring my snow tires back they could switch out the sensors that were matched to my car from my snow tires. He said hopefully they would have the $5,000 machine by fall when it was time to put my snow tires back on. At no time was I told that there was an issue with the sensors.

On 4/8/2014, I took my car to my local [redacted] dealer, [redacted] in [redacted], Pa as recommended by [redacted] to get the original [redacted] sensors matched back to my car. I received a phone call from [redacted] stating the sensors that were on my new all season tires were not the [redacted] sensors that came with my car. The sensors on my tires, which were purchased on 11/20/2013, were outdated and can’t be matched with my car. My first question was why these sensors were even on my new tires when they were specifically purchased to stay on my snow tires. My second question was if these tire sensors are outdated and can’t be matched with a computer to my car, were they ever even on my car? Since the [redacted] sensors that came with my car were given back to my on my snow tires, it is leading me to believe that the sensors I purchased on 11/20/2013 were never put on my tires. Why else would my working [redacted] tire sensors be on my snow tires and I did not have a problem before this? So now I have 4 outdated tire sensors which cost a total of $220 which were never on my car, were put on my new all season tires without permission, and are outdated and non-functional even though they were purchased on 11/20/2013.

I am upset that Kost was not honest with me about my vehicle. They sold me an outdated product that I asked to put on my snow tires which were not. They sent me on my way on 4/4/2014 without telling me that they were not able to match my sensors to my tires. They then told me they don’t even have a machine to do this which was the most disturbing. They must have known on 4/4/14 they were not able to provide this service and said nothing to me about it. I now have to assume that anyone that shops at this location is not able to have their sensors checked and matched appropriately. I had what I thought was a great experience in November 2013 and now I just feeling taken advantage of. How can a tire dealer tell me I have to go somewhere else to get my sensors checked and sell me a tire sensor that is outdated and is not able to be matched to my tires/car?

I am a hiring manager at a big box retail store so I am aware of the service levels companies should be providing and when they are not taking care of the customer. I would like a refund of $220 for the “Nonstock TPMS Sensors,” part # [redacted], that were sold to me on 11/20/2013. I am not asking for any additional compensation; however I would like a refund for this outdated product which I am not able to use and am confident was never put on my tires.

Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at ###-###-#### or [redacted].

I have also enclosed photos of both sets of wheels, tires, and sensors which are not on the correct tire.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

[redacted], PA [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the defective product purchased on 11/20/2014. Four "Non-Stock TPMS Sensors" @ $55 each. Total cost - $220.00.

Good Morning,

Review: Kost tire in [redacted] PA

Long Story short I paid for an oil change that was never done and did not find out until I drove the vehicle on vacation and the engine sounded funny.

The Story:

I have been going to Kost since February , I have had to have my front end redone 2 times covered under warranty. So since February the work I had purchase had to be redone. Each time I was given a line that it was parts or something else.

I suspected that they we no honest but not being a car professional I could not verify. However this past Tuesday was the icing on the cake, I went in to have my egr sensor replaced and my oil changed. I had credit on file due to a tow they had to cover because of my warranty. When I went in expecting to pay more because the work exceeded my credit to my surprise the manager said no worrys. I said to him but I need to pay for the oil change. I was told it was on the house

I drove to [redacted] this weekend over 3 hrs and on the way home found out that they never changed my oil. I had suspected it when the sticker was not changed and when I checked my engine was below min. I called Kost and was told by the technician that the oil change was never on the work order. I had to add 3 quarts and it sounds ok now.

Worst experience since February , I would suggest not ever doing business with them ever as they lied and said they did work they never did.

I was 100% clear when I asked for the oil to be changed with full synthetic and 100% clear when I picked it up that the work was done and I was told it was doneDesired Settlement: I just want the Revdex.com to know that I paid for work that was never completed. I won't do business with this company again so I am not sure what they can do.

Consumer

Response:

I want others to know that they promise work, charge for it and then don't do it. Running out of oil is serious, it will ruin the engine.

