Hello,Mrs [redacted] made her last payment on 7/10/and her order was placed with our fulfillment angency on 7/15/It does take 6-weeks for her subscription to start from the final payment dateShe will start receiving the Enquirer no later than 9/1/Thank You, [redacted] ***

We are more than happy to cancel out all the magazines she is receiving from US PeriodicalsShe has not nor will be charged for any of the magazines she has receivedThey were simply a promotion for her to try outWe will remove her name from our database today and will have no further contact with herMike ***

Dear Revdex.com,We are in receipt of Mrs [redacted] 's complaint regarding the Us Weekly magazineMrs [redacted] was chosen to receive the Us Weekly as a promotion "AT NO CHARGE" for a yearWe have cancelled the magazine and took Mrs [redacted] of of our promotion list and will make sure she never receives another promotion from US Periodicals again!Again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mrs [redacted] and hope this solves her problem with US Periodicals.Thank You Mike Smith

Dear Revdex.com, The magazine she received was promotional and would have never been billed for this magazineHowever, we have taken her off our list of promotions and will make sure this never happens again! Secondly the magazine was just promotional and Mr [redacted] was never charged or billed for this subscription to Mens JournalWe will cancel this today and make sure he is off the promotion list.Thank You, [redacted] ***

We have checked with The Week magazine and our order was updated with The Week magazine on 4/28/Mrs *** is now good until 8/Like it stated in her agreement with our company "magazine updates can take anywhere from 8-weeks to update"Mrs*** payment was posted on 3/16/
and her order updated on 4/28/weeks later!!!Hopefully this solves Mrs*** question regarding her order with US Periodicals!*** ***

Dear Revdex.com, We have never heard from this customer regarding any problems with service or interruption regarding the Discover magazine until we received this complaintHowever since they prefer to just complain to the Revdex.com instead of calling us we would prefer to never do business with them
again! We will refund the payment of $dollars for years of service and they can pay discover direct! years for the magazine thru Discover is $so they can pay them more!!! Michael S***
