I am very unhappy with Paramount WirelessI recently bought a new laptop computer and tried to hook it up with my HP printerI wanted to get the driver needed for my new computer so I tried to "Google" HP on the webI thought I was going to HP and called a number in the list for "printer drivers"I apparently got Paramount Wireless and they said they were working with HP and could take care of meI turned my computer over to them and they immediately said I had a "worm" in my network but that they could fix itThey continued to "fix" it and then set up the printer driverThey then charged me $for this service and wanted to sell me a package for additional protection I was upset by this and then called HP and they said it was very unlikely that I had a "worm" and they told me they could have given me the directions to download the driver without any cost to me

We have called and even sent a mail to the customer several times to find a way to refund the amount to him but he is not responding to any of our mode of communication we are not sure of how to contact the customer to provide him the refund

The worst scam I've ever encountered. This company should have its licence revoked and its, owner thrown into the street

I called [redacted] asking for help for a fax machine not automatically picking up faxes and was told I had 8 viruses networking on my company site. I told them I Needed to wait for approval to accept the 199.00 charge and they were to call me back at 4pm/ after I hung up I could not access anything on my computer it went into safe mode. I could not access anything and nearly loss a 40,000.00 machine sale. It took two hours for the quick books people to fix this and then it only took PW
10 minutes to fix the fax issue but then it took 4 hours to scan the networking stopped errors processes they said were needed. I still cannot get through to [redacted] without PW number popping up which happened in the first place. 199.00 later I would like to make sure they don't have access to my company records since I let them in to fix it. I am really upset with [redacted] for not putting their own phone number on their machines to call...Please advise if you have something to say. Now I do not see a Revdex.com good rating. I am very worried.

Revdex.com:thank you for the letter that Paramount Wireless did not contact you. They are using the name [redacted]. I called them five times, with partial refund given to my credit card this morning after the fifth call. They refunded 1/2, $100.00, for cancellation of the...

service contract which I did immediately upon realizing that the technician had NOT repaired the computer issue. They claimed that, because the technician Had worked, his salary could not be refunded. on the billing the address showed as [redacted]. Unfortunately I still must have the computer fixed, I wish others to not fall for this scam. The reason I call it a scam is that the "supervisor" on shift said they would mail me a disc for fixing the problem, upgrading my 10.3.3 to 10.6.3. Because of MS/poor brain function, it was the following day that I realized to check the computer which is already at [redacted], (and has no place to insert a disc): thus I called for a full refund, tho as I said I received not what I asked for, the repair they said they would do.