Review: I went to kost tire & auto service to have two tires mounted and balanced on my car. I arrived at 11:00a.m. And was told it would take a little until they could get to it. As I am sitting there I heard them tell customers on the phone they take orders first come first serve. Two more people arrived 30-45mins after I did. They both left before my car was done. The mechanic finally went and got my car at 12:50. He proceeded to drive my car like a race car from parking spot into the garage bay. I had the two tires to be put on in my trunk. He proceeded to open my trunk pull them out then slam my trunk lid. He started with pulling my driver side tire off and throwing it over to the side. Then start to pull it apart and all of a sudden the tpms was broken. The car only has 31,000 miles on it and the sensor was fine before tire for pulled. They told me it needs to get replaced and quoted me $84 for the part. I declined the part and told them to put regular valve stem on. They then replaced the tires and pulled my car out for me. The car got done at 1:20p.m. 2hrs 20mins later with not even a simple sorry. While waiting for car to be finished I found the tpms for $50 at [redacted] which is where they get parts from. So they were trying to overcharge me $34 for the part.Desired Settlement: I feel the service was horrible and the treatment was not anywhere near where it should of been. I now have to go spend $50 plus labor on a part that was fine. Mechanic was way to rough with vehicle and tires and now I have to pay for it. Don't say first come first serve then do two other vehicles ahead of mine.

To: [redacted]

[redacted],

Review: I brought my car here on July 23rd, 2013 for a PA State Inspection. The car is a 2000 Nissan Maxima. The car was dropped off at the repair shop (Kost Tire and Auto Service in [redacted], PA) without any exhaust damage. When performing the inspection, they operated a vehicle lift wrong and accidentally damaged the car's exhaust system. When I drove it home, I noticed a loud noise, poor performance, and the smell of exhaust. I inspected the vehicle and noticed massive damage to the exhaust system. Most of the header pipe was broken open, and parts were scraped and dented. I brought my car back next week (July 29th) to have the exhaust fixed and find out what happened, and they insisted they didn't know what happened. My father, who paid for the repair bills, demanded a refund for the exhaust repair and Kost agreed to refund the charge from July 29th. They also wrongfully charged for a new Catalytic Converter when only the header pipe was actually replaced. However, a large dent in the sub exhaust muffler remains. The exhaust system now hangs considerably lower than before, and I am very concerned about this. I refuse to bring the car back to Kost due to their careless employees.Desired Settlement: I will soon be taking the vehicle to [redacted] Nissan in [redacted], PA to have the remainder of the exhaust system replaced, and Kost's repair work on the exhaust to be inspected. I am asking for a settlement of $471.05. This includes the cost of a replacement sub muffler from Nissan ($421.05), and $50 to mostly cover the cost of the dealership inspecting Kost's repair work.

[redacted], Here is our response to the above mentioned complaint....We did not damage the under carriage of this vehicle.... We did however, in good faithand goodwill, refund the amount of 619.00 to the customer for the repair of an exhaustflex pipe and converter. When a vehicle is pulled onto our alignment rack,it is traveling at feet per hour....and we take note and care as to how we pull cars inand out of our shop. It is very possible that any damage that may be evident to theunder carriage of this car may have been done within the 6 days from the initial visit to thereturn visit. Communication has broken down with this customer due to his vulgar accusations andnon liking to my responses to his questions..... Thank you for your time. [redacted]

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

To clarify, this complaint is being filed by the owner of the car, [redacted]. My father, [redacted], has been speaking with Kost on my behalf to remedy the situation. We are trying to be reasonable and work with Kost to resolve this issue. My father has spoken with the main office in [redacted], Pennsylvania.

The response to my complaint was by someone from their main office who my father has spoken with. To be clear, we are not being malicious or untruthful. We simply wish to resolve the issue, but Kost has largely been uncooperative. I also need to state that the amount refunded ("in good faith") was refunded because only the header and flex pipes were replaced, and because the damage was present when leaving Kost after the initial visit. The Catalytic Converter is a much more expensive part. It was never replaced, and the car still has the factory original (with years of rust to prove that). The gentleman's claim that the damage might have occurred after the initial visit (for the state inspection) is incorrect due to the fact that the car left the shop with the symptoms of the exhaust damage.

To reiterate, I seek the previously mentioned compensation. I do apologize if my father or I came across as unreasonable or "making vulgar accusations". This is not the case, and in fact we only seek to a resolution to the issue. I can provide pictures of the remaining damage to the sub-muffler, if necessary. if you believe my demands are unreasonable, I am certainly willing to negotiate further to find an acceptable resolution. I can be reached at ###-###-#### or by email at [redacted].

Good day [redacted],

Review: I had a problem with a vehicle that Kost worked on on June 15, 2013. After countless emails, phone calls and a complaint with the Revdex.com, the operations manager [redacted], finally said they would reimburse me $30 for the overtime I lost because of their mistake with my vehicle. I was told I would have a check mailed out the beginning of last week (July 15th) and by that saturday when I received no check I emailed [redacted] back. I got an email Monday July 22nd stating the check was already sent and I should receive it that day or tuesday. I then called after I got the email and spoke with the secretary who said the check went out Monday July 22nd. With me living not to far from [redacted] I figured I would give the mail 2 business days because I've never had mail take that long from a few towns away. It is now another week and still no check. I work very hard for my money and have been paid four times since I lost my overtime because of Kost. I have emails and voicemails from [redacted] saying my check is in the mail and still nothing. I don't like being lied to and I find his actions immoral. So here I am yet again taking more time out of my schedule because an agreement I had with the manager has not been honored.Desired Settlement: This business has a responsibility to make its customers happy and follow through with an agreement. I am not happy that I never received my check and do not condone his behavior lying to a customer. I feel that I have been patient enough waiting weeks for my money and felt I was being fair agreeing on the overtime I lost. Now this situation has caused me so much stress because I have obviously been ta[redacted] advantage of. It has interfered with my work, my time and my hard earned money has been ta[redacted] away. I believe he has bro[redacted] the agreement and would like this situation handled appropriately and refuse to communicate with [redacted] further.

I COULD HAVE GOTTEN KILLED driving {OMG}.I GOT MY CAR FIXED and called Kost to find out when the manager get in. On May 24, I went down there and spoke to [redacted] the {manager} and he told me his guy has 30 yrs under his belt and no was he did that. I told him ,I just got my brakes done 1yr 1/2 ago. [redacted] say to me maybe it's your brakes , let see the paper work which I had in my car. But when I mention that KOST at another location did the work , The tone changed. Review: I brought my car to Kost Tire and Auto in May 2013 to have my breaks repaired. I was charged $501.00 They worked for 1 month and my breaks went again. I brought it back and they fixed it again. 3 days later I had no breaks at all they said whoever put the car back together put the adjusters on the wrong sides. Again they had my car for 4 days trying to find parts. Car worked for 1 month and my breaks went again. Again they fixed it. Today I called them to tell them my breaks went again and they told me never to bring that care there again. They lost thousands of dollars trying to fix it. It is a 99 plymouth breeze. It worked fine until Kost got their hands on it. I was told by [redacted] (one of the managers) that if he was on the day I brought it in he would of turned me away. They need to put a very big sign in their window stating that if your care is older than a 2002 they will not fix it. I have brought it to a mechanic today and they said I have to bring it back to Kost because it is under warranty. Kost refuses to fix it anymore. What do I do now? The manager [redacted] at Kost is a doll. He was so accomadatiing and appologitic. I have rented a car for 4 days so I could get back and forth to work. I can not afford to do that any more.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix the car correctly. If they are unwilling to do so I will bring it to another mechanic and send Kost the bill as per my attorney along with any costs to rent a car.

I am rejecting this response because: My brakes went out again. I spoke to [redacted] at Kost tires and explained that there were NO BRAKES at all and he told me never to bring the car in again. [redacted] the other manager was not in that day. He has no idea about the conversation that took place with [redacted]. As far as [redacted] knows the car is fine. It is not drivable. Im done.

Regards,

Review: I had gone to Kost tire in [redacted] on June 15, 2013 to get oil changes done in two vehicles. On June 19, 2013 at approximately 8:30 am I was on my way to work when I saw from my rear view mirror something spraying all over the back of my window. I pulled over because it smelt like something was burning. After calling Kost I went out to look to see what was wrong and all the oil was pouring out of my vehicle. I took pictures the oil was everywhere all over the highway it was just not stopping. Kost sent out a mechanic and tightened something with a wrench then put oil in my truck and told me to drive to Kost and they will get me squared away. When I got there the manager told me they would look to see what happened. They told me the rubber seal had broke and that's why the oil was pouring out. I told them I've never had this happen on a vehicle before and that it looked as though the plug became lose or wasn't tightened. The manager said it no it was the plug and that these things happen. I picked up the rubber seal later in the day after my grandfather suggested I look at it and the manager handed me an invoice and said this show we gave you oil free of charge to which I replied yes because the oil I bought three days ago is all over the [redacted] Highway and he said nothing back. The plug the manager gave me is so gross. Its so dry rotted I can't even hold it because it falls apart. I sent a few email out to different levels of management at Kost and got no response until I called the regional manager. He said he would look into the problem and call me back. After a few days I called him back after not getting a phone call and he said that yes the situation could have been prevented if someone had noticed it. I explained to him that because a mechanic did not notice the seal I had to miss almost 2 hours of work which was my overtime because I was working that weekend. He said that he can't help me and can offer me some kind of work to be done on my vehicle. I told him I don't want work done because of the experience I had. I told him I didn't think it was fair I'm at a loss because a mechanic couldn't see a dry rotted plug three days earlier. I asked if there was someone else I can talk to and he said no. I said are you the one who makes the decisions and he said yea basically. I said I wasn't satisfied with what he offered and I would take action. He then changed his attitude and he said he would see what he can do and if I could fax proof I missed work and what my time would be and that he would get back to me. I faxed him papers 2 weeks ago and sent an email and still have no response from him.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the time of work I lost not to mention I have spent so much time trying to get a hold of this guy who can never call me back. I use my lunch breaks to call him, email him and I have yet to get an answer to what is going on. It was been almost a month and I have gotten nowhere. I find it pathetic that a company such as Kost can't handle a problem after the regional manager admitted to me that it was their fault. I have the pictures and seal to even prove it. I have never been so disappointed or stressed out because of this company.

Review: Took my Subaru for an inspection 2/26 to Kost in [redacted]. They said it failed. Billed and paid 645.51 for inspection, tires, wheel nut and brake light. They stated at that time that it also needed cam seals, crankshaft, timing belt tensioner and pulleys, timing belt, water pump. I said there is nothing wrong with my car, no issues. They said it needed this work and it is recommended it is done. So I said ok. They had to order parts. I took car home.. it was fine. March 11th they do the work. I pick it up and pay another 746.43 for a car that was fine originally. I drive it a few miles down the road and it starts smoking and steaming and has NO power to get up the hills. I immediately call them. They tell me to bring it down. I refuse to drive it because it was so bad. They send a mechanic up and there was NO coolant in it. He puts coolant in it and says to bring it back in the morning. I drop it off again on 3/12. They say there is nothing wrong with it and it is good to go. I pick it up that afternoon and drive it home.. immediately call them. Told them it still has no power and is stinking. I take it back to them again on 3/13 and leave it. They again state there is no problem with the car and it is fine to drive. I pick it up, it still has no power and I can't get it to go up the hills good. I call [redacted] Subaru. On 3/15 I take it to [redacted] Subaru. They immediately found the problem, wrote a letter for me to take to Kost and billed me 200.23 for the damage Kost caused. Their letter states "Customer states extensive work has been done on vehicle, now vehicle has no power on hills and hwy. Tech test drove and duplicated customers complaint. Tech removed timing covers and timing was off by 3 teeth on the crank. Tech removed timing belt and properly retimed. Tech also replaced AC and ALT belts. Tech test drove and no other problems were found." I went to Kost first thing Monday morning 3/18 with the letter. The manager [redacted] was very rude, stated he did not believe [redacted] Subaru. Said car would not even start if it was off by 3 teeth and said he would have to talk to [redacted] Subaru. So, I had [redacted] from [redacted] Subaru call him and he was very rude to [redacted]. Told [redacted] the car was fine when I picked it up and it must have lost timing on the way there. [redacted] told him that is impossible. [redacted] had his mechanic call me, after speaking with [redacted] 2 or 3 times, and the mechanic offered me 90.00. I do not think this is fair. I have since called the regional manager and he is going to call the owner to see what he can do, but he thought the 90.00 was a fair amount.Desired Settlement: I had to miss work due to not having a car. My car only needed an inspection and I left there with a broke car that I took back to them several times to fix. Every time they stated there was nothing wrong. I feel I should only have to pay for the parts 468.85 and they should pay for my [redacted] bill 200.23, my gas to get there and back, and my loss of work. I feel 700.00 is a fair amount.

Thank you for your letter in reference to a customer issue at our Kost Tire and Auto Service center in [redacted]....

When [redacted] brought her car in for a [redacted] State Inspection, a list of items were needed to be repaired inorder for

the vehile to pass inspection. There were also services that we RECCOMMENDED be done as scheduled preventative maintaince

(as per the owners manual and service requirements set by the vehicle manufacturer) We proceded to complete the repairs as

instructed by the customer.

After the vehicle left our shop the customer complained about loss of power, and took their vehicle to [redacted] Subaru.

The technician at [redacted] needed to do some troubleshooting, and adjustments.

We agree to pay the repair bill at [redacted] Subaru, in good faith, in the amount of 200.00. We feel that we are not

obligated to compensate the customer for any lost time, just the repair bill. This is fair.

Review: I brought my vehicle to this location for an oil change and purchased 4 new tires & the "package" (wheel alignment, balancing, disposal, etc). I called the following Monday, the car still wobbled & pulled to the right, I went back there the following week when I picked a bolt up in the front passenger tire which they patched. I requested the tire be moved to the back because it's patched. When I went back to pick the car up, and asked, he said the tire was moved it was "procedure". I called them the next day due to a slow leak, brought it back, realize it's still up front. As they manhandled the tire, they busted the valve stem/sensor. Thank goodness the regional manager was there to support us and replaced it for nothing. It was 4 visits to fix 1 tire-which they caused the problem. I currently have a leak in both my driver side tires and I'm nervous to bring it back for fear that now I will need to come up with almost $500 for new sensors due to their negligence. The original problem tire is STILL up front. In addition I discovered that one of my wheels has a nasty dent in it (the wobbling) they never weighted the wheel-I paid for the tires to be balanced. NO ONE saw that when taking the old rubber off and putting the new on? It makes me think it was dropped and damaged there, I would remember hitting something that would cause damage like that. It happens, but I don't appreciate the lies; especially when it comes to my familys safety. My vehicle had not been aligned, even though I paid. These mechanics are careless and I'm concerned for my children's safety while in the car now. Three of the 4 tires they replaced leaked at the valve stem (2 still do) and now I need to find money that I don't have to correct the issue they caused. Everything was fine before I got new tires there.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for. I want to keep my two young children safe (as well as others on the road). I would like the patched tire finally moved to the back and the two tires with leaky valve stems to be corrected. I also want the wheel alignment I paid for but didn't receive.

Review: I have a 2011 vehicle that needed new tires. I thought I would try Kost as they are a new business in the area and wanted to check them out. I came in an ordered the same tires that were on the car stock for a great price and extra benefits, like 1/2 oil changes and inspections for the life of the tire. I thought this all was a great deal so I got the tires and asked for an oil change right away. Later that day, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I came back to Kost, paid for the service, briefly looked over the car, and headed off to the car wash. I washed the vehicle and returned home to dry it. Upon drying the vehicle I was able to inspect the wheels much closer. I found that on each wheel, the whole where the lug nuts are inserted was nicked, scratched, and chewed up. This looked as the result of carelessly installing the wheels and tires back on my vehicle, with not ensuring the wrench was on firmly. I returned back to Kost that same day and showed the staff at Kost. They said "well we aren't going to say it wasn't us because we did touch the vehicle. We will get it fixed for you." I was pleased to hear that they would take responsibility for the issue they created. They stated they would have a company come by and we'd set up an appointment. I heard nothing for over a week. Finally, I returned to Kost and they claimed "We called him but he didn't call back," as they began to call multiple other places. They finally called me the next day with a place that they had set up for me to go and get an estimate. When I arrived they didn't know who I was and said they do not do estimates. This company was kind enough to try and reach out to Kost but was getting no cooperation, nor was I. I returned to Kost a week later and they said they have someone here that will do it the following week. I dropped the vehicle off and upon reviewing it when I returned it looks as if they just touched up the wheels with nail polish. I am very displeased with the quality.Desired Settlement: The wheels on my vehicle are powder coated from the factory. They cannot be simply touched up. They must either be replaced or completely resurfaced. If none of this is possible then I would like a complete refund of the services performed at Kost.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

If there was prior damage to these wheels I would have noticed. I am very detail oriented with my vehicle and wash it everytime it goes in for service. I do appreciate Kost's willingness to help me remedy the problem. However, the quality of which I have received is less than par. The pictures provide are AFTER the damage was "fixed." You can clearly see in these pictures how poorly they were fixed. I went into the service center whole and was expecting to walk out of there with no damage. I am just looking to be made whole again.

[redacted], Thank you for your e-mail in reference to complain id #[redacted]... I have discussed the above mentioned complaint with our store manager at the [redacted] location, and the following is ouranswer to the issue in question. The vehicle is a 2011 [redacted] with 35,000 miles on it. We are unsure if it was purchased new or used. It was not the first time that the tires were removed and reinstalled on the vehicle. When [redacted] returned to our shop to show us of the concern that he had with his wheels, we did notice that there was scratches and dents evident on the wheels. [redacted] was a new customer, and we wanted to help him out the best way we could. We did have him get estimates from different people. He wanted the complete wheel repainted and recoated. The cost estimate to bring these wheels back to "new" condition would be approx. 125.00 per wheel. We did wet sand, blend, and clear coat areas near where the lug nuts are installed, even though we cannot assume responsibility for this damage.I/we feel that we went above and beyond to try and help [redacted] out. The outcome was not to his liking. We value [redacted] as a customer, and hope that we can help him in the future with his tire and auto service needs. Thank you for your time, and please feel freeto contact me at my office in [redacted], should you have any further comments or suggestions.
